Nelowulf Kyra's pretty much patched up. She'd be off the drip, and basically, a few soft casts and a couple scars. Does that mean that I’m back on my feet and released for duty? Can I fly yet Doc?

You still need rehab and retraining. That'll take about 2 weeks, before you'll be ready for space

Pilots in particular need to keep up on flying duty. Minor hospitalizations often ground them, much less what you were on. It's basically simulator duty and checkups for the next week, much like EK said.
Ultimately, even if I don't ground you, your flight leader still can, so consider that. But besides your scars and soft cast on your hand and nose, the rest is pretty normal, although you might still be sore on the side.

If nothing else, it's a precausion to make sure you don't get yourself or anyone else hurt or killed. Demonstrate that you have recovered and can fly, and you'll be back out
