(*wails* I watch another anime/read another manga called 'Fruit's Basket', and theres a character named Akito Sohma. She (it's a long story, but most characters actually think she's a he. Damn Ren! *hiss*) is going to die before shes 30 due to a curse, her family is tearing her apart, and everything else. Not to mention she has worse temper problems than Malik in Battle City, and has reeeeally bad timing. *sighs* Poor, poor thing...)
"I don't want to leave you. It isn't because I think you can't take care of yourself; I just want to be with you." Ok, that was the truth for once. Malik really did want to be with the other teen, regardless of whether he could take care of him or not. It had only been what? 3 or 4 days? And already the Egyptian was taking a severe liking to Ryou. The teen didn't really know what to call it, but...
A crush. Oh dear. He continued to peer at the other innocently, hoping to hide the blush creeping from his thoughts.

Ryou quirked a brow towards Malik as he began talking about how he didn't want to leave him. He was more curious than ever now. Sure he had been getting signs from the other boy, for instance when he leaned against his shoulder and worried about him...

"Ah..." He saw Malik begin to blush, which made him blush in return. "What are you saying?" he stammered, slightly pulling back so he could face him. "You won't be leaving me...just going to sleep..."

Ryou stared blankly at Malik for a long, silent moment. It was though he were taking this all in, but at the same time, taking none of it in. He blinked finally and looked away, frowning in confusion. He would have said something, but couldn't. The words just wouldn't come out.

"I should go get some medicine." He finally said, not wanting to deal with this whole scenario right now.

Jou closed his eyes right before the wave splashed him, saving him his eyesight. For the moment. "You play dirty, ya' know that?" Jou exclaimed, though the smile on his face didn't fade. "Well, let's see how ya' handle your own stuff..." He sent a large wave right back.

((Haha, I am typing this up at the Hospital!...No nothing is wrong, I am with my Dad...He works here. So yeah...I have nothing to do. Okay, thought I would share that information.))

Ryou pushed himself up weakly, his legs trembling slightly from the sudden force. His head spun as he moved foward, putting a hand to the wall. He looked to the ground once he got to the kitchen, leaning against the counter.

He really didn't need anymore medicine, he just wanted to get out of the room for that moment. He felt so awkward. No one, not a single person had asked him anything close to that before. Sighing heavily he folded his arms on the counter and laid his head down. "What am I supposed to do or say?"

"Yes, well, this game doesn't." When the personality felt confident there wouldn't be a huge water of water he peered over to the blond, one arm hiding his eyes just in case.
The Egyptian watched him worriedly, but said nothing. What was he going to do? Maybe he should go after the other teen; he didn't seem too healthy. In the end Malik decided against it, and simply sat there pondering on what he should do.
(You scared me too, but I read Ryoko's post first, so, 3nodding )

((Haha I'm sorry for scaring you like that. XD But I had fun...I was labling all my dad's stuff in his office and writing stuff on his white board. That way when he got to work in the morning he could see all my stuff and be happy! *laughs* I even put "I Love Stupid Users" at the top of his monitor. Ah yes...But now I just feel sniffly and tired...v_v))

Ryou finally lifted his head and looked out the window for a while. He couldn't just avoid Malik all day, or not talk to him. He had to admit he had taken a liking to him. But going out? How acceptable would that be?

He grabbed a glass of water before moving back to the living room and sitting on the couch, trying not to look at him. "Sorry..." he mumured quietly and ran a finger across the condensation on the glass.
