Jutsu Name: keriitsu: parade of the fallen
Description of Jutsu: while using the keriitsu: release in combination with keriitsu: nostalgic viewing. the user can manipulate information they have gathered from their targets wrong doings(wether it be purse snatching to murder) and use the image of the victim to terrorize or even hurt the target by inflicting the same wrong doing to the target. If the target has comitted multiple crimes the user can inflict those memories against him/her aswell but other information must be gathered to do so.

Cp Cost: 60 cp and 8 per round held/ add 15 to inflict new events
Damage: 5~10(small crimes) 11~20 (misdemenors) 21~35(murder or high crimes) dmg = mhp per round

The jutsu is based off the song "Welcome to the Black Parade" by My Chemical Romance XD but the jutsu doesnt involve eye contact or demonic flaming skulls.....its a projection that envelopes the target in the scenes they comitted the crimes in but the event happens to them instead. (if they murdered someone in a room in a palace they would be transported to that room and then be "killed" by that person until the jutsu is broken or the target is out of MHP.The only bad thing is...the user must know about the crimes in detail...so you have to Research before you go play vigilante batman tape recorder guy D: )

Wait how does that song translate to that jutsu? From what I gathered it was about the younger generation refusing to fight the dreams of the old people who are dead and gone.
