And the war.... "Now heres a sight for sore eyes to worsen." Tadashi chuckled. Tadashi, the belligerent, prideful, and mischievous demon/shinigami was always up for fun. An army of whites would always prove fun. Tadashi shunpoed about 12 yard in front of the mass with his sword already in his hand and resting on his shoulder. Naturally, his open hand was inside his sack that hung on his side. "Hey I hope you have a permit for all those weaponry." Tadashi commented on the little toy they were building. He remained silent for half a minute for a response. None was returned. Tadashi always hated being ignored. He hated it very very much. "HEY DUMBSHITS!" Tadashi already snapped in irritation. "WAKE THE HELL UP!" From his sack, Tadashi whipped out 8 sticks of dynamite and darted it straight at the middle of the crowd. They were standard sticks with a large radius. He intended to get Everyones attention whether if it was a smart choice, or a horrible choice. ..... Starts.....

Before the sticks of dynamite reached the middle of the crowd where it was intended to go, the beings in blue armor intercepted them with lightning-fast speed. One of them deflected the dynamites with their weapons, spinning the sticks into the air, before hitting it back towards the person who threw them as a reversal. With the wick of the sticks of dynamite shortened from the time they were thrown and thrown back, it would be natural to assume that once the sticks reached back, they would explode immediately upon reaching the person who initiated the attack and just to ensure that they would be safe, the knights in the front lines held up their weapons to act as shields from the explosion while the knights further back observed the movements of the person in front of them to ensure he would not be able to try anything else.
Once the sticks exploded, the front line knights nearest to the threat spread out and charged at the Tadashi-san with the knights behind them standing by and replaced the front line knights until they came back into formation. The knights were fast, efficient, and organized as if following a single consciousness. Their teamwork was magnificent and their reaction times were flawless which matched the strength of their attacks that ripped though the air. However, their main purpose was not to injure nor kill -- they knew that. This was just to let the attacker know that they were more of a match for him and any of his tricks and would disengage as soon as he would retreat or stop resisting.
As they dealt with Tadashi-san, they noticed another, more powerful, presence near them, but deemed it to be not much of a threat for the time being. Still, they kept a close eye on him for any sudden movements so should he attack, they would know. The knights knew that their main objective was to simply do their job there and nothing else. Causing senseless fighting was not part of their plan, but if an outside factor attempts to interfere, then they have no choice but to deal with it.
Data Analysis Name: Knights of Genesis [Blue Battalion] Power-level: Third Seat Rank Description: Efficient and well-trained, these warriors have faced insurmountable odds and survived to tell about it through their teamwork and cooperation. They wear lightweight, but incredibly sturdy body armor, allowing them to deal out as much damage as they can take. Their weapon of choice is a standard-issue 'Redeemer', a weapon designed for long-range, mid-range, and close-range encounters. Fighting Conditions: For all Shinigami third seat and below, roll one 100-sided die before posting an attack after you have decided to engage the targets. If you get a value above 70, then you allowed to injure your attackers. If not, then you yourself are injured. Also note that the summoner in the middle cannot be attacked.

(Why does the dice rolling have to be so high? Im a 3rd seat and I have to roll a dice as if im a 7th seater? I hate dice.)
The dynamite flew directly back at him causing a large brilliant explosion. All vegetation that stood in that area ceased to exist. Unfortunately, Tadashi wasn't a plant. "Oh are you ready to listen now?" Tadashi said with a chuckle. Out of the smoke, Tadashi calmly walked out with his shirt blown off, but no injuries. Your gonna need alot more to injure this gu--" Suddenly, two knights managed to slash at his shoulder. Tadashi was too distracted to realize the advance. "Fsck" a mutter was released as he tried to block the remaining knights.
After blocking the remainder of the knights, Tadashi shunpoed backward to gain his stance again. "SOUL EATER! LETS GO!" Tadashi's simple katana spewed a red aura as it began to change forms. Tadashi had a large range of weaponry to choose to take out these ticks and alas, what better way to do it but with Feiy's legendary blade, The Gale. With it, Tadashi took a stance to ready the next move. His plans were to bat each guy away that comes for him. It was more effective than what a person would think due to another ability in his shikai that awaited for the enemy.

((Good thing I waited for your post, Tad. Let's have a fun little engagement~))
What the fu- "Idiot Shinigami!" Jan shouted, vanishing from his vantage point to a new position on Tadashi's right side, just in time to be behind the two knights who had slashed at him. Putting his right hand on the hilt of his katana, Jan let his spiritual energy rise to match that of his new enemies. Analysis complete. They're not very strong on their own, but all of them at once could be a bother! Are you sure you want to fight them at this level of energy? Their own energy is different from anything we've encountered thus far. Yes, I'm sure. It's been a long time since we were in any real danger, so waddaya say? Let's have some fun before we get all serious.
Smiling the dangerous smile he had perfected over the years, Jan drew his katana and swung behind him in a single motion, aiming to sever the spines of the two fighters who had attacked Tadashi. Feeling his sword connect with the armor of the first opponent in its path, Jan sent an electrical current through the blade. As Jan's Zanpakuto cut through armor, flesh, and bone, he sent the electricity directly into the unfortunate victim's spinal cord, allowing it to spread through the rest of the nervous system from either side of the incision.
Repeating the same process as the sword passed through the first victim and into the second, Jan's attack ended with the two "knights" connected by a brief blue arc of electrical energy, which quickly dispersed. Having sent his energy into the two, Jan could either discharge it into their brains or send it into the cells of the severed spines and use the energy to re-connect them.
As he finished his slash, Jan brought his sword around and sheathed it as quickly as he had drawn it, leaving the bodies behind him to fall to their knees. "You, in the armor! Your little party's in my territory, and I don't really like it. If you're agreeable, I'll even heal these two behind me. Either pack up and move somewhere else... Or I'll send you to the Judge myself!"
Done shouting, Jan grinned and looked to his left hand, now empty. Scratching the back of his head, also empty, he looked back to where he had come from. The green octopus now sat on the ground, keeping the mug of tea sitting on top of it warm. Turning to Tadashi, Jan spoke quietly and quickly. "...Been a while, hasn't it? Just be careful mimicking Feiy's sword. You know that if you half-a** it or lose control, she'd come back from Nirvana to rip you a new one, right~?"
((Since I'm fighting at the level of a 3rd seat, I'll roll too~ Looks like that's a critical first strike!))

(reserving post) (hate these damned dice. I can never get good luck on gaia with them. If I fly, can i avoid getting damage atleast?)
Tadashi broke a sweat but not from the battle, but from the appearance of, Jan. "V-Vizard.... Jan... Jan..... What are you doing here?" The spiritual pressure itself made his skin shiver, but to have a vizard, who remembers him, shocked him a bit. What also shocked him was that Jan probably saved his life just now. Tadashi didn't know what to say or do. All he could do was keep fighting and try not to let Jan bug him. "Im doing my best with the Gale, thank you very much. But as long as your on my side, I shouldn't be trying to pick a fight with you." Tadashi quietly spoke back. "I guess Ill keep using force till you can think of some kind of plan."
Tadashi changed the giant clever into medium sized shields that fitted on both his arms. This allowed his hands to be free. Tadashi broke stance and fetched a few more dynamite sticks in his bag. These sticks had a much smaller radius, less power, and shorter fuse. These were weak to the point that they would cause minimal damage to the point where it only released smoke. However, these sticks were loaded with special reitsu string that allowed him to have a lock on guide to its target when it attaches. These strings were also stretchy, hard to cut and almost impossible to see. His plan now was to give some distractions as he laid his own traps down.
Tadashi shunpoed toward his attacker with 2 shields and 5 sticks of dynamites total. As he first engaged at one of the enemies, Tadashi dropped one of the sticks. As he blocked 1 of the knights blow, another had appeared behind him and managed another slash on his back. Ignoring the pain, Tadashi blocked it with his right shield and dropped another. He continued a perfect blocking pattern until dumping all the sticks. As it went off, smoked filled the area. With his distraction, Tadashi jumped backward to get out of the smoke. As he exited, another blade nipped his leg causing him to bleed a little bit. He was unsuccessful in hurting any of the enemies, but his first step had been completed. The strings managed to landed on their limbs. Unfortunately, Tadashi was hoping it would tie up with their vitals.

Charles finally makes his way through the myriad of streets and spiritual pressures to find one somewhat familiar. Whereas Tadashi was his most recent opponent in combat, he has to appreciate just how good that shimigami is in a fight. Of course, he would never say that out loud. Both of them had vied for the same seat, only to end in a rare draw. Charles has a more scientific mind, Tadashi has the power. Were they one person, the combined form would be likely able to take over squad 12! Still, such ambitions can wait.
"So many people here . . . " Charles does his best to remain out of sight and out of notice, keeping his reiatsu down and under a tight control. Not even bothering to draw his zanpaktou, he dashes towards the flaring power of Tadashi, only to stop short at the war. In their battle, Tadashi had been holding back- it was not to be to the death. Nestling in among some rooftops, Charles watches intently, taking notes in his ever-present notebook on what is going on. His hand almost becomes a blur as he draws, writes, and captures the moments. If his hands are fast- his eyes are faster, drinking in the sights much like a starving man would ravage a buffet left open for him alone.

The space-time anomaly soon grew to a much larger size than before as the object that was being summoned into the world made half of its body visible. From the looks of it, the object was a gigantic crystal obelisk with a height of about 50 feet and a width of 25 feet, although one can deduce that its true size was twice that. At once, the summoner's voice grew even louder, causing the knights around her to act more defensively, but still retaining their roles and the main objectives in their mind. Their mission was not to kill; their mission was to only do what they were instructed to do.

"We're on the same side for now. I'll wait for you to move, so go!" Noding as his new ally switched weapons and moved, Jan thought to himself while watching Tadashi attack. ...No response from the enemy forces. Looks like our primary objective will be stopping whatever they're doing, so we need to push back their front line. Let's move!
Watching Tadashi move and act, Jan could see that he would be able to pull off something big if left alone, so he moved to engage the next closest enemies in close quarters. With his electromagnetic Detection Field, the smoke wouldn't affect Jan's vision, although he'd need to be careful with his breathing until he rose his energy enough to ignore it. He could also sense the presence of the strings Tadashi had lied down, and moved to stay clear.
Using the smoke for cover, Jan jumped at the next row of defenders, letting blue sparks emit from his Zanpakuto as he attacked. With a good number of targets below him, Jan took a single swing and unleashed a nicely-sized arc of blue electricity.
As he came down, he felt that his attack had missed... The electricity was probably still to easy to see, despite the smokescreen. As he landed, multiple weapons were thrust at him, and while Jan was able to backflip away from the worst of the damage, his legs took multiple cuts as he flipped away.
Landing somewhat hard, Jan decided to wait in the smoke for either Tadashi's next move, or for the new spiritual energy in the area to move into action. Judging the movement of the electricity in that person, it could be someone trying to call for reinforcements. Feels like a Shinigami, so it could be okay, but we shouldn't expect backup for a while.

(reserve post) (second roll was an accident @3@)
"Jan! Move!" Tadashi shouted. Finally, with the strings attached to all ten of his fingers as well as ten attached to his enemies limbs, Tadashi retaliated. In a swift manner, Tadashi had swooped up an old favorite toy of his. In his hands were ten specially made 'spyder bombs' for the ten trapped knights. These bombs were an inch in length and width but still had an impressive amount of potency in them. Not only that, but located in their eight leg were barbed hooks to ensure a tight lock on to its prey. On the top these devils was a small hook that enabled Tadashi to make the traps hold on to his string. In what seemed to be one fast motion, Tadashi equipped each spyder onto the string.
With an Obelisk suddenly appearing, Tadashi had to speed up and stop these things. After crossing his arms till his hands reached his shoulders, Tadashi pushed his arms out to shoot the spyders. The spyders followed the strings like bullets. From their size and speed, it was almost impossible to see these things coming. TING! All ten spyders locked onto the limbs of where the strings attached. The prongs poked out like an injection and hooked on. "Go to hell!" Tadashi yelled as the spyders went off.
BOOM! The spyders bursted brilliantly in a blue flame. The explosion was devastating enough to not only melt off the armor of the limb, but also the limb itself. The flame had also seared the wound shut to prevent blood loss. None of them were going to die. Tadashi grumbled in annoyance from the spyder's flaw. But he was still in luck. Out of the ten, one had survived with only the armor on his leg blown off. The fortunate knight only had the wind knocked out of him. Fortunate for him, but he would soon regret living. "Jan, I'm going to need to take samples back to Captain Maximoru. Im going to tranquilize him first, but I need you to use a binding kido on him. My body is unable to use kido so I'm trusting you can. Make sure you don't bind me with him!"
Tadashi one of the shields that hung on his arm, Tadashi cut off the useless string from his empty hand. By now, the knight was starting to gain consciousness. With the string still holding on to his leg, Tadashi pulled with both hands to send the knight flying toward him. As the knight's leg flew upward into the air, Tadashi grabbed a large and sharp tranquilizing needle from his bag and popped off the safety cap. The knight's back was facing Tadashi. This way, Tad could leap and tranquilize at the neck. Tadashi leaped into the air and was able to jab it into the neck. The tranquilizer would keep him down for a day atleast. Tadashi pulled the needle back and landed on his legs. The knight's body landed on the floor almost lifeless. With that, Tadashi tossed the needle away and ran for the body. "Jan! Bind him!" Tadashi yelled as he tossed the body upward into the air. Incase something would try to steal the body, Tadashi planted his foot into the ground and prepared to spring into whatever would come in his path.

With one, final roar of thunder, the giant obelisk fell through the dimensional hole and touched the ground, but nobody had expected it to land so silently. It embedded itself onto the ground, hulking over the town like an ancient monument in the days of old wherein structures like this were perceived to be things that brought about great fortune or great calamity, depending on the people who used it. Then, immediately after the obelisk had secured a firm hold on the ground where it stood, the structure faded from sight as if it had never even existed and even the ground where there was supposed to be a giant hole made by the 100-foot crystal obelisk when it fell disappeared. However, unknown to everyone, it was still there, protected by a high-level dimensional distortion spell.
"We're done here -- IMPLANTA has been successfully summoned. Blue Birgade out," the female in the middle reported in before quickly chanting a spell. White light enveloped every knight there, even the injured ones, where the light acted like a spell which no weapon or attack can ever break -- an ultimate barrier if one will call it. "We'll meet you back at CATHEDRAL. Everyone, be safe," the female knight radioed in once more before everything faded into white for a moment, allowing the knights to vanish into thin air while the space-time anomaly, too, disappeared. The only evidence, aside from the hidden obelisk, that the knights were there were the Redeemer units that some shinigami were able to take from them during the course of their engagement.

"s**t... ********." Jan swore as the Obelisk was successfully implanted and the knights vanished. As a final F.U. to the retreating enemies, Jan discharged the electricity housed in the two knights he'd slashed before. He didn't fry their brains as he had originally considered, but their spines would have to be either healed without his help, or the two knights would simply be paralyzed for life.
"...I don't think a binding spell would have kept that guy here for us, Tadashi... I don't know any of those anyway. Normally, I'd just stun a guy with electricity, cut his spine, or both, like I did back there. Still... We do have 12 of their dropped weapons. Whaddaya say to us taking them back to Maxi? We can split 'em... 11 for you guys, and 1 for me. The hiding Shinigami won't get any loot since he didn't help, and this stuff is Squad 12's specialty anyway. Seem fair?" Grinning as he used his pulsating blue blade to draw the weapons towards him, Jan left 2 neat rows of 6 weapons each in front of himself and Tadashi. Counting the weapons as they lined up, Jan supposed that he would technically get 2 from the guys he'd slashed, and Tadashi would get 10 from the knights he had bombed... But Jan knew he only needed 1 weapon anyway.
Sighing as he turned back to the space that the Obelisk had been summoned to. Even if it wasn't there, Jan knew that there was no way that the knights had simply retreated without completing their objective. "...Actually, I'll help you get the weapons through the gate, but I'm gonna have to stay here. I get the feeling that the blue thing has been covered up somehow... Maybe you could ask Maxi or someone to send other researchers too. Oh, not too close, though... My investigative methods may be a bit dangerous."
Revealing an illusion would be easy, but if it were invisible, we would have felt it already. It could have been summoned into an adjacent dimension, like Hueco Mundo, or... ...Or it could have been hidden in this dimension by warping it! We can test both, although it's gonna take a lot of energy to warp space with our abilities... We'll manage it, though.

"Annoying." Tadashi grumbled as his specimen had vanished. The shields on Tadashi's arm returned to its katana form. Tadashi sheathed his weapon and removed the strings from his hand. "I hope you studied them well enough Charles. If not, Im going to kill you." Tadashi yelled off to the hidden shinigami. As Jan organized the leftover loot, Tadashi pulled out a reitsu cigarette, lit it, and walked toward him. I don't mind if you take one. You could probably kill me and take it all if you wanted too." Tadashi said as he puffed. Tadashi removed a think rope from his sack and began to gather 11 swords to wrap the rope around. "We should also work on collecting the remainders from other places where these guys occurred. This time, I mean it for safety precaution. Ill bring this up with Maxi for now. For now, take Charles with you. Ill be back in a bit. Tadashi said as he pointed where the shinigami was hidden.
Tadashi hefted the bundle onto his shoulder and puffed his cig a few more times. "Well, thanks for your help. Ill see ya in a bit. Tell the dragon vizard I said hi." With that, Tadashi shunpoed off to the gate.

"Well, I guess I could take 'em all. But that'd be rather uncouth of me, wouldn't it? In any case, I'll stop by the other places and let 'em know you sent me. I'll tell Kev you said hi if you tell Maxi the same for me, alright?" As Tadashi gathered up his winnings and left, Jan turned to the spot the other Shinigami was hiding in.
"Charles, and you're with Tadashi, correct? If you're here for intel, we can talk later. For now, head over to the park in Karakura... If you have any reiatsu sense in you, you should be able to find the gathering of Shinigami. I'm heading to the center of town... Seems like there's a much smaller presence there, so it should be a quick stop."
Lifting the remaining hybrid weapon and tucking it into the belt of his night robe, Jan kept talking while he went to retrieve the other items he had originally shown up in. "I'll go through with proper introductions at the park if you make it in time. We can swap info with the rest of the Shinigami there as well, so it's in everyone's best interest to show up."
Lifting his mug, Jan took a long drink. The warm tea was enough to rejuvenate Jan's spirits, and even with his lightly wounded legs, he would be able to Shunpo to his next objective. Storing the empty mug in his bag, Jan plopped the plush green octopus onto the top of his head. He quickly added another final note before departing. "When you get there, Charles, you can tell 'em Tadashi and the Vizard sent ya."
((Exit to Karakura Town... Really quickly, I hope.))

(Woot! New topic!)
Standing behind the counter of the Sunkus: Gas Station and Convenience Store, Takeru ducked down out of view to retrieve her backpack. Stuffing a hand inside the already unzipped top she pulled out a faded gray sweat shirt and tossed it to the top of the counter to the ire of the customer on the other side. Whipping off her Sunkus cap she stuffed the sweat soaked hat into the bag and rubbed her forehead where the brim had left a red imprint and ran a hand through her tangled hair. The day had been nothing but ordinary and as she unzipped her windbreaker her amber eyes fixed on the enraged customer shouting down at her from across the counter. Flipping him the bird absently she tucked her windbreaker in her bag and pulled her sweatshirt over her head, tugging the hood down over her eyes. Grabbing her pack she briskly walked away from the counter, frigidly told the new kid to work the register and left with a tinkle of the stations door bells.
Night had fallen while she’d been stuck filling up cars, but Takeru couldn’t complain, the job paid. Strolling silently away from the lighted station she took to the back streets at a brisk jog, leaping a fence with ease as she skirted down an ally. Just as she landed her feet faltered, the slow burn of a Summons had been a constant ache while she’d been at work but as she came down from her jump it spiked, sending her careening towards the concrete. Catching herself with her left hand, girt and grim worked its way into the skin of her palm while the other hand clutched at her heart. Whatever the Summons wanted her to destroy was so near that the pain narrowed Takeru’s field of vision into a darkened tunnel. Stiffly standing upright, the Kusabi let go of the mental block feebly holding the pain back and let it rush through her system. Her clenched muscles loosened her body stood straight and proud as her feet started forward. Reaching behind her, she found the dagger strapped tightly to the small of her back and released it from its sheath. The familiar weight was a comfort she readily accepted as she picked up speed, her feet pounding with effortless ease, bringing her closer to her target.
Rounding a corner she came face to face with the despised existence she was to exterminate. Its reptilian form loomed over the spirit of a young woman. Takeru had made it in time. Leaping forward, her dagger careened with bone jarring force for the bony mask encompassing the Hollow’s face only to find the creature gone, her sense picking up its movement to behind her. Landing in a deep crouch she turned to face her opponent as it roared, the echoing sound resounding against the empty buildings of the unattended construction site she’d tracked it to. She could only laugh at its display as it reared up, determined to flatten her were she stood. As the heavy form came crashing down Takeru picked up the memories and the base feelings of the low level killer. In life the soul had been nothing but a miserly woman who enjoyed destroying the hopes and lives of her company’s employees. She stole, poisoned and slept her way to the top with no remorse for the effect it would have on other souls.
Takeru took malicious delight as she back rolled out of the way as the Hollow’s heavy front leg reduced the concrete she’d been standing on moments before into rubble. Now it was her move, using the back roll to stop her momentum, her front most leg jettisoned her forward as an arching slice of her blade sunk into the Hollow’s neck. Damnit! Her blade had caught the mask but the cut was to shallow to break it. Oh well. Still skimming through the air she used her dagger to turn and rammed her left hand into the creature’s skin as it thrashed from the agony the cut produced. Once her hand came in contact with the scaly creature’s hide Takeru could feel the Drain drawing reiatsu away from her opponent and converting it into her own strength. This Hollow was much weaker than she’d expected and in a matter of seconds its movements ceased as it collapsed to the ground. With her feet solidly beneath her once again, Takeru leisurely drug the hand imbedded in the Hollow’s neck towards its head while continuously drawing away its energy and with a swift strike of her blade cracked its mask and sent the tainted soul back to the cycle it had come from.
Striding away from the disintegrating corpse, Takeru’s eyes locked on the spirit the Hollow had cornered. From a distance the woman seemed fine but with the Summons still riding her Takeru waltzed up to the soul and dropped down in a heap to sit on her haunches, ignoring the shriek the woman let out. With little thought she grasped the woman’s chin with her blood soaked hand and turned her head from side to side before exploring her arms, torso and legs for damage. In life the spirit had been fair with the rare brown-orange hair unique to the Japanese. At the moment though her coffee hued eyes were wide with terror and her rose bud mouth thin lipped. She would never survive long enough to be sent to the ‘heaven’ the Shinigami preached Soul Society to be. Rather than letting the fair maiden wind up fodder for the multitude of Hollow pursuing the town, she’d give her a choice. “You’ve got three options,” she crooned as her hand dropped to grasp the chain protruding from the woman’s chest. “You can keep wandering the streets.” Using the chain she yanked the woman up, setting her on her stiletto heels. “You can get eaten by another one of those monsters, or I can stab you with this little knife of mine and give you a second chance at life, with a new beginning from birth with no memories of your previous life. Make a choice.” Although menacing, Takeru’s intentions were good and she watched carefully as a myriad of emotions flashed through the woman’s eyes. Pulling the chain, she tugged her closer, testing the decision she saw blossom on her face.
“Number three eh? Excellent.” Like the strike of a snake her dagger pierced twice through the woman’s form as the hand wrapped innocently around the chain through her chest conducted another Drain. The young woman’s form slowly faded from view, her soul released back into the cycle to be reborn anew into another human existence. The moment the spirit returned the Summons guiding Takeru’s actions flickered out like a candle in the wind, leaving her fatigued and more than glad that she’d been able to Drain two souls. If she hadn’t, it would take her hours to return home, most of her energy spent. Thank the stars that she hadn’t been severely injured this time.

Wulf walkeded into da area. He see Takeru. She weak. He shout GET TO DA CHOPPAH! He went boom. Takeru went by by.
That's... The best I can do...
Not really...
It was too bad that Takeru turned away from the fallen Hollow. Well, too bad for her. One of the nozzles piped into the Sunkus Station seemingly began to rise on its own accord. As if a snake being charmed, the hose began to sway in the air before turning its attention towards Takeru. A wry smile stretched across the charmer's face as the nozzle began to unleash a high-pressured spray of its petrol upon Takeru.
With a snap of his fingers, the charmer ignited the soaked human. With a sickening laugh, he watched as she screamed and writhed in pain before falling limp. As her soul floated out of her body, the charmer appeared behind her, pressing his body against her, wrapping his left arm around her waist, his lips coming to her right ear. "I'll see you soon..." He whispered as his right arm reached for the chain on her chest. With a quick jerk and a scream, Takeru's chain came completely off. The charmer disappeared... Leaving only the mutilated soul and corpse of Takeru.
