Reddish brown focused on her almost painfully hard before moving its stare to the ground.
Even if this world was real... which one would be better to live in..?
He'd gone through hell in the mountains, but now he was with Marik- one who would, otherwise, hate him, and who had tried to destroy him.
His brother had been expelled from Heaven and turned mortal- to travel with the demon that had caused the turn in the first place. But he would otherwise- what? Bakura shivered, thinking about him kneeling before his innocent brother, carving into his skin. Why, why would he do something like that? To prove a point? Why?
His throat tightened.
Which one did he want to be real?
"...I can't do this," he told her quietly.
Maybe it would be better if he headed off in the mountains in his world... real or not. He couldn't hurt anyone, there.

"Well of course we're different. That's what makes us human." Otogi replied, though I think was added on in his own mind. There was no point in sounding indecisive though, and soon a meat tray came his way, providing an opportunity to get rid of one's troubles through the munching of a juicy drumstick.

deranged_tenshi17 (yes you can have another character if you want. I'll mark you down for Rafael as a demon hunter if you want me to) ((Thank you deranged. ^_^ Yay for two chatacters)) After quickly talking with the inn keeper, Yugi made his way back to where he had left Ryou...but something was didn't seem right. He could feel someone watching him and that didn't sit well with him at all. One reason he didn't inns was the fact that his odd hair and eye colour made him stand out more than others. Yugi shook his head, trying to rid himself of the feeling and conutined walking.Rafael kept his head down, smiling to himself. He knew that hair from anywhere, the little demon Yugi was out and about again. Rafael could make some good money off of him so he kept an eye on him, but made no move. Not yet, too many people and to the untrain eye it would look as if he was harming an 'innocent boy.' After almost a year of seraching for that demon Rafael could wait a few more hours if needed.

Marik turned in his sleep, pressing his back against the fallen beside him. His lip twitched as he dreampt of strange things. Such as pink fluffy bunnies and squirrels- in his forest. They were so damn... happy. He could hardly bear it. And- and there were flowers and stuff. He was sceaming in his dream- then suddenly it stopped and he pressed closer to the fallen than before.
Then suddenly, he dreampt of his brother, Malik. Well, it was more like a memory from when they were kids. They were playing outside, in what was their mother's forest entirely. Malik was plopped down in the dirt, happily making a beautiful flower pop up. It was by far the most beautiful thing that Marik had ever seen. And so, going up to his little brother, Marik destroied the flower with a sharp thorned root that wound its way up the flower, tearing it to peices. Malik began to cry and ran to their mother to tell her what happened.
It was the most beautiful flower he'd ever seen, and he had to destroy it out of envy: because he knew that he could never make something as beautiful. For it was not a power given to him.

Ryou nodded accepting the answer but not understanding it. As Otogi began to eat he turned to look for Yugi, spotting the purple eyed demon he smiled brightly andf stood to great him.

Isis nodded in understanding, she had dealt with situations like this before, as long as Yami no Bakura was aware of the situation perhaps things would go well, it was not like they could do anything as of yet to help their trapped friends.
"Very well. I ask only that you do not forget what I have told you and that you seek out the others; my brother Malik, Yami no Malik or Marik as you call him ,the Pharaoh Yami and his hikari Yugi, Ryuuji Otogi, Jounouchi Katsuya, Seto Kaiba and your own hikari Ryou."
With that she closed her eyes and willed herself to awaken and return to the real world. When she opened her eyes again she saw the worried face of Rishido hovering above her. "I am alright." She said accepting his offer for help up. Turning to Mokuba she shook her head sadly. "I could only inform Yami no Bakura about what was really happening."
Mokuba nodded. "That's all we can hope for I guess, until we find a way to get them out of there, that is."
Malik looked sadly at the burn patches in his forest, there was so much damage and even more pain. Teh demon had left sometime ago and Malik had been trying to heal his injured forest with little luck. He turned to look in the direction of his brother's forest and made a decision, he was going to seek Marik's help. With a sad sigh he made his way through his forest and into Marik's with the hope that his brother may help him.

Bakura's eyes wrenched open, and he immediately tried to control his breathing- control his heartbeat. His body was moving too fast, and he was sure it was a nightmare- but one he could never forget. And it made sense, and...
God.
He slowly extricated himself from Marik's grip, moving to the balcony. The air was cold, now, but refreshing.
So, it seemed at least he wouldn't be bored anymore. He wasn't sure it was a good thing, frankly...
He wondered how he was supposed to remember everyone the woman had mentioned... but he guessed he would recognize them, if what she said was true. Why wouldn't it be..?

Jou laughed good-heartedly at Ryou's comment. "Yeah, well... like Sir Mage here said..." He blinked, suddenly distracted from his point. The minute the passing tray was within range he grabbed the first thing he could reach, biting into the meat happily. He was so used to foraging for nuts and things in the forest that he hardly ate anything with any real weight to it anymore. Not while out on the road, at least. "Finally... real food!"

Yugi smiled as he walked over and put his arm around Ryou. "Having fun?" He looked over at Jou and Otogi eatting and laughed. "Looks like I left my poor angel with wolves. Although they do have the right idea, you should eat something Ryou. Unless you rather go to bed instead." Yugi couldn't fight the small smirk on his face at the thought of Ryou in bed.

Ryou nodded happily. "Yes very much. Although I am not very hungry. . . we, angels, we really don't need to eat, we get nutrients from the sun." Suddenly his thin shoulders sagged. "But I'm not exactly an angel anymore am I?"

Yugi sighed sadly and gently brushed Ryou's bangs back from his face. "You're still an angel to me..." He bushed slighly, feel very stupid for his comment. 'Half of hell would kill you see you act like this Yugi.' "Because I'm...you know." Yugi laughed weakly as he rub the back of his neck. "So...to the room then?"
Rafael grinned as he watched Yugi talk to the other boy. 'So, the demon can blush? I doubt it, most likely an act. Doesn't really matter, no act is fooling me this time.' He thought bitterly as he continue to wait to make his move.

Blushing at the comment Ryou nodded. "Yes, I'm actually quite tired and I can tell you are as well yugi." He looke dover at Otogi and Jou. "If you would excuse us gentlemen?" He said kindly.

Yugi's eyes widen at Otogi's comment and he could feel his face growing hot. "Not another word from you magician!" Yugi grabbed Ryou's hand and walked away quickly before the green eye mage could say another word. Yugi felt very flustered and that did not sit well with the short demon at all.
'Since when did I act like this!? Has being with this angel rubbed some kind of "innocents" on me?'
"Like hell is has." Yugi mumbled as he opened the door to their room. He ran a hand through his hair and walked over to the table where a jug of ale was sitting. "If Otogi said anything...coloufully while I was gone, try best to forget it." Yugi comment as he pored himself a mug.

Jou had to bite back a laugh as he watched Yuugi scurry away. "Hey, look what you've done!" He smiled and lightly punched Otogi's arm, his eyes shining playfully. "You got him all flustered! What kind of talk is that, anyway?"
