"he knew where we were to begin with. that was the smell i picked up in the sewer. it was sheen, traps, and then him. he was expecting us in the sewers, so i tried to throw him off but it didnt work."

Sheena felt like she had frozen in place. A cold chill crawled down her spine at the sound of his name. William.. He was the one at the beach?..He was even in the sewers..? And now he was coming for them. Sheena noticed she had been holding in a breath, and she slowly and silently let it out.
"What do we do..?" she managed a calm tone, but realized her expression would give her away.
She quickly composed herself, closing her eyes. She felt a slight tension where her scar was, and reached across her stomach and placed her hand firmly on her side.

fang noticed the movement. "that reminds me, come here and show me the scar. i want to check something." he was still a little unnerved from the height, but his tone was serious.

Sheena winced a bit before stepping toward Fang, gripping he edge of her shirt as she got closer. When she was only a bit away from him, she lifted her shirt just far enough to show the whole scar, her eyes looking down, and away. It wasn't everyday she lifted her shirt for a lycan on top of a 20 story building. When the thought passed through her mind, she couldn't help but giggle.
"What is it?.." she sighed.

"Fang, I'm warning you that what you are looking at is pure vampiric power." he said coldly "so don't try something extreme." He stood up and closed his eyes, trying to feel William, but so far, nothing. "I don't sense anything right now, so we are safe. That Archangel must still be giving him trouble." He then extended his arm, a slight scream echoed from the ground-level of the city, and a moment later there was blood floating near Lucifer's hand. "And this is about what 30% of my power can do...." his voice drifting off. "Which won't stop William, but can help us get away from him if need be." He could sense worry and fear resonating from Sheena and possibly Fang, but Lucifer doubted he would admit it if asked.

"you dont have to feel uncomfortable, sheena, i went to medical school." he ran his fingers gently across the scar, and just as he thought, found a lump that shouldnt be there. "gotcha, now i just need to get this out." he took out a very sharp pocket knife and began making an incision. "hold still, please. its really important that i get this out." he peeled the skin awway from the lump, then used his claws as tweasers to get the lump out. he then closed the incision and examined his prize. "tracking device with a little explosive, have a look lucifer." he tossed it to him

Lucifer caught the devise, throwing it into the air and shooting it with percise aim. "Hiding it inside of a scar containing vampiric power was pretty clever, making it hard to detect. He's as cleaver and reckless as ever, reminds me of the good ol' days." Lucifer put his pistol away, and he forgot that he still had the blood floating around him. "Now what to do with this?" he enquired to himself.

"i honestly dont care what you do with it. just get it away. thats the other thing im afraid of, believe it or not." he was uneasy, knowing that sheena could have blown up, and the height, and the blood. he was a strange case to be considered a lycan.

"If your afraid of blood, then it isn't wise to hang around a race that feeds on it..." he said in a playful voice. "But, to be nice, I'll offer it to anyone who wants it before I take it." He was bored, so messing around with the others felt fun, and hopefully it made them calm down a little. He was keeping all of his senses on alert, to ensure they wouldn't be blind-sided.

"You never cease to amaze me Fang...." Lucifer replied "But William, he's no ordinary vampire, as he too has part of the bloodline of the original two vampires. That is where our power comes from, Tanalus of the Shadows and Kurus of the Blood. Brothers in their own time, alchemist to be exact, until their own magic backfired on them, transforming them into vampires." Lucifer sighed "But not only does William have these powers, he has made pacts, pacts with some of the most evil beings throughout history. He isn't one to take lightly...." So much for taking ones mind off of something, he thought to himself.

[[ Ah, sorrryyy. I was camping with my friend all weekend. xP; ]]
Sheena blinked and tilted her head down to run her own fingers across the scar after Fang had taken out that..thing. She was disgusted that she had something inside her she hadn't known about. But she just shuddered the thought away along with her fingers, as she pulled her shirt back down.
"Ugh, so what are we supposed to do now? We're not just going to be sitting ducks, are we? Shouldn't we fight back? But I mean, we do need to rest but.." her voice faded as she ran her fingers through her hair.

Lucifer looked at Sheena, who had finally spoken after being quiet for so long. "I can't fight, not at 100% anyway, I've had my powers sealed off to 30%." he replied to her question. "And I doubt Fang nor I would want to be around that Archangel, for he would target us as well..." Lucifer walked over towards her and knelt down, staring into her eyes. "We'll be alright for now, but being stupid will only get us killed....or worse for you if William forcefully changes you." He sighed "He has a habit of doing that sometimes."
