Professor Kalle Ithilwen | Care Of Magical Creatures Thought | Spoken Word | Action Kalle walked along the grounds on her way back up to the castle, occasionally looking at the stars lighting up the night sky far above her head. As she returned her gaze back down to the castle, she spotted a dark spot on the grass in her peripheral vision. She turned her head back to spy what she thought to be a pair of shoes; turning back to glance at the girl's feet she saw they were bare. She raised her wand and gave it a small flick, levitating the shoes and sending them flying across the grounds toward her. She quickly caught them as she entered the great oak doors to the castle.

Amelia Frances
Making her way into the castle, Amelia didn't notice the silent spell. It was only after, she lagged behind slightly, to insure she wouldn't get lost, that she saw Kalle carrying shoes. For a moment, she thought it was merely strange, but then the cool floor beneath her feet registered. Glancing down to double check, she realized those were her shoes. Still, she was grateful that Kalle hadn't said anything, and figured she'd get them back soon. Next time though, she wasn't taking off her shoes.

Callysto Volkova | Language Master | Head of Slytherin The Headmistress and the Head of Slytherin walked hand-in-hand out the doors of Hogwarts. Callysto looked up at the sky, smiling -- the clouds were dark, promising rain but that was just fine with Callysto.

As it started to rain, Lillian drew her cloak a bit closer to her and held on a little bit tighter. The first raindrop hit her face, and the cold feeling of it on her warm cheek was refreshing.

Callysto Volkova | Language Master | Head of Slytherin It did start to rain -- as Callysto had predicted. Lillian started to pull her cloak closer to her body but Callysto stopped her. Instead she tore the heavy garment from the small body and ripped off her own cloak, placing it on Lillian. She wrapped it tight around the Headmistress, so not a drop of rain would stain the pale skin -- which wasn't terribly difficult with the size of Callysto's cloak. The half-elf was getting more and more soaked by the rain each second but she smiled brightly, feeling warmer than if she had been standing in the middle of a desert. "Ai mar tyri maelae xal." She whispered.

Lillian smiled at Callysto...not quite sure what to say. The cloak was warm and soft...she felt guilty watching Callysto get colder and wetter in the rain... Lillian had studied elfish language a bit, so she thought she understood what Callysto had said. She then pondered a moment...trying to think...she wanted to express her feelings, she wanted to say something back, but she was scared she would get it wrong...she tried to speak elfish, tried to say something...but just a strange mumbling and stammering escaped her mouth...she then became aware of her face slowly growing warmer..she must be blushing pretty badly. She buried her nose deeper into the coat...it smelled just like Callysto...and it was so warm...

Callysto Volkova | Language Master | Head of Slytherin Callysto held her breath and waited, waited for something to happen. Lillian remained silent. Of course she did you imbecile! She doesn't speak Elvish! She dreaded for a moment that Lillian did understand her, or maybe she'd tossed the stone, thinking it an idiotic symbol of nothingness. She started to mumble, stuttering out mispronounced syllables of gibberish -- Callysto's ears heard a rejection in those stumbled words. The half-elf's face fell, agony tore into her body, digging its way to her soul. She was rejected! Lillian, she was so sure. Rejecting her.

Lillian's eyes grew wider at the look on Callysto's face. It was an odd look Callysto had, like she had just seen a ghost...that is if she were a muggle..ghosts were common around Hogwarts...still, she looked unusually pale..
Lillian knew it..she must have messed up, said something wrong, something to offend. She hid her face a bit more under Callysto's warm cloak and felt her face turn into a scarlet color...she only had known so little elfish..what had she said? Come to think of it, what she said hadn't sounded very friendly at all...ugh..she would've given all the galleons in her Gringotts vault to take back what she just said and to have actually said something correctlly..Callysto meant a lot to her..what if she had just sworn? What if she had just said something cruel, like a terrible insult?
Her face grew redder if possible, and a flow of incoherent words streamed from her mouth, not even making sense to her, it was just gibberish..she felt so foolish.

Callysto Volkova | Language Master | Head of Slytherin Lillian's face grew hot red, deepening in color every second. Not the typical reaction when you are rejecting someone. It was almost more like...embarrassment. The Headmistress let loose a few more random incoherent sentences of 'Elvish' and Callysto thought, damn the rules! And damn the consequences too! "Lillian, I love you more than anything." She said hurriedly, rain pouring over her face. She dropped to her knees. She had no outer-robe and water soaked her knees, saturating her trousers. "I want us to be formally bonded together. Forever." The half-elf stopped, a desperate pleading look in her eyes. "Say you'll be mine." She grasped at Lillian's wrists, pressing light kisses to the palms of her hands, over and over again. "Please," she gasped.
It rained harder -- if possible -- in the minutes Callysto waited for Lillian's answer. She held the woman's wrists in her hands like a vice, not willing to let go, for fear Lillian would leave. She prayed to Merlin Lillian would say something soon.

Lillian was in total shock. She sat there for a few moments, not realizing the time creeping away as Callysto's lips pressed against her hands..she blinked a few times, and then smiled.
She looked up into Callysto's eyes, they were pleading, begging. At the sound of Callysto's words, Lillian had jumped a little..wasn't it against elfish law for Callysto to talk to her? But Callysto hadn't cared.
"O-of course!" Lillian said in a slightly higher voice than usual, amazed at the worry painted across Callysto's face. "Yes! I'll always be yours.." She breathed, as she wrapped her arms around Callysto's wet body. The rain was pouring down harder now, and she didn't want Callysto to freeze out here.

Amelia Frances
Landing semi ungracefully, meaning she tumbled forward off of her broom, Amelia reached the shore of the lake, under the tree she'd met Professor Kalle. She started laughing with pure glee, joyous to have successfully pulled off her first stunt at Hogwarts. It was a wonderful feeling. Glancing back at Olli she asked, "Has it said anything?" She remembered the spell for reveal invisible ink; that's probably all that was needed.

Olli Hufflepuff ; Fifth YearOlli quickly landed in a great sweep, running to check on Ammy who had practically face-planted, before hearing her laugh. She breathed a sigh of relief, and began laughing herself. She leaned her broom against the tree and sat down on the grass, placing the map in front of her. "Just as blank as ever..." she said, before grinning so wide she couldn't control it. "Did you see what we just did?" she said gleefully.

Amelia continued to laugh, "I bet we're the best tricksters at Hogwarts, nobody's done what we've done!" She fell backwards her arms spread out just soaking up the glee. It was awesome. They were awesome.

Olli Hufflepuff ; Fifth YearOlli grinned and layed down as well. She raised the map above her head and examined it closely, trying to find some little detail that would give away how to open it. Before she did anything to it though, she quickly cast Muffliato and Protego Horribillis, just in case this map was more dangerous than it appeared to be. She then proceeded to brainstorm ways to read the map. "Perhaps Specialis Revelio would work..." she thought aloud.
[ Haha, no problem. That gives me time to work on my report. ]

Professor Annette Soul-Heart The Transfiguration Teacher •○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○••○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•○•
After a long few weeks, Annette felt very lazy for not getting her daily exercise. So, this evening, she grabbed her wand, grabbed a jacket, and decided to take a jog. She took a side exit out of the school, and began her run towards the lake. She would jog to the far end of the lake and back, in hopes that it would be enough. It looked like three miles or so there, so hopefully it would be enough to get her back into the exercising business.
As Annette was jogging around the lake, she spotted two students. She glanced at the sky. It was late, and they were most likely not supposed to be out of the castle. She took a detour towards them and caught her breath. Then, she started to walk towards them as she fixed her short black hair. "Girls?" Once she approached them, she knew immediately who they were. Amelia and Olli. "Should you be out here at this time of night?" She stood there and glanced around. There was no other student outside of the school grounds, meaning they were probably out passed curfew. She folded her arms, and waited for a response.
