I was caught a few years back and my mom went hysterical over (freaking hypocrite since she thinks male couples are cute as well) and she kept me off the internet for a month to try and break me. After that I was a tad more careful but I think she has given up on me. xD

Kinomi-sempie i'm 18, my parents know i have yaoi comics they just dont know whats in them. so if they do see them i can go with the "i could legaly look at this stuff" excuse xp omg you lucky dammit! i still have a few years >< anyway, i'd be dead if anyone in my family found out. first off while i am a senior, im not quite 18. second, my dad is openly against LGBT. what'll happen if they found out? rofl sweatdrop anyways, only a small no. of my friends know that are like eww

Eh heh; I've only been caught by my step sister before. (sneaky tabs ;3)
xD I dont think she even remembers I read it.
But Its hard because from where the computer I usually read comics/youtube is CLEARLY visible from our HUGE front window/ anyone who happens to be sitting in out living room/ anyone heading for a midnight snack.
My mom would be okay with it;

Mom: Oh.
Stepdad: WTF IS THIS?!?!?!
Mom: Well, at least they arent out there DOING anything.
Stepdad: But do you see what they are READING!?!?!
Mom: Its like those books I read but with guysxguys...

Heh, I haven't been caught looking at it (well yes I have but they can't see what I'm looking so it doesn't count) but my parents know I look at it since I'm always like WOO I got a new BL manga today! Plus it's their money I use for my dirty little habit. whee

Yeah, I got caught. But not necessarily....
I was watching Sensitive Pornograph (XD) and my little 11 year old brother burst into my room. Luckily my computer was facing the wall so he couldn't see it before I paused, because it was a nasty scene. But I paused it ans he looked at it, sort of them hugging nakedly and I yelled at him to leave before he could notice anything. But he came back a minute later, yelling so the whole neighborhood could hear, " ARE YOU WATCHING PORN?!?!?! " I freaked and yelled at him, " No dipshit! I was watching *says first anime that pops into mind* ! UGH! " And threw him out. My parents weren't home, luckily XD I'm pretty sure they know I watch porn though. They know my brother does and they don't care. It's REALLY weird. XD

Oh, lawdy.
I thought I'd been caught today xD We were cleaning my room out since it's getting repainted, and I went down to the kitchen to do some cleaning up. Then I heard my mom yell from upstairs; "Amanda, what are these pictures you keep in your room!?"
I reply "Oh, jus' some porn." (this is how I deal with things. They never take me seriously, anyway.)
Now, I am sort of panicking, and she comes down holding a sheet of paper.
And it's that bloody buoylove macro I made ages ago.
I thought I'd die! haha xD Thank god it wasn't anything worse. She just thought it was funny. heart - Oscar Wilde.

My parents never technically caught me. My mother knows that I like BL because I wanted to buy a yaoi manga off Amazon and I needed to use her account and she asked me what the book was about. I'm 18, so I thought I might as well tell her. There really isn't anything she can do to stop me. She is somewhat laid back, so I didn't think she would freak out. She just went, "Why would you want to read that," and submitted the order. She knows that I like girls and her brother is gay, so she probably isn't too unaccustomed to this type of thing.
My dad was trying to fix my computer one day a while ago and saw my background, which was two, obviously, men kissing. He asked, "Are those two guys?" I told him yes and he gave me a weird look but didn't say anything else. I don't think he knows that I like girls, though. If mother told him he has never made any sign of it.

blaugh fortunatly the uke was pretty enough that my teach thought it was a girl and the picture was only of a kiss ( i was reading a yaoi manga)
BUT if my parents caught me my mom would probably change the subject with a wince of ick and my dad would be embarrassed (because he reads over my shoulder) and then just say something like "Whatever floats your boat, if it means you won't look for a boyfriend"
