"...We'll just have to wait and see..." Lady sighed, as Demi came into view.
She was walking down the stairs, her nose still bleeding. The only reason Lady hadn't gone into a massive killing spree inside the building was because her back was facing Demi.

Gil's face paled as he looked at her before looking at Lady. Must improvise to make sure Lady doesn't turn homicidal...

"...Weeeellllllll, right off the top of my head, I'd have to saaaaaay... Improved pay." Lady said slowly, raising an eyebrow at Gil and his sudden change in behavior. "And we're a little more relaxed than KAVA. Like your killings of Rosh and the corrupted Doctor. If you had a good enough reason to do so - and you did - we'd allow it, rather than still yell at you."
Demi, the lower part of her face now just soaked in blood, raised an eyebrow at Gil as well, noticing his face paling. she could understand if he was worried about the blood, but there wasn't much she could do about it other than what she was doing right now: letting it bleed.

"That is something you'll need to determine on your own time I'm afraid, though something tells me they'll be better than the relationships you have with KAVA." Lady said, shrugging her shoulders.
By now, Demi had reached Lady and Gil's hearing range as she kept walking toward them. Her eyebrow still cocked and face still bloodied.
"Gil? You feeling okay..? You look pale."

Gil practically bolted right past Lady and turned Demi around so that the homicidal mother wouldn't see the blood.
He whispered to Demi.
"Just keep walking...We don't want your mother to freak out about the blood..."
He then looked back at Lady.
"Thanks for the info! I'm going to take Demi over to the other side of the colony to avoid Stein now!" he said, bolting to the other side of the building first, as the bathrooms were there."

"...Is that why you're pale?" Demi asked, turning her head slightly, though it wasn't enough to show the blood. "You think Mom will freak out over a bloody nose?"
"...Riiiiiight... You do that." Lady said slowly, nodding her head slowly. Children were so odd...
