*In the emptyness of space an asteroid flies towards an unknown planet, near its atmosphere a space vessel orbits the planet. Knowing it was in the path of the falling asteroid the vessel veers out of the path. Suddenly from the surface of the planet a bolt of red light shoots into space, the red bolt makes a direct hit into the asteroid and changes its trajectory which was destined to fall into the planet. With its flight path changed it careens straight for the passing vessel, though the bigger body of the rock barely misses the front of the vessel the fragments that were scattered about werent so nice as they hit the hull of the ship. Explosions rock the on board crew while the rock enters the atmosphere and turns into a massive fireball. Through the clouds it breaks through and impacts the surface, causing a massive explosion like that of an Atomic Bomb.
In the aftermath of the explosion a huge red glowing crater can be seen from high in the sky. "Veins" with burning lava spread out from the center of the impact crater. From within the center, a blue glow starts to rise into the air and form a spear, the spear can be seen even from space.*

goldbrease Dark Outsider Well I don't know if the other mangas have been released out here in the states, but there are 3 other Astray manga sets out. ASTRAY R, X ASTRAY, and SEED DESTINY ASTRAY. And I'm guessing I'm the only one to have seen the OVAs for the Blue and Red Frame? They were only about 5 minutes or so long, but they were really good. And the Gold Frame's upgraded form the AMATU has phase shift after acquiring the Blitz's arm and adding it to itself. So I'm guessing in that volume (I haven't read past volume 1) it does have phase shift if it's in that form. it has phase shift. suposedly by mahq there is a 3rd upgrade of gold frame after blue frame L and red frame destroy the upgraded gold frame and it's pilot. the original pilot's sister is su[posedly the new pilot and i ahve no clue what the 3rd gold frame looks like because the link to it is dead. there is suposted to be a 2nd form of red frame but the link to it is dead but it subjests that because of that fight wrecking red so bad he had to rebuild it or something. there is alos a link to a 3rd blue frame called the blue frame Q or G or something. the go9ld frame's second form not only has the phase shift ebcause of this arm but it also has the stealth abilitys from the blitz. blue frame has a phase shift system but only around the cockpit area. as sort of a protection system i guess. that mobius? purple one? i wouldn't call thoes things a mobile armor. i guess i was wrong thats actualy in ranking lower then a gm. now if it was one of thoes orange mobiuses that has the bit system then i might call it a watered down mobile armor. my oppionion is that mobile armors in gavity are slow and fast in space and are a pain trying to take down because of there thick armor and alot of the time they have a anti beam field. but then again thats my opionion. ok heres the thing im not so sure about red frame getting another upgrade but i do know that you got the story mixed up. BLUE frame is the one that gets messed up in the fight against GAT- whatever long dagger and lowe helped fix it because he just happened to be there. this is only told in the astray novel. and the orange mobius is the mobius zero. have you seen the purple one in destiny yet? its called the exus i think and its piloted by a rau le crusea lookalike. that thing is friggin awesome. the gunbarrels are a helluva lot quicker than the zero.

Well I wouldn't say Neo and Rey will end up fighting each other like Mwu and Rau did, but it's certainly a possibility. Just like the supposed Shinn and Kira fight, which if that ever happens I will be very happy if Kira owns Shinn (though he should walk all over him in my opinion >.> ). And yeah the beams the Exass has is a nice plus over the Zero. There's a lot of questions in DESTINY thus far... at least at the moment I've had one of them answered. It has love written on the front of it and everything. Rather creepy. And you might be thinking of Lunamarie Hawke and her RED ZAKU. Well I know Kira should own Shinn, but Shinn's proven himself rather lately, and he is the main character afterall. So they'll probably find a way for Kira to lose against him sadly. v_v And I seriously wish Athrun would step it up a notch. He's so much better a pilot then they are showing him to be right now. And I really want to know how good that Gouf pilot is... Too many questions!!!!

Well thankfully it's not meant for combat. It's more for show, but yes there was a guy in it. But why... I shall not spoil it. But it's not like he was attacking anything in it though.
