To get a summon, you must post 30 times to finish learning. During the posts, you can have your character do meaningless tasks to getting the summon or have him learn the summons attacks before or after you gain the summon. Be sure that you choose a summon that isn't taken already.

Summons count as a Ninjutsu but ask Drago. I'm not completely sure.

Gama's children? Thats true but its in the same case with Kumo/ Suichi owns them and I dunno if he's coming back or not.
