Neji sat back into position, something other than Carri losing was on his mind. "Excuse me? You're here to teach me a nin would act, not how a nice guy would. If you disqualify this squad, you'll just prove how you're no sensei at all, and how you'll crush all our dreams just to get your point across," He didn't even care that Akina had just pulled up and sat down near them.

Haru was caught unexpected by Carri since she burst out of the dust so he had little time to react. He raised his hands to guard but she still caught him across the chest, cutting a thin gash into his torso. Blood emitted out of the wound like venom through a snakes mouth, but he decided it was the best time to react. "Hyah!" He shouted, sending a multiple of match kicks at her.

She used her momentum from slashing at him to bring her other arm up and block his attacks, her blade shielding her so she took very little damage from his kicks. Her demon eyes making it possible to move in time to meet his kicks. But the sheer force combined with the dizziness from the pervious blow made her stumbled backwards, throwing her off balance.

Tadaaki then said, "Perhaps I am...But you are greedy and selfish...This is not about your relationship with Carri...This is about your relationship to the world...Others, not just her...To choose yourself over your squad, or others around you...That is not the way of the ninja...And if you can only think of yourself, as you clearly are only able to do...Than you are not ready to be a true ninja...And thus...I entered you in this exam prematurely...I do not doubt your skills Neji Hyuuga...I don't doubt your abilities, and your brain...But your ability to function as part of a squad...That...I doubt...If Carri loses this battle...I am disqualifing this squad...Without hesitation." He said matter of factly, Neji may hate him now, but he was the boys teacher, and his job was to teach him how to function as a ninja, and as part of a squad, as if he was part of one being...From what he could see, Neji was unable to do that, and only thought of himself and his own selfish greed.

Akina sighed and tried to pay attention to the fight. Obviously she had walked in at a bad time. She looked briefly at Neji. "I can't pretend to know exactly what you're talking about, but he's right. Teamwork is the single most important lesson for a ninja. Very often it is the deciding factor between life and death." Standing up, Akina returned her attention toward the match. "I hope that helps. If not... well, don't hate me!" She said with a sheepish smile before she walked toward the stands.

Neji was focused on the match, not caring about what Tadaaki or Akina were talking about. Tadaaki was being an idiot, just trying to get his way as usuall. Akina, well, he didn't mind, she seemed to be just fooling around. "Whatever," He said, not even knowing what they were talking about.

Haru crashed in the wall but the punch did not crash into him, instead her fist collided with the wall. When the dust cleared, all there was in sight was a wall with cracks all over it, dented dangerously as well. Suddenly, Haru came flying down from out of nowhere aiming a kick down at her, looking to win this match already.
