He had a few scratches on him but was lucky the guards got him when they did or things would've been pretty bad, once he was there Raiku was a tad confused till that familier tint of purple made his heart warm....."Senente" She was waiting at the glass pressing her hands onto it wanting to touch him but for protection it was blocking her however seeing him was just as good,"Oh Rai just a little more longer and we'll get you out of here....Yuki is back slowly coming to being herself gaining a little at a time but she really wants to see you bad but.....I'm afraid to tell you where you have been staying that she'll be afraid of her." Raiku just stares,"Dont worry about that Yuki knows I'm her father and love me the same....shes a bright little thing so rendering the thought I'm harmless wont make her think different.I want to come back to you guys." Tears flowed from her eyes as she tried to stay strong but the feeling of being seperated was too strong for her to bear no matter how hard Raiku tried to calm her the tears came down taking time for her to put herself together.

Just before leaving she spotted Raiku's belt on the counter and a pokeball hanging on a clip, carefully she grew curious and pressed the button till it dropped out of her hands and Togeti came right out glad to see her missing her for the time she had been in hiding but looks at her a few times at her changes,"Togeti! hey you I missed you for a long, long time...come on lets go back together." Togeti laughed going back into its ball and she looks for Charzard waiting for her.

I knew that the last piece was missing for Raiku to come home, and it was the paperwork for the girls and our marrage. I knew I had to tell him, but, I knew that Sanaka may spill the beans with the court hearing. I smiled at him and knew that we would be back in each other's arms and I could feel the blush coming to my face as I pictured that first kiss as he got out. Going home to cook a big meal and have everyone there and celebrating the winter holidays together. I looked at him.
"I miss you....staying at Sasuke's, there's nothing to do, but work and lounge around. It's boring." I said.

Yuki flew back to Sasuke's on Charizard and saw that I was still out and wondered whare I went. She went over to the table and saw all the documets I had and looked back at some drawings she did and put them in the folder for me to look at.
I'm going to help you, daddy.... Yuki thought as she went to play with Togeti.

Both Senente and Raiku talked through the glass exchanging words of loniness and sadness not being near the other however the other knew how to calm eachother making the tension lighter,once visiting hours were up it was hard for Senente to walk away from him fearing what he was going to deal with but realized for sure this place wasnt for him and getting out with his family was best but there was the rough path of dealing with the justice system that with the help on their side was going to benefit them the most,"Soon hatchi boy....you'll be free....sooner than you think."

Haruka kept a close eye on Hiroshi and Everest since getting him back she feared that it would happen again but it would be permenat he would be gone, instead the children stayed in the dojo only to play outside when she was around doing the gathering and such.It was a difference for them but on the bright side of things they were safe out of harm's way till things started to get intresting. As the children played with a ball Everest noticed something sliding out of Hiroshi's kimono from when he left and went to look seeing a little square of paper,unfolding it she wasnt sure what it was and looks at him,"I found these in your kimono what are these." "That lady was looking at them and I thought I would make her mad if I took them." onfused Everest went over to Haruka showing her the paper squares,"What is it?....whats that you have child." she asks taking them and reading only to gasp,"Mrs. Hatchi will want these definatly."

All I could do is feel my heart beat as I went back to root one to find out how to curve around the web Sakana weaved to make sure her feance was avenged and I hid it from Raiku, but now, I was back to the drawing board. If I knew Sanaka, she would make a diffrent turn at the story at some point to slip up and I had to pay close attention to it. Looking throught my folder. As I went though, I saw some of Yuki's crayon drawing of all of us. Some of me and Raiku, Pictures of me and the girls, some of Yuki with Raiku, some with her and Everest with Raiku, diffrent pictures, diffrent memories. True, the court might not belive a child's drawings, but, as I flipped through them, I saw the ones from when she was catured.
"Yuki...." I called
"Yes, mommy?" She replied
"What are you doing putting these in my court folder?" I asked
Yuki fell silent.
"Well?" I pondered as she stayed quiet. She looked up at me with tears in her eyes.
"Honey, what's wrong?" I looked down at her holding onto my skirt and could tell she was crying.
As I held on to Yuki, Haruka came by and Sasuke smiled as he handed me more paper. I opened it up and the first thing that met my eyes were mine and Raiku's signitures on our marrage form. I turned back a page and saw Yuki's adoption form, Everest's was behind that one. Yuki looked up.
"Mommy....I'm going to tell you why I put those pictures in your folder." She said.

" People think daddy is a bad person but its not true....its the mean lady thats the bad one because she took me and Hiroshi.....doesnt she have to get in trouble?" thinking about it Senente knew with the law system that even though Sakana was a victim of a crime it doesnt shadow her when she does things herself to the family in her own hands.Yuki didnt let go but continue to explain her drawings could help from the past when she was taken showing the pier and the room she was in during the time plus the collar she was forced to wear to the kunai in the back and she realized Yuki was a witness and could tell the court what had happened to her back then and to when both were taken. Yuki just cried as Senente tried to calm her knowing little Yuki was helpful at times wanting to make her happy but the worst of it was what she really wanted but it was a hard thing to even onsider doing.....Yuki missed her father.

I held Yuki to my chest as she cried on about missing Raiku. She wanted to see him and I knew well that tomarrow was the day.
"Daddy's going to be free tomarrow....we're going to go get him, but, I need you to tell the people what happened to you honey." I said as I layed her down next to me.
"Mommy's going to go take you to talk to them and you'll tell them the truth." I said as I covored us up.

Raiku layed on his bed thinking about what was to come for the day as he looked down to see his shirt and his jeans. He wondered about them and saw a white note on his shirt.
Tommarow you'll be free.... He knew that it was one of the gaurds that worte it, but he got the hunch that tomarrow, he would finaly beable to hug me close. Catch my tears, kiss me and know that he would beable to see me smile and sing like I do.
"Can't wait to hug her...be next to her, comfort her.....and love her." He said as he went up on the top bunk and layed down.

Dawn broke and I sat up looking over to see that ir was almost time. I got dressed and slid Yuki into a dark royal blue dress and smiled.
"Let's go get daddy....." I said and picked her up.

For being early morning the courthouse became packed fast as Senente and Yuki walked up to wait for the trial to begin,Yuki was a little tired sleeping in Senente's arms till the time but it grew tense as she saw Sakana walk by the next hall down and Senete grew a little conerned knowing how she worked and all the root sources she had this whole time. Once noon came everyone was packing into the room with Senente waking Yuki to get ready,"Remember honey tell the truth of what happened to you both recently and from awhile back.....every little detail you remember will help daddy and we can take him home with us." she says as Yuki yawns and the judge appears.
He sits down and from the opposite side walked two guards and in between them was Raiku,Senente held her breath for a second but kept her composre knowing if she broke down it was going to show she was weak and valnerable to any attacks Sakana would try to put on her.Everyone rises as the judge orders the court before sitting..."The case of Sakana versus Hatchi Raiku is now in session."

Sanaka took the floor first and began her web on how she met her lover and it was making me sick. Telling on how she was to be wed in the up coming fall and how Raiku was taking his life. I knew well that it was lies and one of my lawers held on to my shoulder holding me back.
"....Once I herd that Shiguri was wanting me to be at his side, I went stright there, worried for him, hoping that he would hold on for me, but that rust headed piece of....."
"Enough!!!" I yelled out stopping her. I was hostile knowing that it would start out truthful, but the web would weave into something that was a constent sting of lies and she was just a spider wanting her prey to just fly in and make sure that she was belived.
She went over to her case and pulled out one of my contest ribbons and I knew it was my chance. I pulled out the newspaper clippings that Raiku had framed and saved. Once she began I knew well that it was lies and took my place showing the newspaper clipping of me holding the ribbon as Bayleef, Butterfree, Beautifly, and Swablu were all next to me. It was the contest before the Grand Festival and I knew that I had the evidence to stop the court thinking that Sanaka was right about the ribbons.

Hours passed and I was telling everyone on why I was married to Raiku as I showed the paper work and moved on to when Shiguri caught Yuki for the first time and showed the crayon drawing Yuki did and she wanted to tell her side of the story.

One of the guards picked Yuki up as she sat next to the judge,"Now then little one could tell the court what you have been forced to endure, and prove that man there was pleaing the truth." she looks at him and then to Senente motioning her that it wasnt scary and to talk but looking at Raiku all Yuki wanted to do was be with him."My daddy isnt a bad person, the man that the lady was with has taken me before not too long ago...." she pauses scared and the judge asks for her to continue.
Yuki goes on with the story of when she was taken the first time and was almost killed and how she and Senente were taken and her locked in a chamber to freeze while having to hear her mother cry in agony as they burned her and saw Raiku come in trying to help however she only heared the rest when Sakana's fiance was tooken down only for her to fall asleep from hypothermia. The court listened close thinking how someone would try to harm a child her size and not care but Sakana'a lawyer wasnt so inspired thinking it was nonsense the judge was listening to what a mere child had to say even if she was a victim.

A Yuki went on to talk, I went up and showed the judge the pictures of my back, face, and Yuki as cold as she was. We had the copys of the medical records form the hospital and even the phone company was able to help out with calls and text messages on what we talked about.
As he looked at the evidance, he called a fifteen minute confrance and now it was nervous time.
"I can't handle it.....I want you in my arms now, Raiku....I just need you." I said to him.
"I know you do, Sen, but once this clears, I'll take you out...dinner.....whatever you want....I'll take you." He said. I smmiled at him and saw that Sanaka's layer was wanting to talk to me.
"You have evidance to prove portection upon you and your daughter....but he still did kill. Aura Gaurdian or not, he may also have a family, but, Sanaka wants to make sure that he does what he needs to do."
I was lost as I let hem explin what he was trying to explin.
"If you sign this paper here, the time he can serve is two years, but, if found guily, twenty five years."
My heart snak knowing that it was almos over, but I wasn't backing down. I looked at the sheet, tearing it in half going back over to Raiku and putting my head on his shoulder.
"I hope you just realized that you just sealed your husband's fate." He threatned, but I wasn't scared.

When it came to lawyers from the opposite side they would do anything to make the other break but with Senente it wasnt that easy, sure they say she sealed his fate but it was all but a empty threat to scare her to the point she would do anything so Sakana would have her way but she too wasnt off the hook just yet. Senente showed the evidence of the kidnappings and proof of marriage and adoption however there was the new case of Sakana kidnapping and atempted murder of two small children to rid of evident witnesses....Senente had a good hunch the case was all hers.

Naruto held Yuki on his lap in a separate room but she was figity, since she was a child she couldnt see Raiku till they had a verdit, innocent she can see him as long as she lived however if found guilty Yuki could see him for a short time then after that it would be some time she would see him again. "Just be paitient Yuki...you'll have daddy hugging you soon its been almost four months since you've seen him...he'll want to see you."

I sat next to Raiku, holding onto his hand and he could tell that I was tence. I could feel my heart beating as I worried for his fate, over a threat that had no meaning. I was ready as we watched the jury come out and I held on to him tighter.

Everyone rises as the judge comes to his podium putting everyone back into attention,"Has the jury reached a verdit?" Senente was holding Raiku's are tightly waiting for the reading as one of them rises,"We have your honor...in the case of murder we find the defendent....not guilty for reasons of rescueing two innocents from harms way of the deceased." Raiku lets out a huge sigh as hes pounced hard by her glad he wasnt going to be separated from her no more. Once the trial was over Senente and Raiku walked into a room talking about what has happened but as soon as that was done Raiku held her hold kissing passionatly not feeling her warm lips for a long time and was happy he was now as a free man.She holds tight on him knowing the bad sense of lonliness was breaking away for the familier warmth that came to her love and the romance the two shared.
Naruto was in the lobby holding Yuki sleeping in his lap, having to rise earlier than usual wasnt what she was used to so he thought what she had to do today would tire her and lets her sleep till he hears the verdit on a recap and smiles looking down at Yuki,"Everything is alright sis...you'll be able to hug your daddy as soon as you wake...he'll be there ready to pick you up and hold you closely." she mews lightly in her sleep not realizing once she woke up Raiku would be the first thing she sees....someone she hasnt seen for several months and someone she missed dearly.

As soon as we got home, Raiku was holding onto Yuki as I took Everest up to her room to help with something that needed to be done ever sence we all left. I was in the kitchen and Raiku could smell that I was cooking something good for him and looked over to see that I was putting pasta into a pan and smiled.
"You're tuna casserole....one thing I missed, what eltes are we having?" He asked.
"Chicken and rice, and I know how much you love my fresh baking." I replied as Yuki mewed. The family was all together and Naruto and the others were all coming over for dinner.
Raiku was watching Yuki and saw that her ears were getting ready to pop out and sure enough they twiched as well. She woke up and saw the shade of rust and I heard the mew of joy.

It didnt take her too long to relize that Yuki had woken up and got the surprise of the day seeing her father again and hears a thud,Senente comes in with a slight laugh as she see Raiku on the ground with Yuki on his chest wagging her tail mewing to be held,"Alright, alright sweetie daddys got you now." he says picking her up as she snuggles mewing and whining that she was back with him again with the strong bond they shared deep within. Senente watches as he calms Yuki calm as she cried hugging her close, it has been a long time that he too had tears in his eyes fearing she would never see him again but feeling her small body in his arms brought the warmth back the same happening to Yuki remembering how his scent was before and that it was still the same and perks her head up to him eyes tear stained.
