*Logan finishes the braid and was about to answer the hunter when Shadow Shi appeared behind her.
She jumped and grabbed her sword from the floor by her boot as she turned and stood between them both.*
He is none of your concern... And i am still working on the clues you gave me, but if you want to give more feel free!
*The sword is still sheathed as she stands defensively, not trying to seem a threat to it.*

Mia stepped out of the shadows of an alley. She smirked at how she was mocking this shadow person everyone was talking about. Her hand clenched her cloak tighter. She walked down an empty street, looking for anyone to appear.

Gaijin stands, eyes going to Shadow Shi. He smiles a bit, giving the creature a bow. So, you are the Shadow Shi I've been hearing so much about. The Shadow that everyone's so afraid of. He puts a finger to his ear, twisting it and seeming almost bored for some odd reason. Nah, I don't think I'll kill you just yet. Though I wouldn't mind knowing where Xan is. You can keep the others for all I care.

It smiled under its mask, standing like a Fade out of "The Wheel of Time" series of books. It shook its head and tsked. Just dear Xandora, Gaijin? Oh well. It's not as if she's the only one who matters. Dear Catrina riled up poor, poor Asmodai something awful. It seemed almost contemptous of the people it mentioned, and yet it was smiling.

Yes we know Asmodai cares for Neko and Gaijin here... *Now finally knowing his name* ... cares for Xan. i personally just care that everything is back the way it was before, all four of the immortals set free.
*Her eyes flashed red slightly*

Well actually I just don't really know the others. I met Neko once, she was an interesting girl. Too bad, guess if she's got a squeeze already she wouldn't be free for a date. Oh well. So then Shadow Shi, why is it that you're doing this if I may ask? I know I know, the chaos but why not add a little more chaos to the mix and tell me where they are? Unless you're afraid that is. And I wouldn't blame you, I'd be scared of me too.

Mia realized she was feeling hungry. She reached what seemed to be a major intersection, maybe. She turned her head, looking up and down the streets, looking for a place to eat.

Never call me afraid Gaijin It said, not angry, not upset, not showing any emotion at all. What need shadows emotions? I have something much bigger planned for my guests, and even if I did tell you where they are staying, it would do you no good. It smiled, unseen.
It turned to Logan, still smiling its hidden smile. Dear Logan...the clue I give you now, can you read between the lines and see what can no be seen? Perhaps, in a few days, one of these skyscrappers can give you and answer you seek.

Hmm. Oh really now? So then Shadow Shi, whose shadow are you then? I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that you're not what everyone has thought you are. Maybe you aren't a newcomer after all. Perhaps you're really just exactly what you say you are. A Shadow. Someone's shadow that is. But hey, what would I know right? He shrugs and smiles a bit. If you're so confident that nothing I could do could effect your little game then why not tell me? I mean, after all we both know you don't plan to win.

You are so close yet miss the mark completely, sir Gaijin. It told him, smiling and cold. I am a shadow yes, but not one as you might think of it, and whoever said about playing to win? It laughed before it spoke again. This is all for amusement. It threw back its head and laughed loudly and insanely.

"Hmm..." Mia sighed, not seeing any open restaurants at the corner she'd reached. She started walking briskly down another street. There had to be something open, somewhere. A rat scurried by her feet, she smirked, thinking to herself. I could just have rodent for dinner.

Oh... yeah... the insane laugh is REAL scary there pal. Man don't you ever learn any new tricks? Let's review shall we? You kidnapped the influential people of the city and spread fear. This makes the races work together to try and stop you, causing chaos which I'm sure you love as much as the chaos caused by the initial attacks. Of course, I also didn't say you were planning to win. No, if you wanted to win you wouldn't be giving Logan a trail of breadcrumbs to follow around like a dog with her nose to the grindstone. That in itself I'm sure is very amusing as well. Of course, if you feel up to it maybe you'd like to prove me wrong, that there might ACTUALLY be something to fear from you.

He stands on a nearby building, looking in the direction of the group argueing with the Shadow Demon. He scowels, sensing that Gaijin is amoung them.

This may be funny and be a game to you! But you are playing with peoples lives! You have destroyed families, taken away mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers!
It is not amusing to anyone else but you and its time you realised that you creep. Now give us the immortals back and go back to the shadows from wence you came...
Your amusement will end sooner than you know...
*She lowered into a more fighting like stance, the sword still gripped at her side. She heard Gaijin's words but was had nothing to say back, she attacked first then asked questions. Today was a very rare sight indeed...*
