There's some real bad blood coming through in that fight, starting all the way from post 1.

The Great Absolute I've been doing all my writing while listening to Adam Hurst. My last 2-3 posts have been written with Libera Me From Slam on repeat.

DesolationI've been "jamming" to that, Forsaken and Disappearance and The Shallows. I enjoy the darker and somber music lol. Usually in combat RP I listen to metal or something.

Scalar Warfare Thanks, Cael-emine lotion. Though this fight with Jace could escalate pretty rapidly. I think he might be getting pissed that I am refusing to engage his blade. Can't blame you for it. The rapier is all about voiding, so it's not metagaming on your part. It's being used exactly as it should, and it just so happens to pay off rather well.

A damn shame. emo I'm not proud of it. but if I said that I didn't feel a bit sore about the way this fight has been conducted, I'd be lying. Slash knows what I think, I know what Slash thinks. We have a low opinion of one another now. This fight is an embarrassment, and when I say that I mean, my part and contribution this fight is embarrassing to me. My only hope is to progress so that I can do better and show that I'm better than this.

But it's not really the right sort of thing for the type of character I'm writing for. I think it fits Ertai fairly well. For JUSTICE Guy, yeah I wouldn't think it would work lolol.

Definitely, though not everyone recognizes this. I've been trying to remain very simple and to the point with my maneuvering so its easy to understand. At some point though I might have to get more technical, which, I can do, no problem, its just an issue of making it fun to read. I'm not even particularly concerned about outright parrying that katana either, were it, you know, a normal blade as opposed to what its wielder probably thinks it is, a la HEAVEN SHATTERING SOULBLADE OF ARCANE MIGHT that will 'break my flimsy blade asunder' or some nonsense.

It's all about the angle of deflection and where and how your blades impact and meet. You can deflect a katana all day long as long as you know where to parry and how to riposte and counter.
