"Thanks," Arlen said heading up the stairs. "I love you too." He said before he was out of ear shot. He staggered a bit walking down the hall to the room he shared with Lily. Sorting through his thoughts as he walked, he realized something just as he reached the bed. Suddenly exhausted he collapsed, only one side hitting the bed, causing him to spin and hit the floor with a thud.

"I'm not.. supposed to be a bother.. or a burden.. and . and if i wrote my feelings i know you'd read it.. and it would make you feel bad. That'swhy you came back.. i got.. hurt and you felt bad. You needed to finish your thing first" she said sighing quietly
"And i jsut.. wanted you here with me.

Her rather keen ears picking up the thud, Lily frowned and set aside her water and cheesies to investigate. Half expecting it to be Xaldin or some such, she headed up the stairs quietly, then peered into open rooms one by one. When she reached the one she shared with Arlen, she blinked, then smiled fondly. Shaking her head, she went into the room, then began the task of getting him off the floor and into the bed.
"No, if you told me not to read it, then I wouldn't. At least you'd be getting the feelings out in a positive manner. And... I didn't need to finish the thing that I was on. I wanted to be here. I wish, by all the gods ever in existence that I could explain it, but... I can't. Not this time... I'm not allowed. I'm sorry I hurt you Ukaia." he murmured, kissing her forehead.

Ukaia had heard the thump also but chose to ignore it this one time. she snuggled more aginst vincent
"It's not your fault" she said smiling to him
"I bet they woudlnt' let you wirte to me" she added with a grin. THen she thought about it
"Vincent I'm not angry at you for leaving or for hurting me i can always forgive you for that" she said soflty looking into his eyes. meaning every word she said

Arlen was out cold. Sleeping deeply, the revelation lost. All signs pointed to him not waking for along time.

"I can't forgive myself though, not forever." Vincent murmured, then lay back on the bed, bringing her with him and still holding her close. "Now, sweet... did you want to come to the shop with me tomorrow and start learning about potions, or do that another time?"
Lily pondered, then began to load Arlen in sections; first his arms, then his torso, and finally, the lower half. It took her awhile, but she managed, and when she did, she crawled into bed with him, holding him loosely as she drifted off to sleep.

Ukaia smiled as she lay with him
"Oh yes.. I want very much to do that please vincent" she said to him curlingup.. and then shifting and laying on his stomach and puased
"You're nto hurt are you? i mean.. you were gone so long. you always get hurt" she lifted his shirt looking for injuries

Vincent chuckled rather sleepily, then shook his head. "No, I'm not hurt... not this time." The man yawned, then rubbed Ukaia's back lightly. "We'll go to my shop tomorrow then... and we'll teach you. But for right now..." Another yawn came, and it was clear the man was close to sleep. "I... need a nap..." Then, suddenly, he was gone, lost to the world of dreams.
((Eep. Mama's awake. Gotta go... :pouts: And it woulda been prime time with Vince and Uka too...))

Once in site of the muffin, she heads to shed, taking Eros out and putting him on a long lead rope to let him have some time out in the field. Before heading back inside and taking a few steaks from the freezer and cooking them up for her and her brother, she would go up and drag him down to eat if need be. She also made some potatoes to give it some more flavor.

Sapphire finishes the steaks and puts to plates out on the bar, each with a steak and a half on top. She grabs two wine cooler and sets them by the plates before heading up the stairs to drag her brother from his bed.

Soda walks out of his room just as Sapphire was going to throw the door open and ran into her knocking Sapphire to the floor with a thud. "Hey sis, you should be more careful next time. We don't want her ladyship getting hurt." Soda says offering a hand down to help her up.

We don't want her ladyship getting hurt." Soda says offering a hand down to help her up. Sapphire gives a gasp as she runs into him and growls as she thuds on the floor looking up at her brother with pure malice on her face. "Well I wouldn't be up here if you showed you face more. I was coming to get you for food and call me her ladyship again and Aitrus won't even be able to protect you." Sapphire says dismissing his hand and standing up walking down the stairs without another backward glance.

"Burn." Soda says following her downt he stairs. "Well that's 1 and a half points for me and a half point for Sapphire." Soda says sitting down and eating his steaks.
