Kazuma Ryuuzaki How long is this that you guys have been talking about Time Skipping? Like 5 or 6 months already? D: When is it gonna happen already?! O.o On another note; Yay, I picked the guild that's slightly less active then me, which is good. xD Well, I'll tell you what happened. The crew decided to postpone the timeskip until after the new system was finished, but then everyone involved in the new system said they were busy and wouldn't be back until mid feb. Just wait, this guild is more active than you think. xD

cheerios18 Ah, but Kasuke just doesn't have time for this with all his Kage busy work. It seems that Lavi is going to have to take on the position of Academy teacher. Than again we need an academy for that :O. Which of course is being built during the time skip. hmm. considering theres activity in Oto right now, can I make a char? Should he be genin or AS. surprised

Well, you have a choice.
I believe the team Ghost and Cheer in is full, but there is about to be an influx of graduating academy students..
Lets see.
Team 1-
Xenon
Kimiko
Raine
And I think that is the only team right now.. But we have around five ish students in the academy right now if I'm not mistaken. Maybe four.

Sorry, I wasn't on last night guys, was totally sick with the flu sad
Anyway, I'd say don't be either, we need higher level shinobi, you could be from chunin to anbu. El has two anbu and with you that would make the special number three.
Really though, you wouldn't have a team at any other rank, so you could either take missions by yourself team up with my jounin or the anbu on occasion and do what ever you want in the village.
Kazuma-We really are more active than this, it's just been a slow week.

OMG COOL. sooo. what level is the average anbu? anddd... umm. how old? or does age not matter, since kakashi was anbu at like. super young age?(i think.) annddddd. I was def thinking of making a Hatsuchi, but... is the creator still active? Her last login date was in like november. soo. do I still have to wait for a reply from her? >.> Also: umm. Idk I saw the hatsuchi thing, and i think the stats are out of whack. here lemme quote it. Tennoseki

-Description of Jutsu: Allows the user to propel a physical manifestation of the wind toward the target with a bow and at higher speeds than a normal arrow. (You can shoot a wind arrow at the target)

the damage looks really low on kazeya no jutsu, and it's lower than a normal arrow, and you can only shoot 1 arrow? since the average person has like 2 attacks. sooo. yeah. just wondering why it's so underpowered. Anddd, just another question, in dai kazeya no jutsu, when it says fire three arrows in 1 post for the "special" part, how many "attacks" does that take up @_@ edit:I think I might make a hyuuga who's just left konoha to live with an oto family? Idk which clan to use );

confused You might wanna go clanless. When that transition hits. Powerful clans are going to get penalties.
@Cheer xd I'm so psyched for this mission! None of our team as a chance in heck at seeing through One of Akio's disguises, so I was thinking of having the theft actually take place during some sort of party or something. You know, spot the Phantom amidst the guests? It'll be so much fun to figure out this scenario.

Ghost-Go crazy! I love the rainbow that pop out of your head, just make sure it's at night, because the team is gonna pull an all-nighter.
zentos- I was under the impression you've have some higher level characters before? And I wouldn't go for a clan right now either, they are all being redone. If you really want a wind one, Okazai is being done over O-o.

Anyone ever notice the weird way history keeps repeating itself in the Naruto manga? Seriously? Cause it's starting to get... would repetitive be redundant when speaking of repetition? confused Hm, something to think about...
Any way. I would like to place a bet that Sakura now offers to heal Sasuke before covertly trying to kill him. *Spoilers* Aka. What Tsunade tried to pull on Orochimaru. Since Kabuto's not around, I assume that a certain "Good Boy" *heavily implied Irony* will show up to intervene.
Ah man... I and was so looking forward to her just playing it straight and dramatically, preferably coldly, declaring she was going to kill him with her own hands... then when he scoffed, like he's about to in this next one (count that under placed bets) taking his arm off or something.
