Going to the beach today and I am kind of miserable about it. My swimming bottoms are missing and I do have swim trunks but last time I wore them in the water at the beach they rubbed my legs till they were bleeding. So I am going to wear my swim trunks and not go in the water. Oh well, maybe I will tan a little and not burn.
We have to go because it is my best friend's dog's birthday party and she came to my sister's party and her and her boyfriend (who I didn't expect to bring anything) each brought a nice gift.
And this interrupted my Saturday sleeping until 3pm. Oh well, I am sure once I am with her my mood will lift up, best friends have a way of doing that to you. smile

So if the inconsistencies in my Internet are caused by the weather and not my shitbox computer...
Is it worth getting a new computer just to deal with the same frustrations?
I mean sure, I'll be able to play games smoothly, but I still run the risk of a ridiculous amount of disconnections.
Changing ISPs probably won't do much; I'm on cable, but they claim they still use a satellite for the signal, which gets ******** up by the weather.
Then again, Rogers is apparently the worst ISP in Canada, so it might be worth a shot.
EDIT: Just did some reading, and apparently Rogers has admitted to throttling gaming bandwidth. Alright, that means I'm moving permanently or changing ISPs.
