Lucian widened his eyes, staring at Dema. Quietly, he whispered into her ear before drinking the potion. "I wanna fly." He whispered, chugging the potion with a gross look in his face. "Ucky!" He whined loudly, his face scrunched up.

"Very well. I'll grant your wish." Dema replied, giggling at the expression Lucian made after drinking the potion. She couldn't help it. He was simply adorable! Well, that, and pretty frickin' hilarious. "If it doesn't help to calm your stomach down, I've got other potions hidden away that should help as well."

Lucian was happy that Dema was going to let him fly, but he still thought the potion tasted nasty. "Are they ucky too?" He questioned calmly, grossed out by the taste of the thing. After a moment, he made another comment. "Dema, I'm still hungry." He said as his stomach began to calm down.

Kyrell perked up when he heard Lucian ask him a question and quickly turned away, "Oh, nothing. Nothing!" He sat in his own little corner, brooding what he did. Thus, began the tale of the regretful ex-knight who fed meat to a vegetarian. Ksshh! Anyway, back on story... He sat there, wondering what to do even though the child probably didn't even notice him.

"Then why don't we go out and forage for some berries?" Dema suggested, thinking that this would be a good idea to both fufill her end of the bargain as well as a chance to scout the nearby area. "If not, I probably have some old bread stowed away somewhere. It'd be really hard and crunchy, though."

"Berries? Berries sound yummy!" Lucian cheered, forgetting the pain in his stomach. As a child, it was obvious that he was even easier to distract than he was when he was an adult. Adult, all you had to do was introduce something female to the equation and he was distracted. Child, just about anything could distract him.

"Well, why don't we go look around then? Maybe we'll find enough to store away, magically preserve, and eat another day - perhaps when we are in a more hostile enviornment?" Dema suggested with a small smile, wanting to be prepared for the future just-in-case.

At this point, little Lucian - not that he hadn't been little before - had already stopped listening to the conversation. He was now singing enthusiastically, which was something adult Lucian would never do. "Berries, berries, berries, berries~" He sang, dancing around Dema.

And so the not so great and not so mighty Voit awoke from his long slumber, stretching and yawning loudly. "Mannnnnnn! I'm never eating those kinds of mushrooms again!" He stated loudly, rubbing his tired eyes and looking around him in a slightly confused manner. "Where...am I? Why are these kittens so ...purple?" He mummered, going over to pet a randomly placed tree.

Upon seeing Voit wake up, Lucian was promptly distracted. He ran up to Voit, jumping on him with a hug. "VOIITT!" He yelled, smiling as he jumped up onto Voit. After the sudden hug, he was back over by Dema, pulling on her shirt. "I'm hungry."

"Okay, Lucian, Voit. Let's go." Dema said with a soft chuckle, rather amused by Lucian's energy. She was going to miss this adorable innocence when he went back to his adult self, and started being a pervert again.
