Kysha was used to bright lights, so she didn't flinch when the light shined.

When the light faded, Superio was sitting on the throne, glowing slightly, the Soul Blade floating in front of him.

Superio wordlessly got up and grabbed the Soul Blade's hilt, then walked over to where Indigo was.
