True.. Vlad would never rape, touch or whatnot anyone below 16. Technically below legal age honestly. He just doesnt know that Holly aint legal yet.
But with Vlads past thats understandable, and also why he uses condoms, and gets full on consent from people before he ******** them.. then he goes all out. XD
