Ok first of all how long has Tony been dead!
*Summons his Pym-Bots, which start buzzing around the lab gathering bits of Tech.*
Pym-Bots, I need him stablized immediately run priorty 1 med program immediatly.
*Pulls out his Averger's Card*
This is Director Henry J Pym I hereby activate all Initiative Teams you are all on priorty 1 alert!
Black Widow as the only current level 10 Shield Agent you are promoted to Shield Director until Fury or Maria Hill can be contacted!
Janet you have command of the Avengers team!
We need to contact the Legion of Superheroes this was the last Case Director Stark was working on!
Captain America if you are willing I'd like to have you working with the Avengers on this!

Pym-Bots! Down Load all information regarding Tony's artificial heart, and prepare a second one stat! Down Load all previous medical tapes from both Dr Blake and Dr McCoy!
Avenger's Priority One Alert! Contact Dr Richards inform him he has been activated by both the Initiative and the Avengers!
Hang in there Tony! we'll have you back in no time.
Computer bring up all files on Ai-Transfer if I have to I'll transfer his consciousness into a Nano-Bot. But I'd rather have him whole.
Radiation Burns all over his chest, I'll deal with that as soon as I get him on Life-Support.
*Pym-Bots start hooking Tony to the life support units in the Medi-Lab*
Bring up all of Vision's Technical Specs!
*The Pym-Bots start working on artifial heart and lungs for Tony, Pym starts surgically reinforcing Tony's damaged spine.*

We still can save him! We've done it before!
Try and contact Dr Richards he may be of use here. I'm one of the best in Cybernetics and Robotics in the World but we may need more than that if we are going to bring him back.
I have one more step to try but it may not be a good choice.
Remember when Ultron took him over with Nano-tech this year?
I can try that, only use his brain-scans. I've kept all of us in my computers in case we needed this much medical help.
