(( uumm.. lets see.. Reik woke up-- or at least Mimi found out-- got attacked by some annoying little pest (tony) and Reik simply sat there for half the battle while she struggled-- all over a stupid hat he asked her to protect. So she had an episode and got mad at Reik. She's currently brooding in her room. Duellist lit up the park to attract feed, the restuarant Zane made opened.. Bertram got his heart crushed by Midori while Duellist got to put up with that demon guy's attitude. Taryn woke up, she's breaking Duellist's heart... -thinks- Oh, yes, and then there's Theodore and Eleanore, my little ghostie twins that are currently pissed at each other. And the girl Bertram's speaking to's another ghostie with a mournful past.

"Anything I want...? You can't give me what I want. You don’t have it in you." She smirked, and then ducked back around toward Duellist, her movements making the metal clank against itself once again. There was a strange light in her eyes. Something very unlike Taryn hidden in the depths. She thought, not realizing the thought would be shared with Duellist. 'You want her, come and get her' Before disappearing and then reappearing in front of the collapsed wraith. She sneered at Bertram, ignoring the ghosts. "Weakling... I don't know why he even keeps you around. You're fair worthless..."

Little Elly smiled a bit. Music! Band! Oh, that's just what every broken heart needed, music! It always lifted her spirits (literally), it sure as hell could lift the poor man. With a grin, she leaned over to pull at his hand when the lady materialized out of nowhere to be a pain in the behind."Can't you see that he's gone through enough? What is it with everyone ganging up on the poor guy today?"

"Do--don't pay any attention to my sister, she can be rather loony at times." The boy stammered, his shimmering figure gathering material shape as to yank Elly on out of there. That Taryn lady gave him the creeps. There was something.. off.

"PEA JAR!!" Screamed the little girl, lengthy, semi-curled locks of auburn swirling about dangerously. No,no, she didn't want him touching her today. She'd had just about enough cruelty for one day.. and if it meant being cruel as punishment, well.. things balanced out a bit, no?

*Rei-kun had poked his head through one of the hotel doors, looking around to see if anyone had noticed his absence. Seeing that no one of great importance was around, Rei-kun quietly slipped his way into the room, taking care not to make so much as even a rustle. This accomplished, the boy's thoughts turned to the Black Knight, wondering if he did what he was supposed to do.*

*With any luck, that blundering idiot of a hunter should have completed his job and convinced the vampire to help them. All that was left for him to do was to convince the keeper and any other who might possibly pose a threat to join him in his little hunt. The rest would be left to the ghostie...after, of course, he had finished a little personal business first.*

*Rei-kun couldn't help but giggle. All of this sounded like so much fun. The boy could not simply wait for tommorow. Surpressing another giggle, Rei-kun made, his way around the hotel, eager to finish his mission.*

The vampire growled, angrily. There was nothing he could do then... unless... "Forgive me, my love..." He closed his eyes, and allowed the other Duellist to come out. The cruel, callous and brutal one, the stereotypical monster that lurked underneath the civilised veneer of every vampire. His fangs curled out as he snarled, putting all his power into his hypnotysing voice. "HALT YOUR LIES, MADAME... RELEASE THE REAL TARYN!" When he next spoke, it was in a dead whisper. "Or you'll give me no choice..." tears ran down his face.

He couldn't let the woman go, not with all of his powers. He couldn't... 'Please, Taryn... heal yourself...' the man within reached out past the vampire now, trying to find Taryn. 'Please...'
