"Yeah! Absolutly," Marie answered as they exited and made way to the cafeteria.

After some small talk Marie and Arkell made it there. Marie grabbed herself a turkey sandwhich and looked around for somewhere Arkell and her could sit. Logan was there she saw and went over to him to say hi while Arkell got herself something.

"Hey-" Marie was cut off by the music teacher's tap on her shoulder, oddly.

"Oh, wll I see you have already gotten the news?" he asked looking to Logan and Arkell as she came over.

"No... what? did you put a keyboard in my practice room?"

"Oh yes, yes, but I was sent to tell you that your teammates have family emergencies and whatnot and had tot leave the island. ou were reassigned to Mr. Logan and Ms. Arkell."

"Oh!" Marie was quite confused as she looked to Logan and Arkell a moment. she was a bit dissappointed about her other teammates, but very happy to be reassigned to the two she'd been becoming friends with. "Okay then... Thank you."

"Have a nice day, you three," the music teacher waved and went off and back tot he recesses upstairs.

Marie tried to look cool and nonchaulant. "Sup, 'mates."
She giggled softly.


[[Ooc: Hey everyone. My internet at my house as so bad I'm lucky i can load a webpage part way within 15 minutes. So, It's very difficult to post and even read other people posts. Thus, I may have long periods between my posts on the weekends. I have awesome internet at working Mon-Thur.

Waya: I hope its okay I moved Arkell. I know I already gave you premission to move Marie, but I wanted to get this out while my internet actually worked slightly better this morning. If theres a probelm, I'll delete and I understand. 3nodding ]]

"This'll be a long year if it stays like this..." Aki murmured, feeling the heat slowly seeming through to her. She slipped out of the skates after another minute or so, deciding that if she had to pass out from the heat she'd rather not be trying to stay upright while on the wheels. She had enough trouble on her own two feet when she got hot enough, her symptoms a mix between those of dehydration and heat exhaustion. It wasn't fun. She went over to Huilliame, staying on the cooler grass. "Where'd you want these? Since I was gonna go hide somewhere colder." she asked, shifting her grip on the skates.

Arkell grabbed a bag of Nacho Doritos and followed after Marie as she went over to Logan who she gave a little wave too. When the music teacher announced that she would now be in there group she squeed with happiness and threw her arms around Marie. "HUZZAH!" She exclaimed giving Marie a tight squeeze before letting go to sit next to Logan giggling her little fiery head off. "Stroke a luck, that was! We got the cutest couple on the island, and I get to hear all the juicy gossip!" she said throwing them a wink.

((whew! a week longer than i expected! sorry 'bout that, but i'm here now))

Mal made his way to the field from his class, unsure of what exactly he was supposed to be doing. The headmistress had said something about team meetings, but he wasn't really paying attention. Instead, he had been focusing on a rather intricate doodle of a man riding a giant dinosaur, each wearing their own set of fancy armor. He'd only managed to put it away and begin listening as she mentioned the team meetings once more and then said something about a dance.
Mal had never been to a dance. He'd never had the nerve to ask anyone and by the time in his life that he could possibly get the gumption, his skin started falling off. Perfect timing for a set of superpowers. So instead of indulging himself in a social gathering, Mal would stay at home and study something or watch movies. He didn't really know what it would be like, but in a place like Pacis Salus, he could only assume that something big would go down.
With his mind still on the dance, Mal arrived at the field. Still unsure of what exactly was happening, he looked around for Sergey. If Sergey didn't know what was going on, he was still on Mal's team, which would make a meeting that much closer to completion.
Not seeing him , Mal sighed and pulled a book from his pocket. Opening to the page he left off, he began reading.

Candice stood up holding the letter in her hand she left the beach her blue eyes reflected the ocean as she looked back at it. "I already miss my home." She sighed walking up to the mail shoot and putting her letter in. "Good luck!" She smiled waving at the letter as it slid down. "I know the dance is just a beginning of the year get together, but I wonder if I should ask a guy to go with me, as an escort, or, a date." She said to herself before smiling. "I'll ask for Aki's advice." She bellowed running around the building before diving onto Aki. "Aki! I have a question!"

Aki nodded. "Wanna come then? You look like you like the heat about as much as me- what the heck!?" she jumped, spinning around and managing not to hit the ground as Candice practically tackled her. "Good god woman, calm down. What do you want?" she asked, keeping from snapping moreso. If this has to do with bunnies or juice or anything not involving somone dieing or something important... she thought, hoping there was a point to whatever Candice wanted.

Aki just looked at her for a minute, biting back every retort that came to mind. "Why exactly are you asking me? And just ask 'im out, I guess... I dunno. And you might wanna make sure your room mate's fine with the rabbit... Might wanna ask if she's allergic or anything." she said, silently hoping that whoever had the misfortune of being with Candice would take the chance to get rid of the rabbit, or use some other excuse.
