Ye', great thing about being Shouyin, you could see -really- well. Well enough that you were able to react to things like old Kasuga's Neo Shift bit, which, despite being old news, was still straight creepy. He'd seen something like it in Zone of the Enders 2, it was even creepier then.

"DINGO!"

Grinning still as the stone skin sank back into his bloodstream, Shouyin merely tilted to the appropriate side, and lifted the leg Rose was aiming for. He waited until about three quarters of her body had slid past him, and then brought the leg down in a gentle kick for her chin.

"Weak..." She caught her leg, and Shouyin was tugged roughly backwards and to the right. That was, however, momentum he could use. Instead of landing roughly on his stomach, he followed her pull, twisting around clockwise and landing on his back, using a layer of stone across the back of his head and his back itself to smooth out the landing somewhat.

Not to say he wasn't a little rattled, just not damaged. Now whether Rose would drag him long or let go was up to her, and how easy she found it to pull about 250 lbs. of Shouyin around while sliding.

IC: So Shouyin got a knee to the nose, and that was very annoying, even moreso because of the extra humility his attacker decided to add. How cruel this mistress was. However, Shouyin had an -immense- weight advantage. The first attack had passed through on surprise alone.

The half-golem weighed almost twice that of the young woman who attacked him, though fifty pounds of that weight was his stone, so it didn't count. He wasn't fat or nothing, don't be cruel. And her weight was divided even further, since she thought to put pressure on his right leg, while holding down his left.

The odds were in Shouyin's favour if he simply resisted, and then pushed her back with his right leg. He'd try and accomplish this as quickly as possible, hopefully forcing his leg out like a front kick and tossing her off him, but who knew, people often had things up their sleeves.

Shouyin pretty well mimicked Rose, at least for the falling back and then quickly getting to your feet bit. The whole, diving into her sleeves and throwing a piece of paper at him bit simply could not be copied effectively. So instead he just watched what she did up to and after the throw, and then caught the paper in his right hand, crushing it and hopefully tossing it to the side.

If nothing stopped said actions, Shou would scoff a little, and go back into his previous fighting stance, shuffling quickly towards Rose and throwing one or two jabs at her cheek.

Quite simply put he stood.

The grass brushing against his lower legs with a gentle rasp as he remained silent and still, the only noise he heard the constant inhaling and exhaling he himself was causing. He knew little about the area around him other than it was a grassland, good for a few minor puposes.

His breath echoed metalically against his mask and his yellow eyes scanned the area around him as a predetor would search for prey. Smiling under the mask that his his every facial expression he let his hand rest on the pommel of his blade.

He remained still waiting for what he knew was coming, who he knew was coming.

he nodded his head slightly before sliding his left foot back, his toes facing forward while the front of his right foot faced the man, bending his knees slightly he held the pommel of his blade tightly.

But before his motions finished something happened.

Behind the man what seemed to be a seperate person looking exactly like tenma Jumped up out of the grass and slashed horizontally aimed at the mans shoulder.

smiling Tenma remained where he was, he liked to start out defending, but he wanted to taunt the man, of course for all the man knew that shining piece of sharpened metal flying at his right shoulder would slice him cleanly in 2.

His blade flashed as the second kunai blade flew at him, the other simply passed through the image as it dissolved.

As he unsheathed his blade and struck at the kunai in one quick fluid motion a bright spark was cast off by steel hitting steel as the kunai careened off wobbling from the impact of the blade.

His own movements were decievingly easy to track, he began to sway, as he walked forward towards the man he rocked sideways slowly, almost hypnotically.

Right....Left.....Right....Left

if the man he was fighting relaxed for a second he would die, about the forth time he rocked to the right he moved, dashing forward, moving as close to the man as he could he slashed across the mans stomach quick and strong.

if nothing impeded his blade it would cut the man badly but in all account it would only kill him if the man only stood and took the blow.
