It had given him pause however, and looking over he saw Shiro helping Sakura up, and Chisana on her last legs. He could go on, but his pet could not. "Alright, alright you guys win." Pakku said as he walked over and gently picked up Chisana, who wimpered slightly. "You didn't have to rough her up so bad!" He said rather angrily as he held the shaking pup in his arms.

Sakura fell back after her previous attack, unsteady as to what would happen. Chisana looked like she was too tired to do anything, but Shiro and Pakku solved her problems as they finished up the round. The two exchanged punches, and Shiro delivered a swift punch to Pakku's stomach and fell back, helping her up. She looked at him in surprise, as he reprimanded her, but her expression soon changed to one of a smile as she lightly pat him on the arm. She promptly stood up on a tip-toe, giving him a light kiss on his cheeks as thanks.
Before she had any time to see his reaction though, Pakku's slightly angry shout had her turn around quickly, as he took Chisana in his arms. "You didn't have to rough her up so bad!" he said as he ended the spar. Yuki flinched ever so slightly at his tone; had she hurt the dog that badly? Walking up to him, she gently laid her hands on his shoulders and murmured to him, looking at both their states. "Shhh, Chisana is fine. I didn't hurt her badly during the spar. She's only just too tired from all the extra running I made her do. In fact, I'm more worried about you. Are you hurt anywhere?" Sakura asked as she also took a glance at Shiro as well. "Scratch that, both of you need some rest. Come on, let's go relax over by the shade somewhere." she said in a playful tone. Not that she was the one to talk; but she had been lucky. Taking the duo's hands, she led them over to a decent place in the courtyard. She sure wished she had some medical supplies with her right now. She'd have to ask kaa-san to put together some things for her to carry a small kit so she could use it next time. Actually, there had to be a kit in the Academy somewhere, right? She'd just patch herself up later. If anyone needed it though, it would be those two in front of her, although there wasn't much she could do to bruising. Hoping the two were in a better mood, she leaned against the tree and crossed her arms, looking at them both. "So, how was that for my first spar?" she asked, smiling.

Inechi Shironaegi Hp: 42 / 50 Cp: 53 / 75 MHp: 60 / 60 "Alright, alright you guys win."Shiro wasn't quite sure that he had heard that right. He had known that the spar would be over soon, but that it ended almost instantly without Pakku really putting up a fight took him completely by surprise. ""You didn't have to rough her up so bad!" Pakku said as he held Chisana in his arms, Shiro was about to say something in response when Sakurayuki lightly kissed him on the check. Chibi Shiro* made a sudden reemergence after having slept for a very long time. His eyes grew wide as if he was in great pain. Then blood erupted from his nose in a short rapid burst before he fell back asleep with a large grin on his face.* (For those who don't know, Chibi Shiro is akin to inner Sakura but he is a chibi form representation and caricature of Shiro's inner thoughts. I often break the fourth wall with him as well. Case in point I haven't used him in forever thus the reemergence reference) My face?... it feels kind of hot, almost like when dad makes me drink... but I haven't been drinking at all today. So then why? Why does my face feel hot all of a sudden? Could Sakura-chan have sake on her lips? Like poison sake coated lips?he asked himself, as he tried to find the reason for the sudden change in the feeling of his face. However he had yet to be taught the real reason for this hot feeling, so he was left to speculate wildly and in the end decided that he would need to investigate this issue further and if she did infact have poison coated lips he would need to build up an immunity. In the meantime Sakurayuki had given a reason to assuage Pakku of his worries and led both of the boys outside. By the the time that they had settled outside for a rest Shiro was back with reality. "So, how was that for my first spar?" Sakurayuki asked with a smile."You got pretty lucky." he told her bluntly. "But seriously that was way to short, Pakku if you're going to always fight with your dog you need to realize that it will get hurt, and maybe even killed at some point."

He was far more concerned for Chisana, she was smaller then him and couldn't take as much damage. Sitting down in the shade he continued to hold Chisana in his arms, she trembled lightly. 'We'll get stronger girl, I promise...' He thought as he continued to pet her back. When this schoolday was over they would get to begin training in the Clan's Jutsu.
"Pakku if you're going to always fight with your dog you need to realize that it will get hurt, and maybe even killed at some point."
Hearing Shiro say that felt like a lecture to Pakku, a lecture on something Shiro knew nothing about. "She's not my pet, she's my partner, we're equals." He said with a fair bit of bite in his tone. "The day she dies is the same day I do. You wouldn't understand it, you're not an Inuzuka." He continued to gently pet her, he knew she'd be okay, she'd been through far worse in thier time together.

Uchiha SakurayukiTAB TAB▬▬▬▬▬TABHp ღ MHp ღ CpTB31/36 | 48/48 | 40/40TAB TAB▬▬▬▬▬Oblivious to chibi-Shiro's sudden turmoil and reddened face from behind her, Sakura reached the tree, wondering the whole while as to why Shiro's face was so red. 'It must be the heat that's getting to him,' she judged childishly to herself. When she heard the reply to her question from Shiro, Sakura nodded, agreeing, although she was slightly peeved. It was sheer chance that Chisana had been shaken from that impromptu attack that she had thought up of in the sudden battle. It wasn't like she had any prior experience to fighting with others, and especially not with a dog, either. If Pakku hadn't been so worried about her than the battle would have gone much more longer than it had before, although since Chinsana was out of the picture, the fight would have been hard on Pakku.
"You're right." she acknowledged, as she accepted the well meant criticism, while giving Pakku a careful glance. "I'll just train harder until next time." The Inuzuka in front of her was boiling, however, and lashed out at Shiro. Apparently, the word 'pet' was a taboo for the clan members since the two were supposed to be equals in terms of status, which many flaunted by issuing a leaf insignia for their partners as well as their own. But even if it were so, Sakura gave Pakku a strange look. She realized that having a life partner like the two would mean that they would feel each other's pain, but shouldn't Pakku have thought of that before he had asked her to spar with them? Really, it was quite obvious that every member of the spar would get hurt somehow, regardless of the results. It was engraved in her as an Uchiha that being weak was not allowed; that you had to be ready to accept everything, even death if you were not strong enough. She didn't understand that fully, but even she knew that things like losing and death happened.
Stepping next to him and giving Pakku a cold look, she marked each of her words with an icy tone. "Inuzuka Pakku. If Chisana is so precious to you then maybe you should reconsider being a ninja." She softened her voice a bit, but it still held the firm tone, which stemmed from the beliefs that she had been raised with as a child. "Yes, we don't understand how close you two are, and we never may. But if that bond between you keeps you from fighting to your last, then... maybe you're better off without it." she bit out, knowing and hating how harsh it would have sounded to the boy in front of her. Now keeling in front of the Inuzuka, she murmured a time-old mantra that she had whispered to herself at night, ever since she had been bullied when she was in the civilian sector as a child. "Be strong. Be the strongest ever, so you can protect the ones you love." Sakura, with an afterthought, added one last thing that came to her mind just then. "So you won't have to go through something like this ever again, hmm?" she said, looking at him in the eye.Quote: Bunshin no Jutsu Description: The student creates a clone with their chakra. "She was always the runt of the litter, and at first I resented her for it..." He said as he looked down at the now lightly snoozing dog, with something like amusement. When he returned to Sakura his eyes were hard again. "So don't you tell me about being strong to protect the ones who care for you, I saw it happen first hand. And it came from the weakest from them all..." He said as he looked back down at Chisana, lightly scratching her back.

Sakura barely refrained from snorting at Pakku's response. It was undignified behavior that otou-san would disapprove of, and she barely checked her temper before it ran away from her. "You think I'd actually kill any of you in a spar, never mind your nin-dog??" she hissed as her eyes narrowed, offended at the very thought. Her, killing a classmate? She understood where Pakku was coming from, but as of now, she had a wounded pride to defend. "Chisana isn't weak. She's strong because she wants to protect the one she loves, which is you." Unfortunately. she added childishly in her mind. You become strong to protect the ones you love, Inuzuka. You should know that by now." Sakura retorted as she put her hands on her waist and 'hn'ed before turning around in her spot swiftly and sitting down on the grass with her arms crossed, pouting. If it wasn't obvious before, now she was officially mad at the turn of events today.
Thinking back, she wondered at his remarks briefly. It wasn't like she hadn't bore the brunt of the hardships before, but she had won out in the end, repeating that mantra to herself over and over again and eventually gaining their respect. By showing that she was just as capable as they were at their own game, she had protected herself and the pride of their clan. No, she wouldn't, couldn't, accept Pakku's point of view. The strong always won out in the end, regardless. Couldn't he just accept that?

Inechi Shironaegi Hp: 43 / 50 Cp: 54 / 75 MHp: 60 / 60 I guess he didn't understand me... I didn't say anything about Chisana being a pet. Shiro thought to himself as he listened to Pakku. As for not understanding it, Pakku was sort of right. Shiro would never understand giving up his life for a dog, that just seemed stupid to him. However, Shiro definitely understood fighting for people and protecting them, he'd seen his share of it already during the initial invasion of the Fire Daimyo. What happened next surprised the boy, Sakurayuki gave Pakku words reminiscent of the ones he had told her earlier in the day. This of course made him reflect on the words that he had given her earlier: "Being a shinobi isn't just about killing either but in the end it's defined by death. Sure you can help some people without clashing against the ambition of rival shinobi but ultimately shinobi kill other shinobi. There is no escaping that, and if you can't do that you should leave. I don't want to see you get killed because you were too nice."Did my words, really reach her? Shiro asked himself. It was important to see this, as truly showed how one person can influence another person. Of course Sakurayuki had her own advice as well, since she wasn't a duplicate of Shiro. Her advice was also quite good to say the least. "Be strong. Be the strongest ever, so you can protect the ones you love." I'll remember that Yuki-chan he silently pledged to himself. Of course like most of the current academy students Pakku was quite headstrong and wasn't done talking yet either. The two continued to bicker for bit, but Shiro remained quiet. He enjoyed fighting... just not the verbal kind. When there happened to be a pause between Sakurayuki and Pakku, Shiro took the opportunity to lie down on the ground and look up the sky. "I think Chisana knows the Way." Shiro said in a rather aloof manner. He was simply tired of the argument, and at this point he was about ready to suggest that Pakku and Sakurayuki just duke it out while Chisana and he relaxed on the sidelines.

After a while, Sakura shifted somewhat, thinking back to a similar conversation before the afternoon, with Shiro. Come to think of it he had said something like that too, and it must have popped up in her mind all of a sudden when Pakku was speaking. Her speech came from the feelings that she didn't want anyone to get hurt, not because she wanted to kill, like she had wrongly...? assumed with Shiro. The white haired boy didn't seem like a bad person, no. In fact he was quite nice and humane, just like any other person she had met. Maybe he had the same reasons for telling her what he had said before. What did he say exactly...?
I don't want to see you get killed because you were too nice.
...Right. That was it. But all the same, the other things he had said were quite depressing, and Sakura decided to ask okka-san and otou-san about it later when she could. It wasn't often that she could get to talk with them for a long time because they were always so busy, or tired. Sometimes, they looked as if they carried the whole world on top of them when they thought she wasn't looking, and would search for comfort together for hours, in their room. In situations like those, she couldn't just barge in, but would silently ready herself for bed after she tidied up whatever needed cleaning. Blood stains were the most frustrating out of them all. The metallic tang that stayed in her mouth... And the carelessly strewn around armor and weaponry that was stained in a once-crimson red.. blood, blood blood eveywhere...!! But that was completely out of topic, she scolded herself as she shook her head as if that simple act would rid herself of these thoughts.
Just then, Shiro decided to speak up, and she turned to hear him say something, quite casually. His tone was exactly as if they were commenting on some unimportant thing like the weather that she had to think for a moment before she realized it actually had an important meaning to it.
"I think Chisana knows the Way."
She was thankful for the slight distraction that his commentary provided. But... the Way? Instincts told her that he was talking about something more important than a physical path, but more transcendent.
"The Way? What do you mean?" she asked carefully, looking to both Shiro and Pakku for answers.

He didn't want to but it was slowly looking as if he'd have to take her to the Clan Vet/Doctor. Such visits weren't uncommon for any Inuzuka, but niether him nor Chisana much cared for the place, and the needles within. THe thought alone causing him to visibly cringe, even in front of Shiro and Sakura. However the health of his partner took presidence over thier fears, though he would go in begrudingly. As he thought this he kept an ear on the conversation between Sakura, and Shiro. He heard Shiro mention something about Chisana having the way, whatever that was. When it came to that he and Sakura were on the same level. He didn't show too much visible interest however, looking down at Chisana and scatching lightly behind her ear.

Inechi Shironaegi Hp: 44 / 50 Cp: 55 / 75 MHp: 60 / 60 "The Way? What do you mean?" Sakurayuki asked as she looked between the two boys for an answer. Here I go, about to sound like an old man again. he laughed to himself. "Be determined and advance." he quoted from Hagakure. "That's part of the true Way of the Shinobi, and from what I've seen and Pakku's said, Chisana gets that." after saying so Shiro lifted his legs up a little and rocked his body towards his head before springing back up to his feat. He looked around a little bit, and eyed the position of the sun, before faking a yawn. "I wouldn't worry about Chisana, with her determination I'm sure she'll bounce back soon." he assured Pakku. "Oh and I doubt a new sensei is going to show up before the end of the day so I'm going to duck out early, probably going to go train out at the training grounds or something." he informed the others. "See you tomorrow Yuki-chan." he half waved goodbye as he began walking away.
Once he was back inside the academy Shiro headed to the dojo. If I'm going to keep learning that style from the Book of Five Rings I'm going to need to something to practice with. Shiro walked over to the equipment desk for the dojo and casually asked for two bokken to borrowed for overnight use. The chuunin working behind the desk was a bit of a jerk about it, but he did allow Shiro to sign out two bokken. With that out of the way, Shiro geld both of the practice swords under one arm and then headed for the training grounds.[Exit]

Sakura smiled at Shiro's explanation, looking fondly at Chisana, who was dozing around in Pakku's arms. Maybe... maybe Chisana really did know the Way, if that was what it meant. Pretty soon though, Shiro yawned and mentioned something about their sensei not coming today, and told them that he'd retire for today. Sakura nodded and waved good-bye even as he was already walking away, with a verbal response in kind.
"Good-bye!" she said, and stood up as well. Since cerfew wasn't for a while, she might as well finish practicing her Bunshin no Jutsu before going back home. After all, she had things to do once she got home, as well as searching for someone who would teach her tessenjutsu in earnest. Since she couldn't use the kunai and shuriken yet, Sakura needed a way to protect herself without the use of chakra, and the tessen was a perfect way to do that. An Uchiha using and Uchiwa... laughing to herself, Sakura took a stance and went through the hand signs for the jutsu. It took only a moment for her to remember the seals for the jutsu, and she smoothly moved through them while focusing chakra into the seals. In the millisecond before the jutsu was actually executed, she felt a rush of endorphin flowing through her; the thrill that she felt when she knew it had worked perfectly. With a poof, two bunshins appeared next to her, and Sakura contentedly looked at her handiwork before she dispelled them. The quick spar had increased her focus, as she could still feel the excitement from earlier, which, ironically, helped her maintain a good grasp on her task at hand. Maybe the effects would last for the duration of the lesson.Quote: Bunshin no Jutsu Description: The student creates a clone with their chakra. Think of it like molding a sculpture. 1 = Fumble.. Automatic fail
Feeling giddy, Sakura looked at her hands in wonder. It was a surprise to her that chakra had so many uses. Just today she had learned how to do so many things with just her chakra, from feeling and molding it, hiding herself in the bushes, and now, making a perfect copy of her, even though it was an intangible hologram that disappeared with a touch. She wondered if there was a jutsu that made solid copies of themselves. If there was such a jutsu, that would be totally cool, because chores would be a breeze. That, and she could go play somewhere else without anyone knowing the difference, which was quite awesome, if you thought about it. No bully would ever try picking on her again, because the jutsu would scare them all off and make them run away.
But that was only once she finished this jutsu. Gently getting back down to a crouching stance, she readied her hand seals again to make the bunshin but a sudden pang in her leg made her wince and stop. Looking down, she saw that she had aggravated the bite mark on her ankle and made it bleed again, although it was just a small droplet. A small thing like this was nothing, and okka-san would be there to look it up if anything was too wrong, but... gosh it hurt. Wiping away the droplet with her thumb, she rubbed the muscles near the wound until the irritation went away. The chakra she had been preparing for the jutsu had gone away, but she decided it didn't matter so much, since she had built up more chakra than she had in the morning at an alarming rate. Slow and steady wins the race, she thought to herself as she relaxed her arms.

Once she felt that she had a sufficient amount of time to recover, she focused in on her chakra and brought it to her core, before expelling it. Because she had done such a wonderful job of it before, it was easy to tell that it was a success this time as well, although she figured that she could have done better. She let the bunshin be, and found to her amusement that the bunshin had a mind of it's own; since there wasn't any threat around the vicinity that needed any immediate attending to, it just roamed around until it reached the place where Pakku was. When it stood there, it just stared at the dog curiously until it poofed out of sight in a small white puff of smoke.
She wondered if the bunshin knew why it had been created. It would be interesting to have a talk with it, but for all she knew, it hadn't talked a single syllable in all the times she had created one. Perhaps her bunshin was shy in talking to her as she was to her bunshin as well? Since it was her clone, it was her assumption that they had the same characteristics and traits. Did it know that it was a bunshin? Did it have a coherent train of thought like a normal human?
