---------------------------- |Adam|Sire|Listing| Adam looked up just in time to see Daina ruffle his hair, and he smiled at her teasing comment. "Way better. But I have a feeling you already knew that." She had joined the mass of students by now so he turned back to Cory, smoothing his hair back down. A voice caught his attention and he looked over Cory's shoulder to see Joseph's horrified expression. What? He sat with Cory, no big deal. Mitsukai wasn't here to stop him, and since L was his sister he knew no one would give him s**t about it, in fear of being controlled.
Speaking of L, he caught his sister's eye and she seemed to nod in approval. Strange. Her eyes wavered on Cory for a moment before they resumed their hiding place beneath the brim of her hat. Adam shrugged it off and turned back to Cory, after hearing a few replies to the coffee discussion. His ability to easily be distracted caused him to miss Archimedes reaction to his presence, but his input did not. He looked at the boy and gave him a devilish smile, showing off his pearly whites. "That's a great idea my man. Actions are more powerful than words, isn't that what they teach us?" Might as well put the saying to good use. He mused in his mind before lifting his drink to his lips and taking a small sip.
The next conversation was a bit out of his loop. He wasn't taking college classes, though he was a year before the rest of them. Which was a shame. He should be the same year, but since his powers weren't realized until a year after his sister's, he was put in late. Speaking of sister, he pulled out his phone and began to click away under the table. 'Joe saying anything about me?' Immediately there was a response. Riah texted just as much as Mitsukai.
'You mean about sitting with Cory? It's fine hun.' That was probably a yes.
'Really? So no mind control?' He heard a laugh coming from a few tables over and couldn't help but grin.
'No mind control. You might want to tell Cory so he doesn't piss his pants.'
'Your a charming lady. Learn to laugh softer.' With that, his phone clicked shut and he put it back in his pocket.----------------------------

I think the glitch is fixed but we've permentaly lost a few post. But luckly i copied the text to those post and they are at the very top of the previous page. IF the whole thingy starts again and you start posting at the top of your page DO NOT POST ANYMORE. And immeditaly message me. Thank you.

  Daina Nova AndersonDaina heard his comment as she had walked off and couldn't help but laugh slightly. Yes, she did know that already, but still. She got her plate, and came back around, sitting next to Adam. "So, what did I miss?" she said, in reference to nothing in particular before she started to eat. She rarely at anything, due to the fact that her body usually kept her in check. She could probably go indefinately without food and water, and not die, but it would seem wierd to her, so she ate on a regular basis. .

---------------------------- |Adam|Sire|Listing| Adam brushed a few stray pieces of hair out of his face, not wanting to deal with any getting in his eyes. His hair was growing out a little too much, he'd have to have L trim it up later. He had turned in his seat so he could look up at Daina, but fortunately she sat next to him, so he readjusted himself as much as he could on the uncomfortably hard surface. He didn't know exactly what she meant, but figured he'd bring up what they had discussed. "We decided to put a few cappuccino-whatever-it-was machines in here so we could have coffee whenever we please. It was Archimedes idea, much better than the old-fashioned way of protesting." He stopped for a second to glance over at Archimedes while nibbling on his lip piercing. "Now Cory's going on about college classes, something about London." He admitted this sheepishly, having not been paying attention. ----------------------------

Daina Nova AndersonDaina smirked. "Ah, so basically, you weren't paying attention." She summed up in a second, teasing. "So, what were you thinking about, if you don't mind me asking." She said, wondering what was keeping him from paying attention. She took a drink of her soda, she was almost finished eating. "Well, at least I have a year or so to worry about college. I'll really start thinking about it at the beginning of next year." She said, carefree. She normally didn't worry about much, due to the fact one of the things most people worried about wasn't an issue with her. .

He lifted a few fries and popped them into his mouth anyway, knowing he'd be hungry later. After swallowing, he lifted his drink to his lips once more, somewhat avoiding Daina's question. Truth be told he was thinking about a lot of things. Classes, where some of his friends were, his family ... Trivial things that teenagers usually think about. But also, behind the pressure of the hangover that was still there, he was thinking about her. Wasn't really sure why. He just realized they never really hang out. Something usually happens. She spoke again and it gave him a chance to change the topic. "Lucky you." He knew how much pressure he was getting, and he wasn't even close to college. "Good not to stress yourself, it's better to actually enjoy the perks of being a teenager. Miss out on a lot, right Cory?" He chuckled softly at the teasing comment and gave Daina a wink.----------------------------

Daina Nova AndersonDaina realized that he avoided her question, but decided not to press the issue. She was hoping that he had recovered enough the night before with her help, so that he wouldn't have been hungover during the day. To check, she casually placed her hand on his shoulder, and did what she could. "Well, that's me, the non-stresser. Except on parents day...gah..." She said, for she was truly dreading that day. Her overly proud parents, and her supposed 'saint'-ness. It was quite annoying .

"Ah, so you finally noticed." She teased, then gave a small laugh. "And, yeah, you do have superpowers, but the healing, that's my specialty. Just be thankful there was a hangover that you needed to sober up from, I can't get drunk." She explained. .

It made him happy for some reason, that she had done that last night. Maybe it's because he hadn't been any happier intoxicated, only more angry, so her healing touch was a sort of gift. So he could feel better and not have a pounding headache the second day of school. When she mentioned she couldn't get drunk, he nodded. "That makes sense. Must stink to not even be able to get a little buzz. Then again, it's nice to remember things huh?"----------------------------

And how about once you’re done we’ll just skip the rest of the school day and take a nap?” Joe offered. She looked worn out, so why not. It wasn’t like the teachers wouldn’t give them makeup work, because they would. Then Joe’s phone vibrated. He held his breathe hoping it was Mitsukai, it wasn’t. But it was L. While he was still reading it he got a kiss on his check and well, his face flushed. “hey L.” Joe said and smiled at his friend, very aware of the color of his face. ‘Where’s a hole where’s a hole” Joe thought, slightly embarrassed. He wanted to hide now.  is fleeting, and don’t you ever forget.

She grinned widely up at him. "Did I catch you off guard or something?" He never blushed before because of something she did, usually it was only Mitsukai. Speaking of which, where was she? She almost asked, but figured the girl was just skipping. She didn't skip often, but after what had happened last night with Thorne it made sense to take a day to herself. L turned to greet Nikky and immediately noticed how exhausted she looked. Poor thing. I know it makes no sense, but what can I do?

Cory wasn’t paying full attention to Diana’s and Adam’s conversation. But why not butt in. “Are you serious. In London its priority to have you’re college figured out, everyone typically knows for sure by their second year.” Cory sure loved his old school and London. Why did he have to get kicked out! So not fair. Then yet again, Cory peeked at Mitsukai’s table. That’s it, he couldn’t stand it anymore. “Hey Adam, you’re friends with Mitsukai right? Do you know where she is today? I haven’t seen her at all.” ‘Great, you’ve crossed the line.’ Cory’s mind told him. But he brushed that thought off. What was that saying again, curiosity killed the cat?
Cory then noticed Devin leave the table. “Darn, I should go talk to him.’ Cory thought, but at the same time didn’t really want to get up. “I’ll make sure to talk to that kid at dinner.” Cory decided. “Hey darling, you look lovesick.” Joe jumped when some girl sat next to him. She looked at him in the eyes then smiled in recognition. “Ohh, you’re Mitsukai’s ex. No wonder. Umm, isn’t your name Cory or something? Well, I’m Mer. Nice to meet you.” “Hey, and yes my name is Cory and yea I’m her ex. But I’m not love sick.” Cory attempted to correct her. But it was kind of obvious he was telling a lie. Not that it really mattered. Cory looked at Mer for a moment longer to realize it was Mer, the genius legend or something? Her picture was up on one of the walls, along with the other 7. This school definably had a cool tradition. Genius Legends meant nothing to the kid’s in London though.
