Callysto found a seat at the Slytherin table and let the snake around her neck, slither down her arm. It lifted its head, turning to her and hissed, as if asking a question. She nodded at it, the black creature slithered away, exploring the table.

Alex wanders into the great hall and takes a seat at the Ravenclaw table away from the other students to read the latest edition of the Quibbler and munch on toast.

Sparrow walks into the Great Hall and before she goes to take a seat looks at the hourglasses and notices Gryffindor is in first!! She then goes and sits down at the table and says. "Anybody else notice that we have taken the lead for the house cup? Now we just need to keep it that way!"

Blac walks into the Great Hall to Sparrow announcing that Gryffindor is in first for the House Cup. 'Ah, but don't get your hopes up, it won't be like that for long...' Blac whispered in Sparrow's ear as she passed by to take a seat at the staff table. 'Ah, haven't had a glass of Nettlewine for a while...' she says, then summons a silver goblet and fills it with Nettlewine, taking slow sips.

Meiko walked to her usual spot in the table, and quietly poured herself a hot cup of chocolate. She took a huge sip and placed it back on the table, and lightly sneezed. She took her hanky out and wiped her nose with it. "Gosh, it sure is cold." she thought as she took a small bite of her toast.After a while, she headed put with her winter attire.

ChibiChew walks over to the Hufflepuff table and settles down, pouring herself a cup of eggnog.
"Yum! I just love the holidays! The great hall is so nice and full of students, too. The common room is practically deserted..."
She shrugs and takes a sip of her drink while thinking to herself.
Hm, maybe I should buy myself an owl...
(( Hey, I'm thinking of giving my character a proper name. I'm probably going to keep my real first name, Emily, but I'm still thinking of last names. Suggestions? ))
