The majority of the remaining strike team listened to the Jedi and continued their retreat without incident, though 2 decided otherwise and dived for the guns with lightning speed, and began to fire at the Jedi.

The blade missed its target and returned to Gilflyn's hand. "I have you at last Cale Darksun! You will die by my hands!" he looked down as a canister bumped against his foot, then erupted in a blinding flash and a deafening noise. a flash bang grenade.

Neb groaned, as the two reached their blasters. He decided to make his point, whether it be verbally (though this failed on these two) or by force.
Neb deflected the bolts masterfully, cutting the ends off both, making them incapable of fire. The first spec was beheaded, swiftly, and the second one only noticed pain from his right hand, as he looked down to see his hand missing. Neb gave a wink at gunny, who returned with a thumbs up and a wipe to his brow, before Neb returned to the one-handed man.
"I have use for you, yet. Tell whomever sent your squad they met with mercy, and they will all be met with such compensation, if they decide to lay down their arms. If they do not comply, they can expect much more of this to come their way. Tell them Neb said so. By the mercy of teh Tan' Sa' Qua', I do hope not to have to make my point any clearer, otherwise you will find yourself without much more of your body."
Neb made sure to make this spiel as he escorted the special operations officer out by the scruff of his neck, heading to the west dock, and giving him a solid kick in the a**, to boot him along the way.
"If I see you again, no matter in peace or war, you may find yourself in the same position as your friend."
He watched the man scuttle away, partially aided by Neb continuing to push him with the Force. Once the man was out of sight, Neb concentrated on the West Dock, the place which required his help most.

Before she could answer Cale's question, all hell broke loose in the restaurant. Mordranna didn't need to be told twice, as she sensed it even before Cale shouted, hitting the floor for all she's worth. Trying not to be too conspicous about it, Mordranna made note of the assailant just before the flash grenade went off, and made a pushing motion towards Gilfyn. Never really practiced with that one - hope it works!

Cajin dropped down, already pulling his blaster out of his bag. The blade flew through where his head had been a moment ago. Stun again. It's a crowded street. As the blade passed back, he sprang up and took aim, noticing the canister just in time to shut his eyes. The stun bolt struck the Sith in the leg.

This isn't even fair! he was eating in a restraunt! his Guard was dropped! now this! Gilfyn thought angrily as his senses were stolen from him by the grenade. he was blind and deaf now, at least temporarily. the force would see him through this. he did not need to see or hear to kill the upstart. then a stun blast paralyzed his leg. and then he was force pushed out into the street. He had jedi back up?! and that blast could have come from anyone. there was no getting to Cale now. Gilfyn did the only thing he could do. beat a strategic withdrawl with the force. he fled. Cale rubbed his ears and slid his shades down. "wow. the blast threw him out of the building. and Noce shot Cajin."

Mordranna looked sheepishly at Cale and Cajin. "I guess you gentlemen know how to handle yourselves," she observed. And, I guess I'm better with that Pushing business than I thought, Still, considering Cale's feelings on Jedi, she felt it wise not to mention her own subtle contribution to the scuffle. "And," she breathlessly added, "I'm not really looking at this time, but thank you for asking," was all she got out before her ivory cheeks flushed a rosy pink.

"Its a rough galaxy out there girl. you gotta know how to hold your own." Cale said as he twirled his blaster in his hand, flipping it back and forthh and then finally slamming it home into his holster. He glanced over at Mordranna at her next remark. "Oh, so youre just looking for a good time?" he asked.

Cajin blinked away the last bits of blurryiness from his eyes. "Not really. I was aiming for his torso." he said, still a bit distracted.
"You alright, Mordranna?"

Even Mordranna, the perpetually socially awkward, knew what Cale meant. "Ah, no!" she said with an even deeper blush. "My scene is more like, um, you know, candlelight, soft music, that sort of thing. Lots of snuggling." For a woman of thirty-three standard years of age, one would say that she was quite far behind on many things. And thus, on the subject of anything remotely resembling romance, she tended to act as though she were still a girl more than half her age. She then turned to Cajin. "Ah, yes, thank you," she replied, still blushing rather profusely.

The surviving strike team members made their way to the safety of a transport, with the survivor of the 2 that faced Neb straggling behind. Once they were all onboard, the transport took off, headed for Borleias. One of them commed Angel.
Lady Valycia, we just now boarded a transport. We are headed for your location now. What's the team's status? 1 casualty, and 4 fatalities, including the Commander. How's the injured? Hand cut off by a Jedi. We'll get him a replacement ASAP though. And was the mission a success? We couldn't complete our primary objective before you gave the order to retreat, but I doubt we'd have succeeded against a Master Jedi in our current situation even if we continued. A shame, but I trust you did enough overall damage to help the main attack force. Regardless, I am reassigning you all as personnel aboard the Black Void. You are to be the Dark Lord's and my personal bodyguards and tech squad. You all have incredible skills in combat and working with sabotage, and that means you also understand how things work, which will come in very handy aboard this thing. You are no longer a strike team of elite storm commandos. From here on, you are Royal Sentinels, the personal guards of the Dark Lord of the Sith and myself, and your squad name will be the Arch Angels.

Cale looked at her curiously. "you ok? you look a little flushed..." then he realized why she was embaressed. He started chuckling uncontrolably. when he was finished, he rubbed his eyes and jerked a thumb at the door. "well I think we should beat it before CorSec shows up asking questions."

"Bill the Sith-wannabe." replied Cajin, snorting. He chuckled "Looks like there's a new job opening; Debt collector on the Sith."
"You're okay? That's good." he said to Mordranna.
Stretching a bit, he asked, "What now?"
He knelt down. "Hey, still in the wrapper." he said, picking up his other burger and taking a bite out of it.
Swallowing, he said "Bailing? I guess; I'm in the clear with the law, far as I know, but explaining this would probably be a hassle." Leaving the scene of the crime...isn't that usually against the law? Ah well... "Up to you." he said, with a shrug.
