Marik waited for Yami to walk in front of him, and then slowly made sure there was quite a distance between them. This way Yami would hear him curse himself for 'confessing'.
Duke barely replied in any way.
He only moved his head so Jou could reach him better, without even looking at him.

Yuugi turned to look at Mokuba. He drew up a small non-emotional smile and replied, "Fine. I kindof wish I knew why we were all here though..." He paused and briefly looked around the room. "Where's Yami? Do you know where he went?" he asked, doing his best to not release some of his frustration into his words.

Yami continued down the hall, and didn't stop when he heard Marik speaking to himself behind him. It appeared to be the sort of thing that Marik wanted him to hear--but Yami didn't know how to respond to it. It had been his decision to tell Yami how he had really felt, and Yami couldn't do anything if Marik regretted it now. It was unsettling to him, that Malik had changed his mind so quickly--but he didn't comment on it, because he felt as if it were none of his buisness.

" I thought he went out looking for you." he replied, he could tell he was upset as well, his face didnt look so pleasant either as he looked from Yugi to the ceiling once more. " I wish we never came here in the first place.." he replied. 'There I go, being selfish again, but its true. If we never came, him and Yami wouldnt be together. I just dont wanna lose the only thing I have left. The company already take him away from me, but now itll be another person. Yami will be getting loved while Im pushed more to the side then before' he thought to himself. He knew Seto would always love him, but with Yami and the company hed be way to busy to show it. His eyes narrowed at the ceiling, just thinking about it made him hate Yami even more.
((crazy thought, thinking of the pairing Yugi/Mokuba, well they could help each other through this cause they feel the same pain in a way, well of coarse, after the villan has her way with them twisted ))

(Lol, inu: that was just too much for my perverted little mind. XD "after the villian has her way with them" Actually, its funny, I was thinking about that myself, last night. I've never seen a fangroup pairing of them though, so it would be quite the interesting feat. 3nodding Of course, Mokuba likes his brother, and it is unclear about whether Yuugi likes Yami at this point. So, it might work, we'd just have to set the circumstances up right. I'm not against it, if your for the idea.)
Yuugi closed his eyes. He had hopped for a better answer. He knew that Yami was looking for him, but what he meant to say was, "Before that...I was here the whole time--and he wasn't. I left to go look for him...and--actually, I saw him--but he didn't tell me where he was, and all I want to do is to know..." Yuugi said, stopping short of what he really wanted to know at the moment. <"Actually, what I want, is to know why Yami doesn't trust me anymore...I want to be able to make sense of this situation...>"

((I know, im not really a fan of it, but it makes sence this time. And of coarse they like other people now. But they can see that they have something in common and can help each other through the pain. And be there to say that the others right and that Yami or Seto are wrong, to show that someone is on their side and understand them. Due to the cercumtances itd be cute. 4laugh ))
" Oh I see.." he replied, his voice seemed lost and on other things. He wasnt sure if he should talk to Yugi about his troubles, he was sure he wouldnt understand. He could see Yugis mind was on other things as well, he wondered what but it wasnt his place to ask.

"Are you alright, Mokuba?" Seto asked, not really wondering, but more like trying to get Mokuba's attention off of Yuugi, since he thought that's where it was.

Mokuba turned to face his brother, he didnt know what so say. Saying yes would be a lie, and saying no might be to harsh. His eyes were soft while he looked at Seto, though they had more then just brotherly love flooding them. He didnt mean for his gaze to mean more, it just came naturally. " I dunno.." he whispered before looking at the ceiling.

"Do you think we need to talk?" Seto asked, simply checking what's wrong with Mokuba.
He was sure there was SOMETHING wrong, though; it showed in his eyes.

Mokuba looked over to his brother, he didnt know how he could tell him. It wasnt a small thing telling your rother you think you were in love with him. He wouldnt understand, but yet..maybe he would. He was sure his brother would understand him and maybe know how to make him feel better as well. Feeling his confidence in his brother he smiled and nodded, " Yeah..I think so.." he replied.

Mokuba let out a sight sigh before turning his gaze to Seto, he decided to just let what was in his head come out of his mouth, but when he tried that, the words got stuck. It seemed this was gonna be harder then he thought. He took one more sigh before he spoke. " I dont like the idea of you and Yamis relationship..and its not cause your gay, I dont care about that. But you didnt even like him Seto, didnt you forget that this is the guy that took your title and humiliated you? You never liked him, then you go off and have sex in a night? Im sorry, but that doesnt make sence. " he explained. He was gonna take this piece by piece, he was choosing when to say what but for now, this was on his top list.

Mokuba looked a little upset, Seto was never like this. " Of coarse I am, thats what you always seemed. Why would you like him anyway? What did he do for you? He doesnt even really know you, not like I do.." he faded out looking to the ground. " Seto your already fading from me as it is..with the company and all. But now with him..Ill be pushed more out of your life then I already am. Its like Im not even there anymore, and with him till just get worse, you already dont act like you care. Unless Im kidnapped or something, you never show anything to me. Ive been by your side for all my life and he brings a happy lovey side to you in one freaking night !? I could love you way more then he ever could !? " Mokuba began to raise his voice before he stopped and covered his mouth. He got so emotional it had slipped out before he wanted it to.

Seto's eyes grew large for a moment, before they turned very small.
"You're talking nonsense. I don't want you to say such things. You've no idea what you're talking about. Really. You don't love me. You're just a little boy that needs attention."
The sharp tone in his voice started to fade, and he put on a more kind expression.
"I think I understand you... You need attention, right? I've been thinking about sending you to a public school for a while... You'd get a lot of attention, and you won't be bothered by Yami anymore. It would give you a chance to focuss on things other children your age do."
Seto kneeled down in front of Mokuba, placing a hand on his shoulder.
"You know I care for you, and that I want the best for you. Have you ever thought about WHY I'm working myself to the bone in Kaiba Corp?"
Instead of waiting for Mokuba to answer that, he continued;
"I've been doing it for you, Mokuba. I guess you understand that I could've retired last year with the profits I'm making, but instead I continue. I'm gathering enough money for you, so you can have your themepark, and I can take a break.
Even if you'd change your mind and decide you don't want the themepark anymore, you'd still be wealthy enough to never work. And now don't tell me I don't show I care, because every time I'm working I'm doing it for you."
((he slightly misunderstood; he thinks Mokuba is too young to love the way adults too XD))
