Kinetic Dream FanFicGuru Super win! My dad has agreed to give my sister and I $10,000 each year of college! We're going to get a bank account with our own bank cards and he's going to make deposits for both of us. Not only that, if we get more scholarships and stuff, he'll still deposit the same amount, which means anything extra belongs to us! Joy! *does a happy dance* ... ... So that's for classes books and everything, right? I've already got anywhere from 8,000-16,000 a year in Grants that I don't have to pay back. Cost of going to UCSC is around 23K a year now. So, Yeah...if I can get some scholarships then I can rake in maybe 5K a year in savings just from surplus money from my dad. ^_^

It's occured to me that, whenever I reach 100k (probably not going to be for a while anyway) I'll have no idea what to do with it. gonk
I've got it down to buying a bunch of commons, donating a few thousand to a handful of people, donating it all to one person, or just saving more, but..
