As I was reaching into the cabinet today for my favorite coffee mug (which I only use on rough mornings [as you'll see from the pics]) it finally dawned on me that I hadn't posted a pic of it yet.

*Applauds* Superb...phenomenal....fantastic! I'm sure I could list more, but I believe you get my point. Wish I could have seen you in person, but eh, a picture's worth a thousand words; this one tells me a lot of hard work went into that bit and you appear to do it great justice.

Ooo...haven't elicited one of those type reactions in quite some time now. I must mark this occasion somehow.

Right. Now I'm curious. How do you mean to mark this occasion?

Captain J. Kurisutofa Right. Now I'm curious. How do you mean to mark this occasion? With a lovely glass of White Zinfandel... (accompanied by a large plate of creamy chicken parmesan over a bed of pasta. Absolutely delicious...it's really a pity there weren't left overs).

My dear Captain!!! I am astonished at how dashing you look in that photo!!
And if you were at SakuraCon, perhaps you had seen another Gaia friend of mine. She was clad in heart boxers, a white t-shirt, white socks and slippers, green hair and doll ears and a white flower potruding from her head. She is none other than my dearest little friend, Riku Drinkhenn.
as for the way to mark the occasion Aria:
*pouts* dammit, I'm jealous of your good food. rofl

Oh, thank you for the flattering remark, Miss Kale. Long time no post, by the bye. Good to hear from you. How have you been?
(O_o: Food? Oh yeah... that's right. I'd forgotten... I need food to survive.)

Captain J. Kurisutofa Oh, thank you for the flattering remark, Miss Kale. Long time no post, by the bye. Good to hear from you. How have you been? (O_o: Food? Oh yeah... that's right. I'd forgotten... I need food to survive.) I got a promotion at work the same week my hubby got a new job (which was about 3wks ago). It's been kinda crazy as my workload and hours seem to have doubled. I can't say I like the a**-kissing of some of my fellow managers, but I have to deal with it for the time being before they are brought forth as the charletons they are. And when that day comes, I will be down right giddy. Until that day, the job goes just fine. (so long as I don't lose it because someone decided they would try and rat me out for something I didn't do, which already happened this week.)

Ahh, congratulations on the promotion, my dear, as well as, congratulations to your hubby on his new job. I hope you don't get worked to the point of exhaustion, though nowadays that's hard not to do with any job. Best of luck!
