Looking down at his bare feet for a moment as if thinking he'd find his shoes there, Haro blinked rapidly. "Uhh, yes. They're...somewhere," he murmured, looking around the kitchen for a minute or so before turning back to Shin with a completely frustrated expression. "I guess they're upstairs," he concluded with a sheepish grin before he took off in search of his shoes.
Scurrying up aforementioned steps, the boy looked around the guest room a bit before he dove towards the ground, lifting up sheets and looking under the bed. "Ahah!" Squealing out a sort of happy noise, Haro reached under the bed to grab his shoes. Slipping them on, careful to make sure they were knotted up nicely, the boy then went to the bathroom and picked up his folded clothes and took them to his room. Burying his hands through a few pockets, Haro smiled lightly to himself as he pulled out a few bills. He wasn't sure exactly how much money it was, but Wei had given it to him a while ago incase there was some sort of emergency. Before he did anything else, the bright eyed teen searched around for his sweatshirt, pulling it on with one hand and a frown. This wasn't so easy...
Running back downstairs, now in his sneakers and outer apparel on correctly, Haro beamed as he placed the few fifty dollar bills in Shin's hand. "I found these in my pocket. You can have them if you want, I don't know how much they are anyway," he murmured before turning towards the door.
[[Freak on a stick, I have to go. >_>; I'll make Wei's post asap when I get home.]]

Kio's eyes narrowed. So that was it. Stupid dogs, always worrying about territory. Space was supposed to be used freely. As settings changed to suit one particular race over another, the population fluxuated to fit that change. One shouldn't be bounded by pride and "propperty." He frowned and whispered back, "Funny. I've never seen you around here before." Then, replying in his usual voice, "I was hungry. In fact, I'm still hungry." He glared in the general direction of the kitchens, guessing correctly that the coyote had had something to do with the trouble.

He watched Haro come in, an amused smile on his face. Shin looked down at the money and shook his head, handing the bills back to the boy. "They're yours, so you can buy things with them. I can keep them with me if you stay with me so that I can handle the exchange of money, but I won't keep it." He was a little releived the boy had his own money - after all, his family wasn't exactly rich and much of their money was spent in the hospital.

Wei leaned against the bench slightly before sitting back down, hands stuffed into his pockets. "I don't think I have any of the ingredients for curry, but I do like it," he murmured with a smile. "The spicier the better," he added with a fond expression. Turning green eyes on the teen, Wei questioned, "So why don't you like...big animals? Do you have some sort of problem with big things...? Cars first, now animals..." He asked with a lightly amused grin, dark wisps of hair shielding his eyes.
-----
Haro looked surprised as Shin handed back the money. Biting his lower lip to the point of near pain, the boy turned his head towards the front door. "Mm'kay..." He murmured with a sigh, turning back with a slightly concerned expression. He ddn't know much about money, nor the worth and cost of many things... and that frustrated him. "You think this is enough for...for a- ? Nnnm, nevermind," he finally said with a heavy blush. He didn't think he really wanted to tell Shin what he was planning on buying at that moment.
Stuffing the bills into the large pocket on the front of his grey sweatshirt, Haro lurched forward, grabbing Shin's hand with a smile, "Ne, can we go?" He asked, bright eyes glancing up at the other before settling themselves back towards the door.

He frowned slightly. He didn't like spicy things - or at least, not really spicy things. "Umm... they... I've had bad experiences... I've never really had a pet, anyway," he said, forgetting he'd told the other that he had cats. His brow furrowed slightly in a frown and he ran a hand through his hair. "Mum doesn't like animals," he said with a bit of a shrug.
**
He nodded. "Sure." He wasn't going to ask Haro what he wanted to buy, even though he was curious. After all, curiosity had supposedly killed cats and a tiger was just a rather large cat. He led the other out the front door, careful to lock the house behind them in case Wei decided to try and come again. Then they set out towards the mall.
It took about ten minutes to reach the large mall and when they did it was quite obvious that there would be a lot of people inside. There was almost no parking spaces left and people were walking in and out of the buildings - mostly in - and chattering away to each other or on cell phones.

Wei looked slightly confused. He knew he had been tired that morning but he swore the kid had mentioned that he had owned some cats. "Your mom didn't take kindly to your kittens, did she?" He asked with a grin, turning green eyes towards the boy with a slightly suspicious grin.
-------
Golden amber eyes looked up at Shin, wide and as curious as ever. "Waah! There's a lot of people here!" He mused aloud in an excited voice. He'd never seen so many people at once... It was almost overwhelming. Passing a group of teenage girls, Haro frowned softly as nearly every single pair of those glammed up eyes followed Shin. That...that wasn't...- Mumbling in a frustrated voice to himself, the younger teen glanced up quickly at the object of the girls' attention. Throughout their walk towards the mall the boy had let go of Shin's hand because he had gone off to look at a robin on the edge of someone's lawn, but it was firmly back in place, delicate fingers curled around the other's. Stupid girls...
As the two continued their walk towards the mall, Haro got the feeling that either many people were glancing at Shin (but that wasn't odd, even if it was a little annoying to him, Haro thought Shin was handsome so other people must think so too) or his own hair. He knew ihis brightly colored hair wasn't the most natural color in the world...but...why did the old ladies have to give him such mean looks? He couldn't do much of anything about it...it had always been this color...er colors, rather.
[[Haro's really jealous. It makes me laugh. :D]]

Coyote grinned. "You don't want to eat here right now, trust me. There have been some fires. And some idiot put a whole bunch of ice cream in the stoves. It's a big mess, I don't know how long it'll take for them to get things back in order." He sniffed, taking in the others scent.
"If you want dinner, I know a few places..." Coyote suggested, his eyes reflecting the light in the room for a moment before going back to normal. "They serve excellent steaks."

((If you two lived near me I would friggin' FORCE you to eat some cake. I made two giant cakes for a party and I still have one left. Dx I can't eat large quantities of cake! It make me sick! xP Stupid people eating pizza instead of cake... *grr*)) Kio frowned. "If you pay. After all, it's your fault I can't eat here." His nose wrinkled slightly. He didn't really like steak - chicken was more his thing. After all, cows were too large for him to kill, but a chicken or two was easy as long as he didn't get shot in the process.

Liao flushed slightly, feeling nervous at his forgetfulness. "I kept them for about a month before Mum found out. That's probably why she told me to move to an apartment," he said with a bit of a shrug, his smile uneasy.
** ((Haro is too cute to survive in the real world. If he were a real person, he would get jumped and die because real people are much heavier than slips of paper. :"D ))
Shin didn't seem to notice that anyone was staring at him. He did, however, see the mean looks the ladies gave Haro. How could they be so mean to a kid so cute? He slipped his hand from the other's and slung that arm around Haro's shoulder, bending down to whisper, "Don't worry, people can be mean but they won't do anything - especially not in a place like this." He smiled and straightened up. "So where do you want to go first? For clothes?"

[[I should hope he weighs more than a piece of paper. D: But you're right, in the real world Haro would probably- he would already be dead due to Wei. o___x; Poorbaby.//3;;;]]
"Ugh, why do the cute ones always have to be--" One brown haired girl chattered away at her friend, a frown gracing her young features. "He's not, that's a girl. You still have somewhat of a chance," the girl over piped out with a laugh, pushing the brunette forward. "Go say hi! Just...just go-"
"It's a girl, I'm telling you, I know these things. Just say hi!" She continued in a whisper, nudging her darker haired friend towards Shin with a laugh.
Haro glanced over, bright eyes narrowing slightly. Was Shin just ignoring all of this? He was supposed to have the better hearing of the two, he mused with a distressed expression as he pushed long bangs behind one ear. Watching with a whimper as one of the girls, seemingly much more brave than the rest, skipped over to Shin, Haro looked down, mumbling fruitlessly that looking for clothes first would be fine.
Bright blue eyes looked over the tall teen, fingers smoothing out a brightly colored skirt. "Hi!" She said, peeking her head of dark hair over towards Haro with a slight frown. "My name's Sherry. I don't think I've seen you here much, what's your name?" She asked Shin with a slightly smug expression.
[[I think Haro is crying on the inside right now. :D]]
Wei laughed, "How did you manage that? Is your mom not home a lot or something?" He asked, shaking his head slightly. He wondered about this kid- if he was telling him the truth or not. He seemed flustered and Wei couldn't think of a reason why, besides his overwhelming handsome features of course.

Coyote smiled, "Am I to assume you're calling me the idiot?" He laughed and bounced a little, barely able to hold back a yelp of excitement. He liked this one, he really did. He was smart, obviously, and he kept Coyote on his toes. "Of course I'll pay, you don't ask a man to dinner and expect to split the check, it's just not courteous and I'm nothing, if not..." He smiled and trailed his fingers over the bar. "courteous."

"No, I beleive you layed that title on yourself," he said, half of his mouth tilting up in a wry smile. The man was strange. He seemed to have taken a liking to Kio despite the boy's tries to completely detatch himself from anything that involved people and "liking." "Well, I suppose you're nothing, then, because causing trouble in the kitchens isn't nice and it's certainly very irksome."

Shin looked over at the brunnette and smiled, although he didn't seem completely comfortable. "Oh, it's Shin," he said with a bit of a shrug, his smile seeming all the more uncertain. "I don't come here often. It's a bit too crouded and noisy." His eyes glanced over at the huddle of giggling girls standing a bit behind Sherry and he groaned inwardly. Girls were just... annoying.
((This reminds my of HP: HBP when that girl is talking to Harry in the train... xD))
**
((xD Wei makes me laugh.))
"She's never really home. SHe's too busy with work and whatever affairs she currently has. We barely say five word to each other in a month unless she wants to tell me just how much of a disapointment I am," he said with a bit of a shrug. "For one thing, I'm most certainly not my father's child. It's obvious," he said, running his hand back through his bright hair - the only one in his family with such hair.

"Well...it makes things interesting. I like interesting things." Again his eyes flashed in the near-darkness of the room, an eerie green-yellow. "Come on, let's blow this joint before the whipped cream in the broiler explodes." He chuckled, that was going to be such a mess. "We can go in my car."

[[-kicks Harry in the shins- D< I haven't really liked HP since the third book...then again, I really didn't like the first two either. Oh well. owo; Apparently 2 more people are supposed to die in the last book. I WONDER WHO. rolleyes x a million ]]
Taking Shin's arm, Sherry tugged him away with an almost predatory smile, "Shin is it? Well it must be your lucky day. You just decided to come here when I was," she murmured, brushing her free hand through bouncy, brown hair before leaning against the taller teen. "It only looks crowded," she explained, continuing with a toothy smile, "Once you get to other areas it's not so bad. Hey, you want to go get something to eat? I'm famished," Sherry babbled on before stopping short as she felt a slight resistance in the other's steps. Once the two were far enough away from the 'girl' Shin had come with, Sherry turned towards the dark haired male with a soft frown, asking in an almost disgusted tone, "So what is it with you and that girl? Is she your girl friend or something?"
Haro really didn't mind staying here...and...finding clothes without Shin. He was very capable of it, or so he thought. He was only concerned that he wouldn't be able to find Shin afterwards. He figured it wouldn't be too hard though... One of Sherry's friends had ran over towards him and took his hand with a smile. "Come on, let's go shopping. I'll pick out the cutest things for you," she said with a sweet smile, orangey brown hair pulled back with a bright pink bow. "Uhm- I don't...I don't know if I shoul-"
Waving off the boy's stuttered hesitation, the girl who went by the name of Jill tugged the boy towards the nearest store. "Oh come on. I've got a great fashion sense," she said with that same sugary grin. Haro frowned as he glanced at the store he was being dragged towards. It was all...pink on the inside. "Uh- I think I should- uhm, this...this isn't the best idea, I-I think-"
"I won't take no for an answer!" "But-"
-------------
"Hm, well..." Wei was going to say something about how ard that must be, not talking to your mom and such, but instead he merely ruffled the boy's bright head of hair with a fanged smile. "Eh, well at least you don't have to deal with that anymore," he suggested, green eyes turning towards the bundle of roses as he dropped his hand back to his side.
