I'm glad for 2008 to be over, but 2009 hasn't started out very well (I'm hoping it's just residue left over from last year that will stop soon...but I'm not sure).
08: We learned my grandfather had cancer and then lost him six months later. My cousin got a rather serious injury from playing baseball (he's okay though). My dad also lost some custody cases with my brother's mom...she can't have full custody but she's got partial...and she's not a very good mother. The only thing good about 08 is that I got my first boyfriend.
Beginning of 09: My mom's friend's cat died of leukemia on New Year's Day. Then Gregory found out he had less than a 2.0 average and is unable to go to Mesa for an entire year...and we'd been planning to take certain classes together. My friend's grandfather died as well, and he'd been sick since late 08.
But I hope 09 will get better. So far it's been boring for me without school or a job (I've become nocturnal. crying )...but I've been doing avatar edits and drawing, so I'm getting something done.
I also have an idea of how to earn a few bucks...I want to start making stuff to sell at the next Potrero War (renaissance fair)...I just have to learn to sew first. XD
EDIT: Oh yes and this morning 09 had a bit more suckage to it. I've been called for Jury duty right after school starts. Dad told me to just not go...which will probably happen. I know school makes excuses for that but...school is more important to me.

It should be located on the sticker on the bottom of the laptop. Find that for me so I can look up the model number for your drivers. Either that, or go to: http://www.hp.com/country/us/en/support.html?pageDisplay=driversYou should be able to grab it from there as well.

Meriko evil shocktv3 meriko, were u in san francisco? eek Yep. Went to dinner at the House of Prime Rib. Highly recommended. *purr*
my cousin is visiting this weekend, so i have been doing the tourist guide thing for the last few days. yesterday, we went to japantown and hit up the isobune sushi boat for lunch. then, for dinner, we ate at the shopping center's superduper food court for some bangin' thai food.
i just made myself hungry again talking about all this. emo

Damn...Chargers lost again. crying But hey, there's always next year. I'm just glad we beat Payton Manning last week. I hate that guy. >_<
But my friend seems really bitter that we lost and isn't answering a question I had about the game...
