"It's hard to say. A few years after it burned, I returned out of curiosity to find a grassy feild with no signs of life except for vegitation. As the years went by families of farmers and such settled the area," she stopped to think back. "The last visit I made was well.. a relief. The new inhabitants of the area looked so happy. The only signs of my village ever existing are a few house foundations and a small cemitary. However all of the graves are unmarked. There is an older couple that tends to their up keep. Now that I think of it they never did say where they were from. Maybe they lived the old village years ago." Clover starred forward at nothing for a bit before sighing. "What do you think we'll find?"

I have no idea, but it would be preffered if we find a trace of the man who wrote this book." Epotheros then pulled out the two books he had looked at at the library earlier on. " Torin transported us while I still had them." He then shifted in his seat, "perhaps we should talk about something a little more cheerier."

Amicus cawed softly in the background as he decided to take flight and survey the area. Clover took little notice to the hawk and instead noted the two books as the ones from before. So Epotheros was hoping to learn more about Sernia, for a way to defeat Zant no doubt. "Well.." Clover tried to find a topic to discuss but found herself unable to think of anything, so she just sat there hoping Ep would have something to say.

"Clover, what are you planing to do after we defeat Zant and his plans?" Epotheros asked her, leaning slightly forward in his chair.

"I.. I don't know. I haven't thought about it much. What about you?" Clover answered and then threw Epotheros' question back at him with a smirk.

"Well I guess I will spend the rest of my days here at the castle, since the Lord has no children and since he has considered me his son, I guess I am the heir to his estate." he said with a small chuckle on how it was strange an orphan would become a Lord. "And hopefully I will not lose touch with members of our group. I would also wish for you to be with me..."

Clover found herself smiling geniunly. In truth she never thought that she would leave Epotheros. Somehow she knew that their paths would coincide for some time. "I wasn't planning on leaving you any time soon."

"That is good to hear," Epotheros said returning her warm smile. "There is a bit of trouble I feel that I must warn you about. Tramer is not himself and I do not think it would be a wise choice to allow anyone alone with Tramer. If he ever tries to seperate anyone from the group, tell me imediatly."

Clover's body stiffened a bit to Epotheros' warning. Tramer had been acting quite odd lately, even dark, but Clover had thought he was still grieving. The way Ep was talking Tramer was going through something much more pressing than the loss of someone dear. She nodded and replied, "I will. Is there anyway we can be certain that something's truly wrong. He did just lose Torin."

"Tramer's swords changed after he attacked Felsbine, so perhaps he has possed them in some way. I am still not sure but I just don't want to risk anything, since Felsbine attacked you with such malice before." Epotheros then gave Clover a friendly hug while he wispered, "hopefully we can get to your village tommorow without much trouble." He then stood up and left the room. "Hopefully she will be unharmed in the morning," he said to himself under his breath.
The time it took for the sun to rise was like an eternity to Epotheros. He had trouble sleeping that night due to Tramer's odd behavior. As soon as rays of sunlight flooded the room he got up and put on his clothes, and boots. He then slid his chain mail vest over his shirt and strapped on his chest plate before attaching his red cloak and picking up his longsword. He then made his way towards the guest hall to see if anyone was up.

Returning the friendly gesture Clover took his words with a smile. Leave it to Epotheros to worry more than her. It seemed that they were changing roles. Clover waved him goodbye before she rose from her spot and laid in her bed. She starred at the ceiling for quite some time. Sleep was hard to come by, but for once her mind wasn't rushing by a mile a minute. No, rather she found herself drained of thought.
That morning Clover discovered that she had indeed eventually drifted off into a light slumber, not deep enough for dreams. Hearing the familiar caw of her dear feathered friend, she slowly rose out of bed and readied herself for the journey ahead. She was curious to see how the area she was born in had changed. Maybe that old family that tended to the graves would know the where-abouts the two books author. After sliding her armlets on Clover slung her quiver over her should and attatched her bow in the same fashion.

When reacing the guest hall Epotheros checked Tramer's room. Still it was empty and there was no trace of the room being disturbed for the night before. He then went to Larien to find her ready before he mad his way to Clover's room. Epotheros aproached Clover's door and yelled through the thick piece of oak, "Clover are you ready yet?" After getting every one organized he made his ways to the stabbles to ready his horse Shadow for the trip.

As Tramer started to head back for the castle as the sun began to rise “hu… that took a lot longer than I thought” Tramer said to himself as he picked up the pace. When Tramer arrived at the castle he passed by the stables and saw Epotheros heading tword them, Tramer approached Epotheros “Epotheros, are we sting off to clovers old village?” Tramer said as he approached. Tramer still wore his hood which cast a shadow over his face canceling his eyes leaving only his mouth visible

Yes we are Tramer, that is if Clover will get ready." Epotheros replied to Tramer as he mounted Shadow and he grabbed Alphies reigns and trotted off to the main entrance to the castle.

Peering out of the her window Clover heard Epotheros. She jutted up and strapped her pack onto her belt and exited her room to find that he had already left. Shrugging Clover headed for the the main entrance. Stepping outside she instantly saw Epotheros trotting up with Alfie by his side. "Thanks, sorry for the delay," Clover smiled with a hint of guilt as she mounted her horse.
