((If that is the case then how do we do it in real life? replanting is different from regrowing. It involves planting trees by bringing them to aplace, digging a hole and putting it in place. Happens all the time in real life. No Mokuton required. and since noone has renamed it yet, i assumed it was still not qualified as fully regrown. I removed that bit from the post though.))

But before she could open her mouth and ask the boy, Nagisa entered, immediatly apologizing for her rude enterance. Sosay simply brushed that off, listening to what her jounin had to say. "I think you should gather any shinobi within the village that is willing to help and get them to help rebuild the ramen shop. I think that the rebuilding of it shouldn't cost so much so that I can afford it. To get the shinobi's attention it'll count towards their mission points. Nagisa bowed, and left the room giving Sosay a teasing "Good idea" As soon as she got outside of the building she formed two mushi-bunshin and the three of them split up.

She went upstairs, towards Sosay's office with the letter in her hands. The door was closed and as she didn't want to interrupt Sosay, as Nagisa said she would be busy, she just knocked on the door and slid the letter under it, leaving the building afterwards and heading to the dojo.Exit to Dojo Quote: Haruka, Kaiden and Sora have completed a D-rank mission rebuilding the the Ramen shop. The owners will take care of the final touches, and it will probably be up and running by tomorrow. Haruka has also completed another D-rank mission and an E-rank as of your recieving this letter, The delivery of the letter as well as a Search of Kumogakure for anything important. Her Report is attached. I am currently training Kaiden the Academy student in the Dojo.

He said to himself He saw a trail of blood coming from the Raikages office to the exit but he just shrugged it off. It was starting to become a normal thing in this village. He walked to Sosays office door but saw that she was busy. "I guess I'll just wait." He took a seat on a chair and tried to listen in. Ken walked up to the office doors, greeting Raiden as he walked past. It was about time he got out of the apartments. His newly modified leg felt a bit heavier, but it wasn't all that bad. He walked up the stairs and waited outside the office. Now, usually he'd walk right in, but it said she was busy, so Ken sat on the bench outside, waiting.

 Academy Student | Kumogakure | Hatake Clan | Medical Shinobi | RaitonA boy of about fifteen approached the Raikage's office. He raised up his left arm, trembling, as he knocked thrice upon the wooden door leading into the office. The boy was extremely nervous, as one would be able to tell by the shaking of his entire body. He had a few anxiety issues, but they were only caused by the fact that he had no information about this Raikage. He had heard nothing of this new Raikage except for the fact that she was put into leadership shortly after Lord Tsukasa Uchiha had mysteriously disappeared. The boy had no idea if this new Raikage was a terrifying brute, like a few of the previous Raikages, or if this person would be kind and sweet, hiding the incredible strength they hold within themselves, just like Lord Tsukasa. Hell, he had no clue is this new Raikage was male or female!! As he stood waiting for the response of the great Raikage, he continued tremble where he stood in his nervousness.

Elemental Control: (Lightning)
These ninja are masters of there elements allowing them to learn elemental jutsu with a easier time and make there elemental jutsu stronger. These ninja also get stronger jutsu when in extreme environments with there element. However when they are trying to learn jutsus of other elements they have a much more difficult time, and if they are in an extreme environment with the opposite of their element their jutsus are weaker.

XXXXXSosay walked forwards, walking on past Kaito and to the door. Once opened she stared down at a trembling boy. He was young, looked to be around 15 years in age. And from the shaking he must of been scared, something she had seen before when academy students arrived here. "Well hello. Who might you be?" she asked, knowing the blood on her clothes wasn't going to help calm him down. She also spotted Ken sitting quietly, probably waiting for her.{ OcC: Vanilla hasn't posted in a while so I'm moving on. }

Ken grinned at the trembling boy. He wanted to tell him it would be better to relax, but the door opened. Ken stood up and walked behind the kid, putting a hand on his shoulder. "That's the Raikage, don't be fooled, she's a real big meanie." he teased, walking forward to kiss Sosay gently on the cheek. "Hey there." he said to her. "I gotta show you something, when you're done with the boy here." he said, heading to sit at her desk.

Academy Student | Kumogakure | Hatake Clan | Medical Shinobi | Raiton The boy took a good look at the woman who opened the door. "M-My name i-is K-Kyousuke Hatake, m-ma'am. A-Are you the R-Raikage?" he managed to mutter out. The blood didn't bother him as much as he just didn't know what to expect from this new Raikage.
Upon hearing the voice come from the boy next to him, Kyo calmed down. Now that he knew who this was, he was no longer nervous. He looked up at the blood-stained woman and grinned. "Well now that I know who I am to speak to, I guess I must state my business. I came here to receive training. I am a Medical Shinobi in-training and my family was too busy to teach me how to use Jutsu. They told me to leave the lab and find a teacher and I began asking around. Somebody told me the Raikage had Medical Experience so I came to ask you to train me." Kyo grew a large smile on his and his hopes rose as he greatly desired Medical training.

XXXXXA smile was brought to her face as Ken passed the boy, kissing her on the cheek. Bending over slightly so that she was eye to eye with the young boy she smiled big at him. "Well Kyousuke. My name is Sosay Uchiha. And I would love to help you train in medical, although you will have to be patent, seeing how I don't know the style myself." she replied, in a sweet tone.
