*Faith looked up at her before taking her hand and getting to her feet* The question is, who was doing it?

McKenzie stood, her tiredness setting in once more. She didn't know who might have done that to Faith, but she had a suspicion. "Who around here thinks we would look good together...?" Who also suggested plans on finding ways to see if Faith liked me? She looked at Faith, giving her a look that said the answer is pretty obvious before looking in the direction of the boy's dorms.

McKenzie looked at Faith, her eyebrow arching. She ran the possibility through her mind before shaking her head. "True as that may be, it doesn't seem like O'Rally's style. She's usually a bit more... well, sneaky. She'll put us in situations, but I don't think she'd sink to using an Unforgivable Curse. " She scratched her head, sitting back down on the arm of the couch.

McKenzie looked at her, dumbfounded by the accusation. "Excuse me?" She stared at the girl a little longer as it donned on her that Faith wasn't kidding. "Why would I do that?? God Dammit! Even if I did want that, I wouldn't take you by force! I want you to love me for me, not because you were charmed!" She stood, enraged that Faith would even accuse her like that. She just wanted to lash out at the girl, but turned quickly and stalked off. She couldn't help but lash out at the wall with a scream, putting a large hole in it as she went up to the dorm.

McKenzie turned sharply on her heal and slapped the girl. "Have a little sense for once! I whispered those things because I knew you would hear. I stopped because I didn't want to force you! And I'm not a strong wizard like some Faith! I can't do jack without my wand and you know damn well it wasn't in my hand from the moment I sat in front of you to the end where you fell off the couch. And if you want to talk about distraction? I was distracted from the moment you kissed me! If it had been a spell by me I would have lost it then!" Her fists clenched and unclenched in barely controlled rage, her eyes shifting colors from green to gold.

McKenzie growled, her anger numbing any pain. She hit Faith back with a right hook. "Wake the ******** up! You aren't exactly willing! And I don't know curses!" Her eyes were yellow and slitted now, the hairs on her arms bristling. "You're so ******** concerned only about yourself that you have no clue what goes on around you! It was probably Michael who did this! Michael who says we look good together! Michael who suggested to me that maybe he and I attend the ball together to make you jealous! Michael who grew up in a family that has no qualms about using curses!" She was in Faith's face now, chest pushed against hers, and teeth bared and elongated.

McKenzie was blinded by the stars in front of her eyes. A pure rage coursed through her. She felt her body transforming, the desire to hunt and kill the girl overwhelming her senses. A small part of her conscious kept in her head though and the words of Trelawny sprang to the forefront of her mind. Harness the darkness Her eyes snapped open, her transformation stopping halfway between beast and man. She stood and stalked out of her door, a dark glow emanating from her as she went to the boy's dorms and threw open Michael's door with a crash. Her voice snarled out at him. "MICHAEL! Find your sister now before I hunt her down myself and rip her throat out!"
