You know we all would Loki. Much rather be in a clan where we are allowed to continue happily as we were rather than be forced by an egotistical maniac to follow the lead of some friend he told could lead a group of people he has never met. (and yes Kumori, I am most definitely referring to you and your unfair treatment of the Dark Clan. Would hate for there to be a misunderstanding)
Ooo! Loki, we need to get Kaos to join the new group! You two would be hysterical together! I wonder if he roleplays....

I'm sorry for the confusion friends but the captain has done nothing wrong and blatant disrespect will not be tolerated if you can't talk in a peaceful thought out manner you will be removed by me if it is in my power to do so or you could simply make things easy and remove yourself .
Jourin The Demon- Do not continue to tempt fate if you can't control your out bursts i could only see your reinstitution in any farther CDG related guild as a hindrance to other members as such i would never allow you to step foot in the new guild personally. You seem to be the only one not able to handle this in a mature manner for the most part i am shore you are capable of doing so even if you have to think really hard to peace a respectful comment together.
Or captain has spoken there is no democracy unless he choices to have one and by all means he has heard both sides of the story. He is way to kind and thus disorder is being allowed calm the meddler stuff down guys. I am just a simple mod doing my job and reacting to disrespectful talk of a respectful leader is not to be ignored sorry for any inconvenience .

ok, fellow MEDDLER!, believe what you wish about the "glorious little guild commander." I still do not believe that it is his right to MEDDLE in other peoples affairs. Yes... Closing this clan with no real consensus or warning is MEDDLING and because of this, I am reopening the current Dark Clan in my own guild where I will not meddle in the clan leaders business. I will run a clan and the vice captains run their own. I dont MEDDLE IN THE AFFAIRS OF OTHERS, AND I DO NOT SEE IT APPROPRIATE FOR ANYONE TO MEDDLE. Ban me if you wish, fellow MEDDLER!, I do not care. I have moved on, saved my profile, and am allowing people from Dark Clan to move over to my guild if they so wish. PM me if you want to join people. Yarp

well then bianca, why aren't you gone? if you despise me or how i do things, then you should leave. you see, i'm not going to change. One thing goes against your tight little group and you start calling me a tyrant....your claims have no real merit and i'm tired of listening to them, i tried to explain myself, I tried to listen I even weathered terrible insults that have no support....no one is keeping you here, if you wish to go start your own guild go and do and stop griping about my "unfairness" I've done more to placate you the many other guild captains would do in a lifetime.

were the dark clan of course were not calm, we've never really got along with any of the other clans it seems and now hearing about this sudden change I am most likely going to leave this guild as well and Join Loki's guild because I know there won't be any change there.

Actually, there 'was' a discussion between several members about creating a new guild 'months' ago to help get things going by giving everyone a fresh start. And there 'was' an announcement for the change. Just go to the main forum and you will see the announcement at the top. Though, saka, that part of the announcement where you said you were going to completely shut the guild down was definitely a shock. I know you're going to go through with it, but if you do I think it should be a gradual change-over rather than one gigantic cut-off. Even for me, it does feel a little uncomfortable to just make a sudden switch.
And, I do believe that the one who shot the gun first was Loki. Saka took this calmly and Loki just made it so that both sides became increasingly hostile and bitter towards each other. Saka is doing his best to revitalize this guild, as a whole. And the captain is the one trying to keep things in line here, like Loki said was supposed to be his job after all. I disagree that a guild captain would spend his/her gold on a guild, select people to be in charge of subforums, and then not want to see how things are faring or to talk to the members in his guild. The captain 'does' have the right to do what they want in a guild. They have a right to talk to anyone in their guild and they have the right to enforce the rules and make sure things don't go out of line. It seems pointless if a captain sets up a guild and decides not to participate in it at all.
Anyways, if you guys want to continue the old story and stay in the old setting, then you are free to go to Loki's guild. That's fine. If you want to try something new, then you can wait for the new guild and see what it will offer. It is your preference and you have the right to choose which rp setting you wish to participate in 3nodding
Also, who said the new Dark Clan is going to be peaceful?

Wow. I just decide to pop in to the Dark clan, to look up Mech, and what do I find? This.
Fun. Very very Fun.
Now I find it very difficult to remain impartial here, but I shall do my best. Because, if I were to say what I want to say, you wouldn't listen to me, because I'd be telling you ALL to retrieve your collective heads from your collective bums. And by that, I mean Everyone. Not just you Dark Clanners.
Now, if I didn't manage to offend you there, then there is a small chance you will actually listen to what I have to say on the matter. If not, then, in my personal opinion(Dropping Impartialities here) We're probably better off without you.
First off, to everyone involved, Saka is merely doing what he thinks is best for the guild. Saka is the captain of this guild. As members of the guild, you should respect him, and his decisions, regardless of weather you agree with them or not.
Saka is not unreasonable, and if you ever decided to calmly talk to him, I'm sure you could discuss with him the merits of going through with this, or not. However, I see it's a little late for that.
But beyond the fact that he is the Captain of the Guild, he is a Person, just like you and me.
A person that, by your own words, you do not know.
So, tell me this, Would it be fair to say about a person previously unknown to you that they are in any way Egotistical? Or, in all honesty, could you say they are 'Meddling' in something, when the have all the right in the world to do what they're doing?
Now. I'm a bit strapped for time here, so I shall say this;
I would like to discuss this with you guys. Calmly. (Or, if not calmly, at least Respectfully. I know the Dark Clan can at least manage that.) Perhaps we can reach a compromise. Maybe leave the old guild open, as well as make the new one. Who knows? Just tell me, before you blow this off; What do you have to lose? I am absolutely positive that Saka would be willing to listen to your arguments. (At the Very Least.) And, if nothing else, I am.
But who am I? Well; I'm sure at least some of you will only see me as another 'meddler'. But, if you don't (As I surely hope you don't; Although if anyone is 'Meddling' here, I'm sure it's me), then please let me know.

I do understand where Loki (Jourin) is coming from. He just got done moving across the country and he's stressed out trying to sort things out and get settled. But I still can't condone his outburst. Either way, both Loki and Bianca have been removed either willing or with the swing of the ban hammer.

From my understanding, there will be an announcement in the clan subforums about the move before everything gets locked up in this guild. And..it doesn't look like Loki or Bianca will be participating in the new guild. Most will probably go to Loki's guild. Still, you can participate in both guilds if you want 3nodding
