This might be lack of common sense or something, but I can't find a definite answer.
So I've gotten the entire idea of EVs and each pokemon defeated earns you so-and-so many points in one or two areas. Then that hidden value effects the stats.
One question is, how do you manage leveling a pokemon along with maxing out the right EVs? What if I need a few more levels for a certain move? And tying into that one, alternatively, does every pokemon need to be maxed at level 100? Because I remember that levels can be automatically capped at 50 or 100, or is that not the same against a human opponent?

Generally I work on getting the pokemon's EV's in the right place then leveling them up to get certain moves. No they don't have to maxed to 100 over wi-fi it will make them 100.
