Nova entered the village of sound and found the well known medical ninja of his clan who went by the name of Kabuto Yakushi. Kabuto lowered his glasses to peer down at the fresh Genin of a medical ninja.
"Kabuto-san, I have come to learn what you have to teach. Please take me in as your student."
Kabuto smirked and immediately began to do a demonstration of the Dead Soul Technique, or Shikon No Jutsu. Nova watched very carefully as Kabuto removed a cadaver from a large room.

"Nova, you must first learn that these cadaver's are merely used as puppets to us shinobi. You must learn to not fear to tamper with the dead. Death is only a second away from life. Its a lot closer than you think."
Nova nodded then replied, "So, I just need to surge some chakra into this body to get the heart beating again?"
"No, first you must find a suitable form for your puppet first."
Kabuto removed the anbu mask off his own cadaver and revealed a face that looked identical to his own.
"I'd start by making it look like your own face."

Nova began to work with the face slowly with surgical precision. Kabuto assisted with his own Chakra Scalple as Nova followed his commands.
"You need to make every detail possible."
The body and chest's muscles were sculpted to imitate Nova's and details of the clothing were also added to the corpse. Nova felt wretchedly dirty defiling a corpse, but this was the way a Medical Ninja operated.

The body soon became more constructive and was like a work area for the two Medical Ninja. The body had been created to a perfect imitation of Nova, but now became the hard part to manipulate. The face. They began by clearing the faces distuingishing marks and changing the organs to match Novas. The eyes needed careful attention due to the sensitivity and the nerve endings. Nova carefully examined his own face in the mirror and used some of his chakra to helf make the skin look more life like.

Soon the face resembled that of Nova's. It seemed as if it was a dead body of his evil twin lying on the floor. Seeing his own body imitated dead on the ground sent chills surging up his spine. He began to finish off the body with the hair, and cut a small strand of his own to see if it matched.
"Very well Nova, next we're going to learn to animate the dead with our chakra, step by step. Practice these manuevers of molding chakra."
Nova nodded and went straight to work trying to get the heart to beat once again.

Nova began to send the chakra into the easily accessable organs and muscles in the body and made them reflex around. The muscles and tendons carried some weight, they would apparantly carry the most chakra to manipulate. The body's muscles moved loosely and without stall. The muscles seemed to breath and Nova could sense that aspect in them. With this accessability, Nova was able to make the body preform few functions added with the chakra movements on its joints. Kabuto nodded at his methods.

The bones became the easiest to manipulate with time. The joints reflexed normally and fluidly like a regular mainframe for a human being. Muscles combined with bone allowed easy movements, but did not give the illusion of being alive. Nova added chakra into his own nerves and sent it directly to the nerves of the body. Through this method he would preceed to make brain waves.

Soon the body had its own set of false brainwaves. The body's brain would appear to be running to any other ninja who did not know better. It was indeed a good imitation. He had to get the heart pumping next. The lack of heat could easily give it away to any byakugan user. Kabuto began helping him control the chakra and how to shock the heart into some form of life again.

Kabuto removed a diagram from his pocket of the human heart. There were many section that had to be activated simultaneously before the puppet could be used. Nova attempted the activation of the many tubes and could easily access 3 of them. He used half his chakra scalple technique to access the heart directly. Soon he had the blood pumping and the puppet could move freely.
"Very well done Nova, you are a very gifted ninja. Oroichimaru-sama may have interest of you yet."
Nova looked confused with the mentioning of this name but nodded and began to practice regular human functions and reactions with the puppet.

Now the body was fully functional and Kabuto came up to congratulate Nova. He shook his hand and looked around for the real one.
"I see your already taking advantage of the technique. Very well executed. One day, you will find yourself in excellence."
Nova rejoiced alongside his body, slamming their chests together and giving each other high-fives. With this new skill at his arsenal, he went off to create many more puppets to control. This new art would assist him in the future with disguise, spy, and even battle methods.
10/10 Shikon No Jutsu (Dead Soul Technique) Learned.

"Moving on then." Kabuto said peering down at him and his newly formed puppets. "We have much more work to do if you are to master my teachings."
Nova tilted his head to the side and manipulated his puppets to wait mext to his weapons and such. He observed Kabuto creating a chakra scalple to cut parts of random condaver's internal organs.
"With this Jutsu, I'm able to destroy an opponents internal organs, or repair an allies without even needing to puncture the skin. It'll aid you on your journy to success."
"I'm ready to learn, if your ready to teach."

Nova began to generate chakra to his hand, trying to resemble it in the same form as Kabuto. But his mind couldn't tap to the idea on how to get it to be visible, in otherwords, increasing his chakra's intensity to be visible.
"How did you get the chakra intense enough to be visible?"
"It'll take some practice, but I'm sure you'll get it soon enough."
With that Nova began to increase his concentration and focus completely upon learning the new jutsu to add it to his arsenal.

The chakra slowly began to illuminate in a light blue shade that seemed to vibrate while reacting with his chakra. It started to glow around his wrist area, but he could not create much more to use the cutting edge upon the cadaver Kabuto had told him to use it upon.
"Uck! I can't do it."
Kabuto gave him a stone gaze of hatred.
"I g-guess, I can't give up!"
He continued his persistent attempts hoping progress would occur soon.

Kabuto became frustrated with him and began tossing kunai and shuriken at him while he continued to try his hand at the Chakra Scalple.
"Hey, come on!! Stop it, I have to live to do the jutsu."
"I'll just use the Shikon No Jutsu on you in order to make you do it in your cold dead corpse. I'll give you the honor of having a beautiful face like mine."
The barage of shuriken continued to come forth as he hid behind a wall.
"Come on! Damn thing, work!!"

His heart pounded so loud he was sure Kabuto could hear it. Before he knew it Kabuto was peering down upon him from the top of the wall with a poison tipped kunai. Nova noted to himself to poison tip his weaponry. Then pleaded his scalple to work. To his luck it appeared right in time before Kabuto injected his chest with the kunai.
"Oh, thank god!"
"The Hokages past must be looking after you child. Or you have extreme luck. Now lets practice incisions."
