Wolf_Rules "Burn." Soda says following her downt he stairs. "Well that's 1 and a half points for me and a half point for Sapphire." Soda says sitting down and eating his steaks. "Don't think just cause you're some punk steet kid you can get anything up on me younger brother. I know more tricks than you think and next time you can make and hunt for your own lunch." Sapphire says a solid smirk on her face as she sits down.

Finally she started to head back, only to have snow fall around her and the small boy. It was cold, she'd give the weather that but, it was also annoying, and worrieful. Two bite marks where on the boy's body, on his neck, she had drained him just so he would live before feeding him, giving him new clothing buying a blanket and drinking more from him after the night was over. The first mark was healing and almost invisible to the naked eye, but the other was black and blue, with patches around it that Signaled her feeding. He wore the navy tee shirt and tan shorts she had givin' him, when she first got away from Vincent.
The blanket was wrapped around the little boy's body, River held him up, his legs around her waste, arms dropped around her neck and head resing on her shoulder. His nose was pink, so where his cheeks flushed a cold color. Lips blue and if she didn't know better his feet where freazing too. Without thinking she warmed her hands and watched the road as the muffin came into veiw, she indeed felt better, but what happened to tomo and the like? Yawning softly she trudged on, hoping no one was awake today, or this morning, as it was clearly close by, a few more steps and she'd be inside.
Pushing up the boy as his limp sleeping body fell she sighed and looked at him, why somone wouldn't want a little neko like this she couldn't understand. But a place to sleep and some warm clothing, she could easly do for the boy. Blinking her black locks flew into her face onyx eyes calmly staring at the doors. Without another thought she pushed them opened and closed them behind her signafying her return. A soft sigh that was withheld was let out and she headed right for the fire place, she was cold, and couldn't imagne how cold the little boy was.

River looked up hearing someone and blinked at who it was."..Hello, may I get you anything?.." She asked laying the small boy down before walking towards the bar. Glancing back every now and then to the boy, like he was going to disapear.

Blinking with no responce she shruged and turned back around before making it to the bar, walking back over to the small boy, pushing two fingers into his neck for a pulse. Eyes closed she waited for a moment then opened them staring blankly down at the small thing, His tail twitching ears flexing in his sleep.
"..Dreams are such a waste.." She muttered sitting down next to him, just so she could watch him for any signs of waking up.

*jad was now near the comm panel doing something and hadn't heard the woman, as he was intent on his task, tail swishing smoothly in concentration*

Arms crossed eyes closed she yawned softly, shifting a bit so her legs wouldn't go compleastly numb under her weight. Rocking back a bit she yawned again and opened her eyes to ponder the nights events and what will become of her little feline freind.
Tail twitching the boy turned around and huddled into the silk and cotton blanket over him, shivering once before letting his body relax under the fire once again.

River quirked a brow and leaned back into the chair watching the poor kid sleep, finally dirfting off herself, arms cross, still sitting up and in good posture.
Moments later the small boy sturred and opened his two diffrent colored eyes, weakly. Whimpering softly as he tryed to push himself up. Failing miserable as he slipped and fell over."..meh.." He muttered and rubbed softly at his eyes, little back ears flexing and twitching at the silence, tail not moving very much. She looked around and then stared when he saw River, fingering the blanket on him softly, huddling a little to the fire, still tired but not so much to fall asleep.

Lily stirred, then woke fully, looking rather dazed as she sat up, then rolled out of bed. The look had faded after she'd showered and dressed, and by the time she got downstairs, she was humming happily. Not seeing anyone, she shrugged and went into the kitchen, deciding to do some baking.

Arlen woke and headed directly downstairs, and into the kitchen for some much needed food. Seeing Lily, he snuck up and hugged her from behind. "Did you sleep well?" he asked, kissing her neck.

Lily started when Arlen hugged her; she hadn't heard him coming. Then she laughed and leaned against him lightly, nodding at his question. "Yeah, I did... how about you, hm? And are you hungry? I could make some food food instead of cookies." she offered.

"Not that I can remember." Lily told him, an odd expression passing over her face. "But... I don't know." Shaking it off, she kissed his cheek, then gently pulled away from him. "Hmm... how's does a hamsteak sound?" she asked, going to the refrigerator.
