Edith didn't like the attention being brought to her and she was trying with all of her energy to convince people that she was fine. However, when you were spewing blood into a bucket after everytime you just barely caught a breath like you were a fountain, people tended to worry about you. She didn't want to sit down, she didn't want people babying her. She'd lived on the streets, and even there she'd been cushioned, not had to face the real stuff near as much as those that cushioned her. For some reason, everyone seemed to cushion her, so it had just become habit of her to not accept help.
She sat as her knees buckled under Gail's pressure as she didn't have enough breath to fight both Gail and her coughing/spewing fit. The blood that she deposited into the bucket was as thick as phlem, somewhat disturbing. And when Gail placed the thermometer down her throat, it caused more blood to spew up and Edith began choking.
Right now, Edith was too preoccupied to even attempt to see how her brother was doing, she wasn't nearly as powerful a psychic as him or Lydia, but Lydia was going to teach her some control, and hopefully, her damned headaches would go away, though she was rather used to them by now. If the headaches she had were anything in comparisson to hang-overs, she was glad she never decided to get hammered. She had sympathy for Simon now ...
Edith really couldn't talk, it felt like her throat was constricted, sort of like it was burning all the while at the same time, she was being strangled. It wasn't a pleasant sensation and adding on her bleeding temples didn't help either.

Gail checked the thermometer, and her eyes went wide. 'For a vampire, this is incredibly high.' she said, a worrying xpression now on her face. 'Edith, you can't fight me, come into OR-4.' she ordered, walking the young vampiress through the door. 'Tokeru, I need you in here, and recount what happened to her! Why would she be like this?' she demanded, getting impatient.
She laid Edith down, and started getting out syringes, and IV's. She held out Edith's arm, and slapped her arm to get a vein to show up. 'Don't fight me, Edith.' she said, sliding the IV's flexible needle into her arm. Gail hooked up four blood packet, but only inserted one with a tube to Edith, for now.

Skiaska hurriedly walked into the room, and looked around. She caught Tokeru's scent barely. She spoke quietly, but loud enough for him and Gail to hear her. "I got the message. Is there anything I can do?" Ski doubted it, but... Edith was family. If she had not done anything, she couldn't have forgiven herself, even if she was not needed.

Tokeru tried to remain calm, but was failing. This was the first time in his life he had ever been worried like this. "I dont know, she just started throwing up blood and didn't stop. I mean, she did have some kind of hallucination after kiriyama blamed her for Reno dying, but she came to after it and seemed fine, then she just started to throw up, and didn't stop. Please, can you tell me what's wrong with her?"
Tokeru paced back and forth, not sure what to do, wanting to be there for his fiance, but not wanting to get in the way, he hovered directly behind Gail, trying to stay just out of the way.

Kiriyama entered the imfermary to pretty much chaos all around him.He could smell the Omega's blood in the air.'So somone kicked his a**. Well I guess even the top dog can lose some.' He then sniffed the air again. He got the strong sense of Eden's blood all over the air."From a wound?............No. She's been throwing up blood." Kiriyama could tell how blood was spilt just by smelling it. He walked over to were Gail,Eden,Tokeru, and his bride to be were.
He heard what Tokeru said and sighed. He walked up behind him."I'll tell you all whats wrong with her. She cant handle the fact that somone she cared for is dead and its partially her fault."He looked at Tokeru."You need to stop sheilding her from the truth. No matter what you say what happened to that Reno guy is partly her fault. The rest was his fault. He made those stupid decisions that got himself killed. But you telling her over and over again that she has no blame in it is a bunch of bullshit. You mine as well be liying to her face. Reality is tough and people have to deal with it. But if you keep sheilding her from this s**t she's gonna end up more ******** up then she already is."

She walked into the infirmary to find chaos all around here. Kiriyama was yelling at Tokeru, who was explaining things to Gail, who was in turn strapping Edith to blood. Her eyes went wide when she saw the condition that Krii was in, and it was all she could do to keep from rushing over to him immediately. First things first, however. Walking over to Kiriyama, she grabbed him by the shoulder.
"I need to talk to you," she said as she squeezed his shoulder roughly, pulling him out into the hallway. As they exitted the door, she turned to face him, rying desperately to remain as calm as possible. However she could feel the monster inside of her starting to churn with rage. She wanted to slap him, scratch him, and watch his blood fling across the walls. However, taking a deep breath, her eyes flashed green, then crimson, back to green as she fought for control.
"Listen...I understand your want of Edith to know the truth, but when someone is haing a ******** psychological meltdown, then that is not the time to be throwing the things that put her in that state in her face. Edith is still a young vampire and she cant handle the kinds of things that you, or even I can handle! She needs help! Not whatever the ******** it is you are trying to do." Considering the circumstances, she felt that she was handling the situation rather well for what she wanted to do to him. Taking another deep breath as her hands balled into fists once more, she still did not do anything to hnim physically, and instead waited for him to make some sort of reply that he understood. She could only hope that the smartass attitude he had generally had towards her would hold its tongue for once.

Tokeru calmly turned over to Skiaska. "Ski, I'm fine if you love him, and I have nothing against you marrying who you want, but if he even thinks of talking like that to my fiance ever again, not even you will stop me from snapping his little neck and cutting his head to pieces. He has pushed me for the last time, and it's partially his fault that she is in here in the first place. He can stay if he wants, but he will keep his mouth shut. Or I will shut it for him."
Tokeru took his eyes away from Ski and returned his gaze over to Edith. "Don't listen to what he said, he knows nothing. None of this was your fault, and nothing he says will change that. "

What in the hell was wrong with her? Why was she feeling so sick and why was she randomly spewing blood? Why wouldn't her damned head just shut up and stop asking questions? Why was everyone here? Why was she finding it hard to put names to faces, voices to people? Why was everything all slurring together? Then she felt it, she felt the part of herself that was the vampire stir ...
It had been the vampire doing this to her, ever so gently so that she would not notice it had been prying at her emotions, her physical state, how she thought, how she saw things ... This was it's way of taking control of her, and hell, so much was happening, everything was so confusing that she was getting ready to let it happen. She was angry, she was sad, she was scared, she was in love, she was depressed, she was ecstatic. So many feelings, but which one to feel?
Edith both heard and didn't hear what Kiriyama had said, she agreed with him, she didn't agree with him, she was angry at him, she wanted to cry ... All she really could do right now was lay on her bed spilling her guts out as if she had been poisoned or she had an alergic reaction to something. Well, she could cry, but every part of her fought it, no one needed to see her cry, especially when she didn't know who the hell was there to start with. Voices, she recognized one moment and forgot the next. Faces she saw clearly, then they smudged and contorted or became one with another.
Her stomach hurt, but her head hurt ten times more. The excruciating pain, she knew it was there and yet part of her didn't. Conscious and unconscious. Alive but dead.
Gail was baffled by what was wrong with Edith, different parts of her were acting up in different ways, it was completely illogical. The girl would shift from a fever to the coldest thing in the world just like that. And though she wasn't a psychologist, she could tell that Edith was scared and that people crowding around probably wasn't the best idea.
Though she really hated leaving Edith unattended for even a moment, she looked up at everyone and gave them her medical advice and what she thought was best for Edith's state. "All of you," Gail announced in slight exasperation, seeing that people were beginning to argue, some clearly disturbed by the states of their loved ones, others just standing there doing nothing, "please leave. I don't need hysterical upset people watching this and I don't need people arguing. Kerrigan may enter to check up on Krii'Ouse and that's it. I need to concentrate. And Eliot, I want your assistance now."
Actually, Gail had made the announcement meaninglessly as she was taking Edith into an iscolated room despite her announcement. She could see that Tokeru was upsetted by seeing Edith in this state and thought it best for him not to be there in case he did something on impulse. That, and it was just cruel to keep him there to watch. As for Kiriyama, he was just being a pest and stirring things up. The only ones she wasn't overly concerned about doing anything rash were Kerrigan and Skiaska though she wasn't sure if Skiaska was going to blow up at Tokeru or not.
Edith was her main concern now, and from what she saw and heard, the girl was having a mental break-down that included more than just her mind. She was being overwhelmed by the other people's presences in the room, so she needed to be iscolated from them now.
Gail rolled Edith's bed away from all the commotion, making sure that the IV she'd put in the girl was rolling along with the bed until Eliot came to her assistance. They rolled the bed until they came to the isolcation room, then Eliot hastily opened the door to allow Gail access. Though hasty, both medical experts assured that their patient's condition was not worsened by their haste.
Once in the room, both of them began attempting to stabalize the young vampiress ...

Kiryama listened to Kerrigans words."She is a child. But.......would you rather to know the truth during an important battle? What if this were to happene again and the day walkers attack? Id rather she know now and get it all out of her system. Why suffer again and again when you can just suffer one big time and be done with it. But what ever. You guys want to baby her go ahead. I dont give a damn. She needs to know the truth not be lied to." He started to walk away from her."I speak the truth. I dont hide behind lies. Your all acting like cowards. You think she cant handle it all. Well your wrong. Ive seen this Eden girl. She's alot tougher then you give her credit for. But you feal the need to baby her and make her weak when you should be truthfull to her and make her strong."He grinned to himself."Its good to know that if I ever get put here I'll be comfprted by lie after lie like a little child."

Suddenly, Krii'Ouse was walking through the door to the hallway, his hand raised, and going for Kiriyama's neck. 'Listen, you ******** moron.' he said, his eyes closed. 'Edith is strong, yes... but it wasn't her fault that Reno died... He pushed himself upon her... and she didn't love him as he wanted her to... She instead fell for Tokeru... That drove Reno over the edge... She had nothing to do with his death... She may have had a part in his turning against us... but she was not responsible for his dying... He made the decision to attack us on his own... She did not force him to... She did not make him... He did it all on his own... So do not speak the lies you have been... You won't be 'comforted' by lies unless you mean your own... You sicken me, you piece of filth.'
Krii'Ouse's body turned back to the infirmary, his back all stitched up and charred, but not from fire. His IV dragged along with him as he returned to his suspended bed. He hovered upwards, and his body rested in the cradling device. The straps restrapped, again holding him in position.
Had Krii'Ouse done all that in his unconscious state?

Before there link was broken Kiriyama laughed ini his head.'You fool. You just said she had a part in it. And playing even a small part makes you a bit responsible. And Im glad too know your ok. I was worried that whatever injured you still lived. But with the blood I smell on you thats not the case.'

Tokeru had walked outside as Krii spoke with Kiriyama, and heard it all.
He clenched his fists by his side, and held his scythe dangerously close to the other hunter. "Ski, you have 1 minute to get this man out of my sight, or I will not be held accountable for what I do. He does not wish to asmit he made a mistake, and even if I lose my position among the hunters, I will see him killed if he does not: A) Apologize to me and Edith when she is better or B) Leave right now and never talk to either one of us again. If he wishes to continue on this path, he will face my wrath and I guarantee you, I will not be stopping with him still alive, not even if Edith were here herself."
His anger boiled to the surface, and the darker side of him threatened to rise, but it remained bubbling to the surface, slowly leaking outwards. The force of his darker side could be felt, and even seen. To all eyes, it seemed like a shadow was gathering around his feet, and swirling around them on the ground, stronger then dissipating.

Tears were leaking out of her eyes in thin steady turrents. "K-Kiriyama... You should go for a minute. I-I'll meet up with you at the Chapel, alright?" She smiled weakly as he mind felt like it was about to burst. Family and love... If she had to choose, what would she do? Edith was in a way, her sister. Ski sobbed shakily, but quieted herself as Jag spoke up for the first time in a few hours. I can't stand this anymore! Stop your sniveling, you pathetic little ********! Cowardice will get you no where! Just do us a favor and go to your little corner, cutting up our body. Maybe you'll kill yourself and spare everyone the trouble. The mental projection sneered in disgust. Disgusting. Her eyes widened, and the water in her eyes dried quickly. She stood stock still, not even taking in Gail's words. Shock overwhelme dher senses, freezing her face in one of pain and confusion. "Go, Kiri. Please."

Simon was leaning against a wall near the door into the room Edith was inside. He heard that she was in some sort've problem by some random hunters who were gossiping in one of the halls, and well showed up as fast as humanly possible seeing he is a human and all. It had been quite the while since he left the Shadowstalkers and out of all actions within Haven. Not that he was ever 'IN' in the first place.
The light of the room reflected off his super cool sunglasses, as he slowly fixed his Reel Big Fish tie. Simon had taken his place behind the other hunters near the start of the entire ordeal. He stared at the ceiling as if nothing was happening a few feet away from him. "So," Simon said loud enough for the others to hear, "What's up?"
