So where are theses Sensory techniques located? As I could not find them

Coming up with a good personal that would actually DO something is hard, because they're almost never actually approved. Just "gives an extra style" or "learns blank type of techniques faster". It's freaking annoying.

It's freaking annoying. It takes the personal out of personal. When you and fifty other characters have "learn X an X number of posts faster", it's hardly personal anymore. It's universal. Moderators are afraid to actually embrace the idea of personal functionality because it is easier to govern a set standard of mechanics than allow true customization because it is more of a case-by-case basis. Thus, PAs are retarded and only serve to make the moderator's life easier while adding almost nothing of importance or relevance to an individual's character.
