"If you want I'm always willing to help you work on physically defending and such, After all switching from ranged defense to actual close range defense is hard to adapt to" she sighed before she heard Fluer speak up. sighing as she was still being her usual self, mocking and such, which if she did start a fight she'd let it happen as she didn't think noira was too much weaker than before just less means of fighting. _________________________________________________

 I am the Princess of Madness And in the end, all will kneel before me Fleur quickly folded her wings in front of her as Noira slashed out at her. The wave hit her, shoving her back several feet and cracking some of her crystals but she otherwise remained unharmed. "So am I," she reminded Noira teasingly. "Don't make me remind you the hard way too." Scratch looked up at Noira when she asked him about Clara. "Nothing at the moment, though her Royal Guard has been actively killing off some of her smaller enemies. I doubt she will use them to make a move against us at the moment. It seems she is attempting to tie off a few loose ends. I doubt she will remain passive for long though," he told her calmly.

"Hmm," She hummed to herself as she thought to herself. "Though I hate to say it, we need to take advantage of the temporary alliance we have with the DWMA then. Saint Clara is most likely building up her forces once more and on top of that she has the black blood, which she is planning on weaponizing. I'm honestly tempted to reach out to the Machinists the DWMA has allied themselves with as they may at least have a slight clue of where Saint Clara would be and what resources she would have at her disposal." ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ｡"It's our world, they can never have it. _________________________________________________Chilia kept listening to her go on nd even showing her thoughts on the matter of what she was "You may be a kishin but your not going to prove anything because we both know if you try you will be beaten down" she told her bluntly. she looked at Scratch " Shes....not acting like she gained a new power to her side...You'd think she'd have gone to a bigger attack of such to use her ability to an advantage...but she's giving time for people to learn of it...she's clearly up to something" she stated as she looked back at noira " Anytime you ask We can, and as for going to the DWMA...I would recommend being more careful after all to them your painted as the woman whom is the Enemy...and those whom you have been around wont help our case" _________________________________________________

"Don't expect me to go easy on you though. You gotta be prepared for your next showdown with Saint Clara after all," she told her teasingly. Scratch thought for a moment. "We may have to defeat and capture one of her Royal Guards," he proposed. "Or else get in contact with some of The Machinists as you suggested. I don't believe the ones who have formed an alliance with The DWMA know where they are, they may know more than we do."

She creating a full on plan since she likes to go above and beyond. It also makes sense that she is waiting. Saint Clara isn't sure what the black blood can or can't do right now so I am sure she is looking into how it works before she uses it," Noira told Chilia. "As for the DWMA, we made a temporary peace agreement to go after Saint Clara and whoever else she is with." Noira ignored Fleur's offer to train, blue eyes shifting to Scratch once more. "Even if we get one of her royal guards, I doubt they would be much help. If they are still with her, I am sure they would much rather die than give away anything. Still, we could try that approach. _________________________________________________Chilia kept her arms crossed "Which is more reason why i'm uneasy about nothing happening...because it just sets us in a state of peace that can be broken whenever" she explained. she heard her speak of the temporary alliance "I'm not saying there isn't one..I'm saying that your still painted as a destructive force to them...which means they will be watching you like a hawk and if they find out they can overpower us...they will take advantage of that once that 'alliance' ends" she stated trying to point out her concerns. Noira began to talk to scratch again about his idea, "Noira has the point...if anyone would be telling us, it would be a deserter...whom would be dead...or hard to find...if they aren't already in the DWMA's hands, because from what we've seen, they either are too scared to go against or too damn loyal" she sighed. _________________________________________________

"Perhaps it would be best to seek out one of the Machinist defectors at the DWMA. I am aware of Naomi's location. We may pay her a visit. I am also aware that an...incident occurred several months ago at one of The Machinist refugee camps. I'm not sure what took place but it seems the hybrid and the DWMA were involved and they somehow affected the power structure there greatly. We may want to investigate that as well." Fleur folded her arms in annoyance. "Oh wonderful, it seems we'll be running errands again," she huffed. "Besides, as surprising as it may seem Chilia actually has a point. We can't count on The DWMA to keep our alliance going, especially if they have the opportunity to take us down when we're weak."

I'm still a kishin, black blood or not," Noira told Chilia as she raised her one arm up and stretched it for a few moments. She sighed and thought over what to do in regards to gathering info from the Machinists. "The Naomi girl would be a safer bet than the refugee camp for now. However, I may set up a date we can go see what is happening there without them knowing." Noira finally lowered her arm and glanced over at Fleur "I'm not expecting this to be permanent. And if they were smart, they wouldn't try taking us down any time soon. Not when threats like Saint Clara are much greater." She began walking out of the training grounds they were on, clearly wanting to take a break for not and start planning in her quarters. "We won't have to worry about them breaking an alliance until things with Saint Clara are wrapped up. Until then, I would ask all of you to be as cooperative as possible. If we don't want them to mess with us during this, we shouldn't be poking them too much either... For now anyway." ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ｡"It's our world, they can never have it. _________________________________________________Chilia just listened to Noira as she spoke, she had commented on whom she was going to go for, noami, a deserter Chilia figured which caused her to sigh looking to Scartch "are you sure its just her where shes at or is she with others...because i can bet she has some...friends that are close to her or near her" she stated before looking at Noira " Noira...there may not be many....but the few we have....are major weaknesses, you were the only one of us whom their weakness isn't easy to find, but without your blood, that becomes your weakness...thats what I'm worried about" she commented her arms still crossed. Noira confirmed that if anything they would strike after the threat of saint clara was gone "Thats why you leave me and fluer to stall the DWMA while you....'finish' whatever you need with Clara, just incase they try to 'find' you trying to get your powers back when we hit that road of Claras end" she told her bfore pushing off the wall "ad theres no need to worry about us...poking them, we dont exactly interact with them enough for any conversation or bickering o start in the first place" _________________________________________________

"Yes, Naomi is living with a blonde-haired girl who is often visited by a boy with blue hair. The boy gives off a strangely similar wavelength to Herald. I wouldn't be surprised if they were somehow related. The girl is....different. I'm unable to ascertain what kind of being she is. Though I can assume both of them are powerful I do not believe the two of them alone could stand the full might of the Blackwings. Even if Naomi helped them. They could however pose a significant problem. As My Lady suggested, I think a non-violent approach would be best for the moment." "Speak for yourself," Fleur huffed at Chilia. "You may have many "major weaknesses" but I don't." Her eyes drifted back to Noira. "And why should they care about her? Isn't she dead? You were there when that stupid headquarters of theirs exploded or whatever. I say we use this opportunity while they're looking the other way to take what we want. If you need their help that badly we can just hold something for ransom."
