Raumias didn't even bother trying to approach the fan, this time; as soon as she was close enough, she fired a series of shots. Dead on.
She smiled to herself, took a couple steps closer. Prepared to fire again.

Angling herself better so that the shots would stop glancing off uselessly and hitting her, she did much better this time around. She fired off a series of shots and observed for a second.
She was starting to feel the cold.

The cold, at first, had soothed her burns. The creeping chill was now starting to sting, however, making her muscles protest the exposure. Nevertheless, she knew she was close-- she just had to survive as long as she could.

Her body was starting to seize up. This was the worst shape she'd ever been in, trying to make it through this facility.

Raum aimed with all her concentration. She just needed to pop it with one shot. Just one.
Better aim for two. Instead, she fired until she couldn't fire any more, clicking the trigger as it shot nothing.
And the fan was broken. Warming up rapidly, she headed to the spire. The strange construction she'd only successfully climbed twice.

Looking up at the spire, she prepared her plan of attack.
She had hardly any energy left, and could barely sustain herself. Instead of anticipating certain geysers or debris inaccurately, she watched: she watched for quite some time.
By the end of her watching, she thought she'd mapped out a route as accurate as she'd ever have. She just wanted to make it to the top, this one last time.
Raumias ran, with every ounce left in her, and made it to the top of whatever the hell this spire was. She leaned her hands on her knees for a moment, relieved no one was here to see how much she'd suffered through the first two ordeals.
And now she had the last of the blessings this tower could offer her. She smiled to herself, a wicked smile: let's see who was prey when this was over.
With some disbelief, Sarviur peeked over the top again. He'd done it.

Now it was cooler. Unfortunately, Linswo didn't think having the fan on was a good idea. He'd have to stop it somehow. After looking around, he found a piece of debris and threw it.
