Minato smiled "sorry and I am not a stalker. I am waaaay worse." he said and he finished the first half of his food quickly then minato flinched "stay down." he said and grabbed sorenity and put her under a table as bullets flew by one skinned his back
"hello minato." a voice said "we are here to kill you."
" oh hahaha very funny try it wait you did not only when you killed my family but also many times before." minato replied standing up
"oh? What makes you think u can out speed bullets? Sure we've seen you're speed it's fast but not fast enough." the person said again
"that's were you're wrong." minato replied

Sorenity hearing all this clapped her hands grabbing Minato and pulling him under the ground momentarily. She was moving the earth in front of her to get around to the back of there enemies "your right, you waay worse, you seem to just attract creeps. I'll give you the advantage of surprise, we'll pop up behind them." She didn't really care who they were fighting, but it seemed that they were enemies of minato, so she was going to help. "looks like saishi might have to remodel his restaurant again." she sighed and opened up the hole outside the restaurant the earth pushing her and minato out fast.

''no stay.'' minato said and jumped up ''lets go you four vs me.'' minato said landing and he clapped his hand touched a pole and chains appeared and he spun it
''kill him.'' one said and shot at minato who disappeared and hit them in the face he took his chain and threw it around another persons neck and appeared behind them and pulled on the chains till there head came off
he then appeared over another person and drop kicked theminto the ground he look at the last one ''this is for big sister kahuya.'' he said and disappeared and attacked the person until they looked like they got hit by a building and flattend like a steamroller ran them over

Sorenity landed relizing that her help wasn't needed she sighed. seeing Minato still beating the last one up she rand over "hey enough is enough." she wasn't effected by the gruesome scene. "its a bit sad, it looks like I really would go as far as to help a friend with something like murder." she joked of course.

minato suddenly stopped and hit the floor on his knees '' i killed them.'' he muttered and fell to th floor ''i am a monster, i dont deserve automail if i use it to kill.''

Sorenity somewhat saw this comming and was still excsessively calm. she touched Minato's arm "Minato. you have the biggest heart I know of around here. Your no killer." she said "If you were I wouldn't be sticking around." she was actually glad he was breaking down a bit. "The person who does that mercilessly with out remorse or regret. The people who enjoy and crave the negative values in taking a persons life, those are the killers. The killers will be looked down apon even scumbags. You are no killer, you are my friend and a protector" she smiled once more and gave him a hug.

Minato smiled a bit and wipped away a tear "Thank you sorenity." He said and he hugged her back he didnt relize he was drenched in blood and he quickly let go and backed away and he twiched a bit as he heard sirens go off in the distance

Sorenity sighed "Oh what now." she looked around trying to see if anything terrible was about to happen.
Mortem jerked up from his garden. Hearing sirens in the distance he looked ahead trying to focus where they were coming from, he was high enough that he thought he could see what was happening.

"They triggered the silent alarms." Saishi said walking out
Minato looked up "If they see this i could go to jail for murder.... wait alchemy i can get out..... but thats not the right thing to do.... craaaaaaap." Minato said starting to worry
The sirens grew closer and stopped "Holly crap what happened here?" a police officer asked looking at the mess

Sorenity was going to say it was ok but the officers were all ready there. "these people started to attack us...." she said quietly she was nervous as hell aways trying to be a good person. soon Mortem was running to them gasping a bit "a-are you two ok? I ...saw... them..." he took a phew breaths then looked at the police "do you know what happened here?" Sorenity looked at minato not knowing waht to do.

''officers, they have nothing to do with any of this. those people are in a small group that killed my family and have been tryin to kill me due to my family's wealth.'' minato said
the police officer looked at him '' i dont care youre coming with us.''
''NO! he stays due to my orders, Saishi, i am a state alchemist i out rank you.'' saishi said
''fine he is free just this once.'' the popo replied and they got into there cars and disappeard

Sorenity burst out "wh-" but Saishi all ready had the situation under control. she turned to the police as they walked off "free? he's being taken under custody by a higher rank how is that free? Won't any form of legality be worst??" confused she asked saishi.
"that was close, I saw them driving this way and got worried. I could see you all. What happened?" mortem asked confused.

Minato looked around "Well...... that saved me time of having to think of ways to attempt to get outta that place.''

Sorenity sighed "at least we dealt with that problem." she glanced from mortem to saishi "I don't think you two have met, saishi, mortem, mortem saishi" she pointed between the two. "so we have homunculus after us, and a mob of some sort. Not to mention we haven't gotten to do the exam yet." she sighed again feeling like she was juggling things "I'll need to-" she collapsed "#@!$%$@%! and this is what happens of course. I should have known it was coming sometime this week."
Mortem bowed to saishi and was confused with what happened to Sorenity "um...you can get up? would that solve it?"
"I can't. no tendons. There's no way for me to actually bend anything. I cant move my legs or arms. Tendons connect muscles to bones, so basically I can't move, except luckily my mouth."
"so wait, this whole time you've had no tendons?!? how were you moving???"
"no idea, can you please get me up now! there are ants down here and I think their interested in my nose!!!
Mortem helped her up "I can't make anything, I'm not that type of alchemist." he explained
"as long as I'm off the ground. How am I going to right the written thing tomorow if im like this. crying . great." she said "saishi is there something like getting an officer to write for you, if you tell them your answers or something?" she asked without moving her head.

Minato clapped his hands and he created a wheelchair "Here put her in this." He said yawning a bit and pushed over the chair "And if its possible i can write her answers down." He added and went to work fixing up the place
"Hmmmmmmm i think that would work." Saishi said covering his eyes from the lights that kept coming from minato "And mortem nice to meet you." He said and returned with a bow back
