Sal frowned "I'd say he has a good reason for lying.... but then I know why he did..."
Cheveyo sighed "I see. I can get him to leave you alone then... he MAY show up once more for his 'goodbye'. He won't say anything and if you ignore him he'll leave quickly.. and then you won't have to bother with him ever again."
"This will provide un-needed stress on him..."
Chev shrugged "It happens.. he's learned to deal. Honestly I think he was expecting it anyway. Don't worry Mr. Salazar... this won't trigger any setbacks.."

((... crud... *smacks pony's* Stop messing everything up! All right... it would be.... awhile before she would see him again... lets say... a month?))
Idan popped into his 'normal' spot with a smile. That was a nice future to view... he could've spent longer there but Chev made him promise not to spend too long out of his own time. He sighed and leaned against a tree tiredly... he needed to do his goodbye to Darkfang... he knew it, but a part of him was still in denial that despite everything he still managed to drive away his first friend. Well at least he got to hear her call him that. That had been nice to hear. He glanced in the direction of her lab and sighed, sinking down to sit. He'd go later... when he had more energy. Chev kept trying to tie him to the bed while Idan kept sneaking off to explore as much as he could. Yeah they strain was only made worse by his travels... but he'd rather do that then slowly deteriorate in a bed. His brother simply didn't understand... or didn't want to. He wasn't really sure WHY Chev was fighting so hard to keep him alive. On one hand he knew his brother loved him and looked out for him.. on the other... he always took the side of the other pony's and helped them get away from Idan's strangeness. Idan figured most would be happy his time was short... maybe it was just one of those 'sense' things he never understood. He curled up a bit as the normal travel pains caught up to him. He forgot his potions at home again... that meant yelling from both Chev and Sal.. joy.
((... and apparently he wanted to monologue xd ))

((YAY monologues))
Darkfang walked along the familiar path as she'd done every day for the past few weeks. She didn't know why she bothered walking past that spot where she'd often met Idan. She didn't know why her hooves carried her that way. Even on days when she told herself she wouldn't leave her lab, she found her hooves leading he back to that spot. It was stupid. Besides, he was never there anyways. Except...she narrowed her eyes at the unexpected sight - today he way.

He glanced up as he felt eyes on him and inwardly started to panic. He wasn't ready to face her and he wasn't ready for his goodbye. He bit his lip and rested his head down on his knees again, to hide the flashes of pain. He didn't want pity... not that he really believed she would. He sighed... wishing he could say.. something, but Chev told her and he promised long ago, goodbyes were silent. Just a last glance and then he'd leave... only he couldn't leave at the moment since he couldn't get up. Crap.

He blinked up in surprise. She was talking to him... was she going to shoot him for real now? Could he answer since she spoke first.. he supposed so. "Umm.. depends on your definition of better I suppose.."
