Joseph did feel a little more happier when he heard thar. He would have responded, but his focus on the stairs was too much for him to focus on anything else outside of it. Especially when he felt his foot slip off one of the sides. Thankfully, he got a good grip on the stairs before his weight pulled him off. "well, in any circumstance, i'm grateful.." He told Oomizu, simply stnading up and continuing.

Soap simply just opened the door, and grabbed his towel. "Oh, by the way, you may need this to step on once you're done." He told her. He just wanted to keep teasing her. The look on her face when he did was just too cute. When he was done, he was standing completely naked, but his back was facing her as he did so. "If you need anything, don't hesitate to call." He told her.

"Ma cheri, 'ow could I possibly do that to you?" Spy began, as they neared the side of the fence. "If it wasn't for you, this whole mission couldn't have gone as well, not nearly as well." For once, he wasn't lying, but he was laying it on a bit thick. Why the others saw her as such hindrance, he couldn't understand. Well, actually, he could; very few had any sense of stealth or tact. "We are going over zhe fence, now," he added, more quietly. True they were a little further away from the soldiers, but to the RED that just meant they were further away from the gunfire, s their voices would sound louder comparatively. "You two first, I shall give you a boost." He helped the other two men over the fence, before climbing over himself. Unfortunately, part of his coat caught, and he had no choice but to let it tear as he jumped down. True he had more, but still; his poor suit.

((Aww, poor Ruki's too moral to control others' characters. XD))

Oomizu stopped where she was and went to Joseph's side, ready to catch him if need be, but he recovered. She gave a shaky sigh of relief before she continued on behind him. She decided not to talk the rest of the way up so that way she wouldn't be any more of a dstraction to poor Joseph who was forced to run the stairs while she merely hovered over them without the fear of falling.

Haku was about to turn to go take a shower when she heard Soap talking to her. She turned around to see... She felt herself started to faint, but she recovered and held firmly onto the counter for suport, just in case. Her face was almost as bright red as her eyes and she looked like she was choking on air as she tried to say something. Finally, she reached out a shaky hand and bowwed her head slightly, her lower lip quivering in embarrassment. "A- Ari..gato..." Man that was the hardest thing to say. Then again, that was because she was trying not to say what she had been thinking. "Soap-kun's got a really hot- >///< "

((It's not that it's your fault Ruki. The lust for power discriminates from no man or woman.))

Joseph himself saw that Oomizu was there trying to help him, but Joseph didn't want any help. He was going to reach the top of the stairs themselves. Besides, thankfully, the end was within sight. It was at this moment that Joseph actually began to hope that the old monk could be purified. It would save him the trouble of having to rest.

Soap heard Haku's nervousness, and he just gave a slight laugh. He enjoyed the fact that she was so easy to put on the spot like that. Anyways, he spent enough time with barely any clothes. But seeing as how his regular unifrom was.... well, covered in crap, he decided to send it to the washers and replace it with his gulag outfit.

Oomizu almost sensed that Joseph was getting tired of her hovering over him, she she went around him and made it to the top of the stairs. He was close to the top, any ways, so if he fell, she could get to him easily. Besides, it'd probably make his feel a lot better if he did it himself. So, she waited.

"He's just as bad as the guys at home... He's going to it right in..." She sighed lightly as she calmed down some. She quietly closed the door behind him, having completely forgotten that her clothes were outside of the bathroom where any one could easily get ahold of them and mess with them. She went over to the shower, laid Soap's towel on the floor, took her own off and hung it on the bar outside of the shower, and stepped in. Once the warm water started to hit her, she sat down in almost a fetal position. "It really is a wonderful feeling to know he loves me back." She smiled lightly and began wshing her hair, which took a while since her hair was so long...

Navi squeaked happily with a light blush on her. They were still shooting at her but she had long flown away from the area of the blind fireing. She flew down closer to where the portal was and scouted around "Still nothing and no one by the portal room hurry it up" she told them waiting impatiently now

(sorry! I'm at high risk of either being fired, or simply telling them to eff off and walking out. >< things are stressful. I'll try to be on more often! SORRY!)

Arthur was already nearing the portal and patiently waiting for the others. He didn't want to step in and not know when the others would be coming. Then he saw them and smiled. It was then that he stepped through and back to base.

Mattie thanked Spy for the help over the fence and helped his Papa aswell. Once over, he looke back at Spy, hoping he would be along soon. Once everyone was over, he gripped his Papa's hand and made a B-line for the portal.

((Hey, hey, don't worry 'bout it. I keep telling people, real life is more important. This is supposed to be fun thing, role playing, not some extra thing to worry about having time for at the end of the day. 3nodding ))

"Be careful, don't let your cloak run out," Spy warned. The last thing they needed was for one of them to pop into view and become a target, especially when they were so close, so close to escape... Well, the others were. He'd likely be tossed back into that cell. Strange that he hadn't really had a chance to make any enemies in this world, and already everyone just wanted to lock him away. Pushing that out of his mind for the moment, the Frenchman couldn't help but grin to himself that the way seemed clear. Even if they brought out those dogs, even if they found the bit of his coat stuck on the fence, they would just follow the trail to dead end. Teleportation was just so convenient.

((yea what Ruki said lol))

Navi was now above the trees close to the portal. "OO watch it there are a few people approaching the portal. Hurry it up before they get here!" she squeaked

(lol epic ^^ thanks )

Mattie had forgotten about the cloaks. He wasn't used to wearing something that purposefully made him invisible... he blinked and stopped himself and his Papa to let things recharge a little before he began to move again. Well, more or less, Francis was the one pulling him along. The nation may be a coward in most things, and he may not be the best fighter, but he was one hell of a Papa. He didn't plan on ruining that now. Especially when their escape was so close. Mattie gripped his Papa's hand tightly (or was it the other way around?) and the two moved and paused every so often. A little fearful of being caught. Matthew especially.

After quite a ways of climbing the tower, Joseph finally made his way to the top, almost exausted and collapsing against the first wall he found to get a breather. "My god... Now I know why this is something people barely do...." He told himself, slowly sitting up and looking to Oomizu, a little jealous that she was able to skip all of that.

Soap just fell back and rested his back on the bed nearby. He had a good feeling that things were about to get much more instersting. Anyways... Looking to his cellphone, he was still getting used to not getting any orders from HQ.

Oomizu gave an awkward grin and rubbed the back of her neck, already guessing that Joseph may be a tad jealous due to the fact that she didn't have to put forth any effort to survive the stairs. "I could always walk down them later if it'll make you feel better..."

Haku finished washing her hair and turned the water off before she began wringing some of the water of out her hair. It felt good to be clean again (even if all that had been wrong with her was the little bit of beer in her hair). She wrapped her towel aound herself and... Where were her clothes? She completely forgot where she had put them last. She remembered taking them off in Soap's room... She blushed bright red. She couldn't have! She opened the bathroom door and peaked towards where she had gotten undressed before she carefully made her way down the hall without making a sound. Once she was standing in his bedroom's door way, she looked around with a concerned expression, not realizing she had passed her belongings on the way out of the bathroom. She didn't want to ask John to help her find her clothes... But at the same time, she had a feeling she would have to...

Spy listened to Navi, letting out a sigh through his nose. They had to go slow or risk being seen. The enemy had no such restriction. That wasn't good, they were too close now to get caught. Quite likely they'd each be tortured and killed, and although he seriously doubted anyone could be quite as skilled as the Medic when it came to torture, he did not want to test that theory. What they needed was a distraction. There was Navi, but... No, that would be asking just a little too much of her. Too much and she would begin to think he was just using her (even if rightly so). Arthur had already gone through, and he had no real way of communicating to the invisible creatures that were attracted to that nation. Matthew had likely been through enough, and there was little chance of Francis leaving his son's side. "Everyone, listen closely," the Frenchman began, his words carrying a certain weight that they hadn't had before. "Keep doing what you are doing. No matter what you hear, what you might see, what you think or feel, do not turn away; get through that portal. That goes for you, too, Navi. I need you to all to simply trust me on this one." Why did he even think of this? He would likely get himself killed. Yet he would only have himself to blame.

Letting the rest of the world fall away and focusing only on the battle field, Spy turned sharply to head off to flank the soldiers approaching the portal. He debated on which gun to use for only a moment, and decided on the Ambassador. It was too loud to miss, especially over there away from what little random gunfire was left, and it was quite good at blowing out people's brains. The mercenary stayed close to the trees, crouching down before taking careful aim. Thank Lady Luck he could stay invisible in this world while shooting; it might be the only thing that would keep him alive. One quick squeeze, and his location was announced, as well as a soldier falling dead. Without waiting to see their reactions, the Frenchman ducked behind the tree, keeping as low to the ground as he could without actually laying down.

Joseph just laughed, and forced himself on his feet. "No, don't worry about it. I'm dragging you along on this wild goose chase. The least that you can do is that you make it easy on yourself." He told her as he saw the fog in front of the door where the monk would usually be. 'that's not good...' He told himself. Passing through the fog, he saw that the room was in a mess. The usual chairs were scattered all over the place, with papers literally everywhere. However, the worst of it was the monk himself. His holy robe was covereing what was left of his body upon the thrones, still clutching his staff. Joseph lowered his head and closed his eyes in respect. Even though he deserved to die a better way, it was good that he finally had a chance to rest.

Soap just continued to look at his GPS. He wondered what happened to Nikolai and Captain Price. After all, they were both labeled terrorists and wanted by the united nations world court. In short, if he even showed his face, he was screwed. Still, so far, things were pretty good. Especially when he noticed a buch of clothes sitting in one corner of the room that weren't his. This caused Soap to get a mischievous idea. Bundling up the clothes, he decided to stuff them under his pillow and wait for Haku to enter the room.

Oomizu smiled lightly to Joseph and nodded. She turned and saw the fog and frowned before she looked to Joseph. It was clear he knew somethng was wrong. She followd him into the room and saw the old monk's remains. She closed her eyes and pressed her hands together and gave a silent prayer. The monk deserved at least that much.

Where were her clothes? Haku was starting to get the sinking feeling she really was going to have to ask Joseph for his assistance in finding her clothing. She made sure her towel was on well before she walked into Soap's room and knocked slinetly on the door frame before she bit her lip lightly. She glanced up to him before her eyes shot to the ground in ambassessment. "Umm... I lost my clothes..." "I didn't think I drank that much at the bar..."
