((sorry, to those that were involved in what was going on in here before.... but I don't see us finishing any time in the near future... so I just kinda auto ended it..... sooo... yeah....))
After they left the party Mikey and Lena headed for home. The next morning Mikey woke and headed back to the party but decided to let Lena sleep in. Lena actually woke at about the same time as Mikey, but didn't want to leave for the party yet, so she lay awake in her bed.

As she heard a knock at the door Lena rushed downstairs to answer. As she opened the door she smiled to Akki and said "You didn't have any trouble getting here did ya...? I'm really bad with directions..." she let out a nervous laugh as she stepped back and motioned for Akki to come in.

Akki smiled shyly as she entered, giving Lena a quick hug.

Lena smiled and hugged her as she said "Well that's good..." she pointed toward the kitchen as she asked "Can I get you something to drink...?" she started to move toward the kitchen and gestured for Akki to follow.

Akki follwed Lena to the kitchen, a brooding look on her face.
"Umm...juice...tea...anything is fine..."

Lena smiled and nodded to Akki, gesturing for her to sit as she moved toward the refridgerator and said "So.... boy problems..... go ahead... spill..." she began to rummage through the fridge.

Lena walked over to the table with two bottles of grape juice, she sat one down on the table for Akki and began to open the other as she sat down. She looked up at Akki and said "So.... I know, err... have met, Lawrence.... but I don't know Jesse.... or that other guy Harbird.... he's one from the bookstore, right...?"

"Harbird is...well, he's Rics brother....he's so..." Akki's voice trailed off as her face reddened. "But he treats me like a kid...he called me 'cute'!' Her voice raised indignantly. "I kissed him....just on the cheek...and he was embarrassed! I know he likes Xileana better...he called her stunning..."

"You say cute like it's a bad thing.... I've always taken that as a compliment.... but honestly I dunno if he seems worth it to go after, to me... I mean, he's flirting with two girls at the same time..... I don't know about that.... but what about Lawrence..... you seemed really happy when you were with him at the party... and he seemed quite nice when I talked to him..." she smiled to Akki, before taking a sip of her drink.

Akki sighed softly then sipped her juice before continuing.
"I like Lawrence...he's sweet, and funny, and smart...I really had fun with him....I think...maybe...."

"Jesse moved into the bookstore two days ago....and I kissed him!"
