Akura: Sorry, but can you rewrite that completely? I can't really understand the description. I've tried rereading it about six times, and still can't, so I don't think it's just me.

Kumo: Denied. Hyoton user or not, having ice inside of your body is definitely not good for your health. The user would instantly suffer the worst case of hypothermia imaginable, and die. Not to mention the serious implications this would have on any chance the user had of doing any stealth based missions.

Zin: I'm not going to fully judge this just yet, because your note says you're still editing, but I will say this. If this is approved, no chakra control bonuses will be allowed to effect it. You have to pay the full cost, no matter what.

What if It were C Ranked? Because it only makes one, and it is basically a one shot thing. If someone blocks it with a weapon it does crap. It has to hit something significant such as human skin, or clothing. { I probably should have specified that a bit more. o3o }

Jutsu's Element: crystal
Description: The user makes a series of seals finished in ram afterward he/she slams their hands on to the ground and sends his/her chakra on to the earth, mixing it and creating crystals, from under the user a giant evenly cut chunk of crystals rises making the user rise along with it, it has steep falls that can't be climbed using chakra since the chakra of the original user is already emitting from it. The base of the jutsu is flat is a perfect place to get an enemy alone; although the entire jutsu can be controlled by the user at will, he/she can only control a small portion of the jutsu at any given moment.

Nemu ran as she was being followed by two Kumogakure ninja, the Otogakure ninja glanced back looking at the two ninja that where following her, hoping that they would not catch her. ‘I only have one shot at this...’ She thought as she made her way into a forest with her two followers hot on her trail. Nemu then jumped on to a tree and waited for her persecutors to pass down below her. She then stalked them for a few moments until they stopped and began to talk. She took this opportunity and began making seals ending with her two hands together. She quickly jumped down slamming her hands between the two ninja on the ground; she blasted the ground with her chakra making a thirty foot tall chunk of crystal from bellow them. The edge of the crystal was just where she had placed her palms giving allowing her only to fight one opponent, but that played to her favor; she quickly jumped away from the man, twirling in the air looking down at him. The ninja quickly turned as she landed, running at her with a dagger in his hand. She made a single seal forcing a lump to rise from the flat surface of the plateau, the man tripped on said lump making his face smash into the hard crystal knocking him out.
After the first enemy was taken down Nemu ran back toward the edge of the crystal jutsu, she saw the other man trying to climb the crystal using the wall walking technique, but the constant radiance of chakra of her jutsu kept canceling out his chakra. She sighed as she made seals taking three shards of crystal out of the plateau and making them spin around the palm of her hand using her lightning chakra. She waited for the full effect of the jutsu to activate, the speed boosting sparks. In a sudden burst of power the sparks shoot off the crystal and to her hand, lashing at her doing some, yet very insignificant, damage to her arm. She jumped down the plateau as the three crystals’s clamped into each other, letting go a loud burst of noise, so powerful at that range that it gently cracked the tip of the plateau, she then made a single seal with her other hand making a slab of crystal come out of the plateau, she planted her feet firmly on the slab and jumped back down with even more speed, she repeated the process, using her legs as spring to raise her speed, until she was too fast for the ninja to escape her attack.

Kumo: It's not the power of it I have a problem with. It's the fact that you are trying to combine two existing techniques into one. We have an ice technique that creates ice senbon (At least I think we do. If not, someone really needs to make it.), and we have a technique that freezes stuff on impact. Like I said, if you want to throw roses, just make a jutsu that makes a rose. Hell, you could make one that makes a rose, lets the petals fall off and fly around cutting people up like razor blades for all I care, just don't try to do something we already have. (I've actually been thinking about making that particular jutsu for crystal.)

Kay: Alright, first off, remove the reference to Ukon. Replace it with Soma No Ko users or something. Ukon doesn't exist in this guild, so you can't exactly use him as a reference. You need to fix a bit of the spelling, and a few capitalization errors as well.

More on the lines of the jutsu now. I think the cell death aspect should be removed, simply because we don't really have a way to judge that. Are you destroying the cells in his left lung? His kidneys? Maybe his heart? Or better yet, maybe you just melted his esophagus or testicles. There's no good way to tell how effective such a technique can be in RP.

Even with that, this needs to be B rank. As a C rank a genin with the bloodline could jump into someone and start strangling them with their own arm. If you want to keep it as a C rank, it needs to be able to be blocked by people of a higher rank than yourself. Even at B it should be.

Akura: Um, it looks like you forgot to finish the description. It cuts off rather abruptly. This makes a giant pillar of crystal? That's a bit extreme, though I can see what you're going for with it.

Nerd:

Bullet: I'd like to see more description on this. Where does the smoke used for it come from? The description needs to be longer than two sentences, just, expand it however you can. The sample is lacking too, but I don't care much about those.

Screen: This doesn't already exist? We have a bloodline that manipulates smoke, and nobody thought to make a smoke screen jutsu? I'd like to see a more detailed description, but I suppose it's passable as is. Approved.

I'm not going to allow the freezing part. If you want it as just senbon like roses, I already told you to rewrite it for that.

yea, weird, huh? well, actually, i was debating on whether to add changes to the smoke bloodline. i'm thinking of making it a thing the clan member can control (like gaara's sand or the yonbi's lava) but that might fit better as a jutsu. either way, the app is edited.
